the pitching deflection adjusting seat is provided with a horizontal mounting plate which is matched and connected with the horizontal deflection adjusting plate and a vertically arranged pitching deflection plate, the pitching deflection plate is fixedly connected with the fixing plate through a second arc-shaped adjusting hole, and the second arc-shaped adjusting hole is an arc-shaped hole which takes the horizontal line of the X axis as the axis;
the fixing plate is provided with a mounting hole.
