所述夹碳布滤芯位于所述空腔的下部,由所述进风口进入的空气经所述夹碳布滤芯的侧壁汇入所述夹碳布滤芯的中间通道;
所述纳米二氧化钛过滤网位于所述夹碳布滤芯的正上方,使得汇入夹碳布滤芯的中间通道的气体全部经过所述纳米二氧化钛过滤网中的纳米二氧化钛层;
所述散热套件位于所述纳米二氧化钛过滤网正上方,使得经过纳米二氧化钛过滤网的气体经过散热套件冷却然后由风扇作用从出风口排出。
以上技术方案中优选的,所述散热套件的下端设有石英玻璃层,所述石英玻璃层和所述散热套件形成一体化结构。
以上技术方案中优选的,所述夹碳布滤芯、纳米二氧化钛过滤网、散热套件以及风扇均可拆卸式设置在壳本体的内壁上。
以上技术方案中优选的,还包括控制系统,所述控制系统设置在所述壳本体的内壁上;
所述电源开关包括控制风扇的风扇控制开关以及控制所述紫外光源的紫外光源开关,所述风扇控制开关和所述紫外光源开关均与所述控制系统连接。
以上技术方案中优选的,所述风扇为变频风扇,具体变频可参照现有技术。
以上技术方案中优选的,所述散热套件包括柱体以及设置在柱体外壁上呈放射状的散热翅片;所述散热翅片的散热面上设有凸台;沿散热翅片的高度方向,所述散热翅片的截面呈锯齿型结构,所述凸台的截面形状为半圆形、三角形或矩形。
以上技术方案中优选的,所述散热翅片的厚度为0.8-1.8mm;所述凸台的高度为0.8-1.2mm。
应用本实用新型的技术方案,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本实用新型的紫外线空气杀菌灭毒机包括外壳、夹碳布滤芯、纳米二氧化钛过滤网、紫外光源、散热套件以及风扇,结构精简,整体占用空间小;采用夹碳布滤芯,既可以净化甲醛等气态污染,也可以净化颗粒物污染;采用纳米二氧化钛过滤网和紫外光源的结合,能有效地降解空气中有味有害气体和有效杀灭多种细菌或真菌;采用夹碳布滤芯、纳米二氧化钛过滤网和紫外光源的结合,在纳米光触媒在光照射下,价带电子被激发到导带,形成了电子和空穴,具有很强的氧化分解能力,能破坏有机物中的C-C键、C-H键、C-N键、C-O键、O-H键、N-H键等,分解有机物为二氧化碳与水;同时破坏细菌的细胞膜固化病毒的蛋白质,改变细菌、病毒的生存环境从而杀死细菌、病毒,使得本实用新型的紫外线空气杀菌灭毒机具备杀菌和灭毒双重功能。
(2)本实用新型中壳本体为柱体结构,结构美观,且夹碳布滤芯、纳米二氧化钛过滤网、散热套件、散热套件以及风扇的具体排布方式,整体体积小,方便使用。
(3)本实用新型中所述散热套件的下端设有石英玻璃层,所述石英玻璃层和所述散热套件形成一体化结构。采用石英玻璃层结合散热套件的设计,即便于散热套件的固定,又能够很好地防止水雾渗入,延迟部件的使用寿命。
(4)本实用新型中所述夹碳布滤芯、纳米二氧化钛过滤网、散热套件以及风扇均可拆卸式设置在壳本体的内壁上,可根据使用情况更换部件,便于使用以及利于提高除菌消臭效果。
(5)本实用新型中还包括控制系统,所述控制系统设置在所述壳本体的内壁上;所述电源开关包括控制风扇的风扇控制开关以及控制所述紫外光源的紫外光源开关,所述风扇控制开关和所述紫外光源开关均与所述控制系统连接。控制系统可分别实现对风扇和紫外光源进行控制,如调节风扇的电压或电流来改变风速大小(正常风、自然风、睡眠风、智能风等),如调节紫外光源的光照强度和光照时间。
(6)本实用新型中散热套件包括柱体以及设置在柱体外壁上呈放射状的散热翅片;所述散热翅片的散热面上设有凸台;沿散热翅片的高度方向,所述散热翅片的截面呈锯齿型结构,所述凸台的截面形状为半圆形、三角形或矩形;所述散热翅片的厚度为0.8-1.8mm;所述凸台的高度为0.8-1.2mm。通过散热器中翅片的形状和规格的设计,提高散热效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行详细说明,但是本实用新型可以根据权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
实施例:
一种紫外线空气杀菌灭毒机,详见图1-2,具体包括外壳1、夹碳布滤芯2、纳米二氧化钛过滤网3、紫外光源4、散热套件5以及风扇6,详情如下:
所述外壳1包括壳本体1.1以及盖板1.2,壳本体1.1为由底部、侧壁以及后盖组成的具有空腔和开口1.4的柱体结构,详见图1-2,后盖的下部上设有与空腔连通的进风口1.3,开口1.4设置在壳本体1.1的顶部;所述盖板1.2用于打开和密封所述开口1.4处,且所述盖板1.2上设有连通所述空腔的出风口1.5;所述壳本体1.1的侧壁上设有用于打开所述紫外光源4和风扇6的电源开关7,此处电源开关包括控制风扇的风扇控制开关以及控制所述紫外光源的紫外光源开关。优选所述风扇6为变频风扇。进风口1.3和出风口1.5的外侧还可以设有挡板1.6,利于密封进风口和出风口,保持进风口和出风口的洁净。
所述夹碳布滤芯2、纳米二氧化钛过滤网3、紫外光源4、散热套件5以及风扇6均设置在所述壳本体1.1的空腔内,所述夹碳布滤芯2、纳米二氧化钛过滤网3、散热套件5以及风扇6沿进风口1.3至出风口1.5的风路上顺次设置,具体是:所述夹碳布滤芯2位于所述空腔的下部,由所述进风口1.3进入的空气经所述夹碳布滤芯2的侧壁汇入所述夹碳布滤芯2的中间通道;所述纳米二氧化钛过滤网3位于所述夹碳布滤芯2的正上方,使得汇入夹碳布滤芯的中间通道的气体全部经过所述纳米二氧化钛过滤网3中的纳米二氧化钛层;所述散热套件5位于所述纳米二氧化钛过滤网3正上方,使得经过纳米二氧化钛过滤网3的气体经过散热套件冷却然后由风扇6作用从出风口1.5排出;所述紫外光源4固定在壳本体1.1的侧壁上,用于对所述纳米二氧化钛过滤网3发射紫外光,使得纳米二氧化钛过滤网3中纳米二氧化碳催化剂层在紫外光照射下,价带电子被激发到导带,形成了电子和空穴,具有很强的氧化分解能力,能破坏有机物中的C-C键、C-H键、C-N键、C-O键、O-H键、N-H键等,分解有机物为二氧化碳与水;同时破坏细菌的细胞膜固化病毒的蛋白质,改变细菌、病毒的生存环境,从而杀死细菌、病毒。
本实施例中,所述散热套件5的下端设有石英玻璃层9,所述石英玻璃层9和所述散热套件5形成一体化结构,具体是通过固定架5.1固定在散热套件5的下端端面上。所述散热套件5包括柱体以及设置在柱体外壁上呈放射状的散热翅片;所述散热翅片的散热面上设有凸台;沿散热翅片的高度方向,所述散热翅片的截面呈锯齿型结构,所述凸台的截面形状为半圆形、三角形或矩形;所述散热翅片的厚度为0.8-1.8mm;所述凸台的高度为0.8-1.2mm。优选石英玻璃层和散热套件中的柱体同中心轴线设置,且石英玻璃层的直径为柱体直径的0.2-0.6倍。
本实施例中,所述夹碳布滤芯2、纳米二氧化钛过滤网3、散热套件5以及风扇6均通过螺栓或螺丝可拆卸式设置在壳本体1.1的侧壁的内壁上。可通过打开后盖,进行夹碳布滤芯和纳米二氧化钛过滤网的更换,通过打开盖板1.2,进行散热套件和风扇的更换。
除此之外,本实施例中还可以包括控制系统8,所述控制系统8设置在所述壳本体1.1的内壁上,所述风扇控制开关和所述紫外光源开关均与所述控制系统8连接。此处控制系统包括控制芯片,也可以参照现有技术采用其他能够实现智能控制的组件。
除此之外,还可以设置WiFi模块、智能快联、手机远程操控、颗粒物激光传感器、温湿度传感器、风速调节、空气质量检测、滤芯更换提示等功能,可根据用户需求定制智能模块。
除此之外,外壳1的下端还可以设置滚动轮组(含至少一个滚轮),便于移动。
应用本实施例的紫外线空气杀菌灭毒机,效果是:(1)能破坏有机物中的C-C键、C-H键、C-N键、C-O键、O-H键、N-H键,分解有机物为二氧化碳与水;同时破坏细菌的细胞膜固化病毒的蛋白质,改变细菌,病毒的生存环境从而杀死细菌、病毒,该方法属于物理灭菌,不会产生毒副作用,不会产生臭氧,无二次污染;(2)可以对对甲醛、苯、氨气、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、氮氧化物等影响人类身体健康的有害有机物起到净化作用,对香烟臭、厕所臭、垃圾臭、动物臭等具有除臭功效;(3)采用夹碳布滤芯、纳米二氧化钛过滤网和紫外光源的结合,节能;(4)适用于个人、家庭、集体以及其他公共场所。

Claims (8)
1.一种紫外线空气杀菌灭毒机,其特征在于,包括外壳(1)、夹碳布滤芯(2)、纳米二氧化钛过滤网(3)、紫外光源(4)、散热套件(5)以及风扇(6);
所述外壳(1)包括具有空腔的壳本体(1.1)以及盖板(1.2),壳本体(1.1)上设有均与空腔连通的进风口(1.3)以及开口(1.4),所述盖板(1.2)用于打开和密封所述开口(1.4),且所述盖板(1.2)上设有连通所述空腔的出风口(1.5);所述壳本体(1.1)上设有用于打开所述紫外光源(4)和风扇(6)的电源开关(7);
所述夹碳布滤芯(2)、纳米二氧化钛过滤网(3)、紫外光源(4)、散热套件(5)以及风扇(6)均设置在所述壳本体(1.1)的空腔内,且所述夹碳布滤芯(2)、纳米二氧化钛过滤网(3)、散热套件(5)以及风扇(6)沿进风口(1.3)至出风口(1.5)的风路上顺次设置,所述紫外光源(4)用于对所述纳米二氧化钛过滤网(3)发射紫外光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紫外线空气杀菌灭毒机,其特征在于,所述壳本体(1.1)为柱体结构;所述进风口(1.3)设置在所述壳本体(1.1)的侧壁下部;所述盖板(1.2)设置在所述壳本体(1.1)的顶部;
所述夹碳布滤芯(2)位于所述空腔的下部,由所述进风口(1.3)进入的空气经所述夹碳布滤芯(2)的侧壁汇入所述夹碳布滤芯(2)的中间通道;
所述纳米二氧化钛过滤网(3)位于所述夹碳布滤芯(2)的正上方,使得汇入夹碳布滤芯的中间通道的气体全部经过所述纳米二氧化钛过滤网(3)中的纳米二氧化钛层;
所述散热套件(5)位于所述纳米二氧化钛过滤网(3)正上方,使得经过纳米二氧化钛过滤网(3)的气体经过散热套件冷却然后由风扇(6)作用从出风口(1.5)排出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的紫外线空气杀菌灭毒机,其特征在于,所述散热套件(5)的下端设有石英玻璃层(9),所述石英玻璃层(9)和所述散热套件(5)形成一体化结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的紫外线空气杀菌灭毒机,其特征在于,所述夹碳布滤芯(2)、纳米二氧化钛过滤网(3)、散热套件(5)以及风扇(6)均可拆卸式设置在壳本体(1.1)的内壁上。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的紫外线空气杀菌灭毒机,其特征在于,还包括控制系统(8),所述控制系统(8)设置在所述壳本体(1.1)的内壁上;
所述电源开关(7)包括控制风扇的风扇控制开关以及控制所述紫外光源的紫外光源开关,所述风扇控制开关和所述紫外光源开关均与所述控制系统(8)连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的紫外线空气杀菌灭毒机,其特征在于,所述风扇(6)为变频风扇。
7.根据权利要求5所述的紫外线空气杀菌灭毒机,其特征在于,所述散热套件(5)包括柱体以及设置在柱体外壁上呈放射状的散热翅片;所述散热翅片的散热面上设有凸台;沿散热翅片的高度方向,所述散热翅片的截面呈锯齿型结构,所述凸台的截面形状为半圆形、三角形或矩形。
8.根据权利要求7所述的紫外线空气杀菌灭毒机,其特征在于,所述散热翅片的厚度为0.8-1.8mm;所述凸台的高度为0.8-1.2mm。
