The heat dissipation process of the control panel 200 of the outdoor unit 1 according to the present invention will be described.
The heat generated by the control board 200 is conducted to the heat pipe 400, the medium in the heat pipe 400 absorbs the heat and then vaporizes to form the evaporation part, the vapor flows to the rest part of the heat pipe 400 under a small pressure difference, cold air with a lower temperature is introduced through the heat dissipation air duct 310 under the action of negative pressure generated by the air guide device 500, the vapor and the cold air exchange and release heat to liquefy, the heat is condensed into liquid again to form the condensation part, and the liquefied liquid flows back to the evaporation part through a porous material (a liquid absorption core) by virtue of capillary force. The heat is transferred from the evaporation part to the condensation part of the heat pipe 400 by such reciprocating circulation, and the heat of the control board 200 is continuously transferred, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling the control board 200.
The external air inlet of the casing 100 may be through an original external air inlet, or an independent external air inlet may be additionally provided, so as to introduce external air into the casing 100, thereby increasing the heat dissipation effect.
According to the utility model discloses air condensing units 1 is through setting up heat pipe 400 and wind channel apron 300 to utilize the outer cold wind of heat pipe 400 and heat dissipation wind channel 310 to last the heat dissipation to control panel 200, not only the radiating effect is good, can reliably control by temperature change control panel 200, compares the radiating mode of refrigerant among the correlation technique moreover, and structure and control logic are simple, can effective reduce cost. For example, fig. 1 shows an example of an arrangement of these components, the housing 100 may have a first chamber 101 and a second chamber 102 therein, the heat exchanger 103 spans the first chamber 101 and the second chamber 102, the blower 900 is disposed in the first chamber 101, the compressor 104, the control plate 200, the duct cover 300, the air guide 600, the heat pipe 400, and the fin 600 are disposed in the second chamber 102, and these components of the control plate 200, the duct cover 300, the air guide 600, the heat pipe 400, and the fin 600 may be located above the compressor 104.
The fan 900 is configured to accelerate the flow rate of air in the first chamber 101 of the outdoor unit 1, so as to increase the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 103. Moreover, the heat dissipation air duct 310 is communicated with the first chamber 101, and the air flow rate in the first chamber 101 is increased, so that the air flow rate of the heat dissipation air duct 310 is increased, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat pipe 400 is also increased.
The following describes, by way of example, an assembly process of the heat radiating portion of the outdoor unit 1 of the air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention.
First, the first heat pipe 410 and the second heat pipe 420 are respectively pressed into the U-shaped groove and the L-shaped groove of the heat conductive mounting plate 700 by using an extrusion process, and then, a flying surface treatment is performed to increase the contact area between the first heat pipe 410 and the second heat pipe 420. The fins 600 are then strung and tightened to ensure good contact.
Then, the heat conducting mounting plate 700 is mounted to the control board 200 by screws, and then the assembled whole components are placed inside the electronic control box 800 and fixed by screws after being mounted in place.
Finally, the air duct cover plate 300 is covered and fixed at the corresponding position.
Other configurations of the outdoor unit 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail here.
For example, an air conditioner including an air conditioner outdoor unit of the present application performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit of the air conditioner or the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, the air conditioner is used as a heater in a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the air conditioner is used as a cooler in a cooling mode.
In the description herein, references to the description of the terms "particular embodiment," "particular example," etc., mean that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. In this specification, the schematic representations of the terms used above do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example.
