2. A device adapted for root strengthening of a concrete wall or column according to claim 1, wherein the inner edge lines of the frame enclose a rectangular or right-angled shape.

A device for reinforcing the root of a concrete wall or column according to claim 1, wherein each of said members is a ila member, a lib member and a lie member, said ila member being linear and having projections at both ends thereof, said lib member being rectangular and having recesses at both ends thereof, said lie member being U-shaped and having recesses at both ends thereof; the IIa component, the IIb component and the IIc component are connected in an assembling mode through the notches and the convex openings to form the frame.
8. A device adapted for root strengthening of concrete walls or columns according to claim 7, wherein said bosses are formed by integral machining and said recesses are formed by cutting.
