As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in order to facilitate the detachment of the air duct cover 54, the air duct cover further includes a decorative cover plate 52 mounted on the upper cover assembly, the air duct main body 51 and the air duct cover 54 are respectively disposed on both sides of the decorative cover plate 52, and the handle cover plate 543 of the air duct cover 54 is detachably mounted on the decorative cover plate 52. The decorative cover plate 52 can be used for shielding the air duct main body 51 arranged on the upper cover assembly, so that the upper cover assembly is integrated and more attractive; on the other hand, the decorative cover plate 52 is provided with a decorative plate through hole 521, and the inserting part 542 of the air duct cover passes through the decorative plate through hole 521 and is inserted into the air duct main body 51 without affecting the formation of the air outlet duct. In one embodiment, the decorative cover plate 52 is further provided with a mounting through hole 522, and correspondingly, the air duct cover 54 is provided with an air duct cover fixing hole 546 matched with the mounting through hole 522, and a fixing screw 7 is connected to the mounting through hole 522 through the air duct cover fixing hole 546 so as to fix the air duct cover 54 on the decorative cover plate 52. When the filter assembly 53 needs to be cleaned or replaced, the air duct cover 54 can be detached from the decorative cover plate 52 by detaching the fixing screws 7, so that the filter assembly 53 on the air duct main body 51 can be taken out conveniently.
As shown in FIG. 2, in one embodiment, the pot assembly further comprises a bottom heater 44 disposed inside the base outer shell 41, wherein the bottom heater 44 is disposed at the side or bottom of the inner pot 42. In this way, the inner pot 42 can be heated by the bottom heater 44 to cook food in the inner pot 42.
In order to improve the safety of the pot, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pot further comprises a sensor 43 and a controller (not shown), wherein the sensor 43 is used for sensing a covering signal when the upper cover assembly covers the pot body assembly, and the controller is used for receiving the covering signal of the sensor 43 and further controlling the operation and closing of the hot air circulation assembly 2. In one embodiment, the upper cover assembly is provided with a magnet 33, the sensor 43 is a non-contact sensor, the sensor 43 can sense the approach of the magnet 33 when the upper cover assembly covers the pot body and generate a cover closing and closing signal, the controller receives the cover closing and closing signal of the sensor 43, and the controller controls the hot air circulation assembly 2 to work; when the controller receives an uncovering and covering signal which is transmitted by the sensor 43 and indicates that the upper cover assembly does not cover the pot body assembly, the controller controls the hot air circulation assembly 2 to close. Thus, the sensor 43 and the controller can prevent the situation that the upper cover assembly works in an open state of the hot air circulation assembly 2 from happening, and the safety of the cooker is greatly improved. Of course, the triggering embodiments of the sensor 43 are various, for example, a contact-type micro switch can also sense the covering signal when the cover assembly covers the pot body assembly, and other embodiments are not listed in this embodiment.
In order to better detect whether the air outlet duct and the filter assembly 53 are abnormal, a temperature sensing device 91 and a controller (not shown) are arranged in the air outlet duct, the temperature sensing device 91 is used for sensing a temperature signal in the air outlet duct, and the controller is used for responding to the temperature signal of the temperature sensing device 91 to further implement control. In one embodiment, when the filtering component 53 in the air outlet channel absorbs a lot of oil smoke particles for a long time, the controller senses that the temperature in the air outlet channel exceeds a preset threshold, and controls the heating component (e.g., the top heater 23 or the bottom heater 44) in the pot to stop working and the fan 22 to continue working for heat dissipation, and further, the pot can also give a prompt signal to prompt a user to check the air outlet channel or replace the filtering component 53. An oil smoke concentration detection device 92 and a controller can be further arranged in the air outlet duct, the oil smoke concentration detection device 92 is used for sensing an oil smoke concentration signal in the air outlet duct, and the controller is used for responding to the oil smoke concentration signal of the oil smoke concentration detection device 92 so as to implement control. In one embodiment, when the filtering component in the air outlet duct exhausts badly due to the fact that the filtering component absorbs a lot of oil smoke particles after being used for a long time, the controller senses that the oil smoke concentration in the air outlet duct exceeds a preset threshold value, the cooker can be controlled to stop working, and further the cooker can also make a prompt signal to prompt a user to check the air outlet duct or replace the filtering component 53.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fan blade 22 and the top heater 23 of the hot air circulation assembly 2 are disposed below the reflection cover 32, however, since the covering size of the reflection cover is large, it may affect that the hot air circulating from the hot air circulating assembly 2 is not intensively blown to the middle of the cooking cavity 421, resulting in long heating time or poor heating effect, in one embodiment, a wind scooper 8 is further arranged below the reflector 32, the upper part of the wind scooper 8 is provided with a cover upper opening 81, the edge of the upper opening 81 is connected to the inner side of the top of the reflection cover 32, the fan blade 22 and the top heater 23 are positioned in the air guiding cover 8, the reflector avoidance hole 321 is located at the outer side of the air guiding cover 8, and the air guiding cover 8 is used for guiding the hot circulating air to blow towards the central area of the cooking cavity 421. The air guiding cover 8 can separate the reflector avoiding hole 321 from the fan blade 22 and the top heater 23 which generate the thermal circulation air, the thermal circulation air is firstly blown to the central area of the cooking inner cavity 421 by the guiding of the air guiding cover 8, after the thermal circulation air flowing into the cooking inner cavity 421 heats the food in the inner pot 42, one part of the thermal circulation air flows back to the vicinity of the center of the fan blade 22 upwards and flows circularly, the other part of the thermal circulation air flows towards the reflector 32 upwards along the pot wall of the inner pot 42, and the thermal circulation air flowing towards the reflector 32 can drive part of the oil smoke to enter the air outlet channel from the reflector avoiding hole 321 and is filtered by the filter component 53 and then discharged to the outer space of the upper cover component, so that the heat utilization efficiency of the thermal circulation air is improved, and the loss of heat energy is reduced.

Claims (14)

1. The cooker with the oil smoke treatment function comprises a cooker body assembly and an upper cover assembly arranged above the cooker body assembly, wherein the cooker body assembly comprises a base outer shell and an inner cooker arranged in the base outer shell, the inner cooker is provided with a cooking inner containing cavity, and the inner cooker is used for containing cooking food; the cooking device is characterized in that an air duct main body is arranged on the upper cover assembly, an air duct cavity is arranged in the air duct main body, a detachably mounted air duct cover is arranged at an air outlet of the air duct main body, a cover air outlet hole is formed in the air duct cover, the air duct cavity of the air duct main body and the cover air outlet hole of the air duct cover are communicated in the front and back direction and jointly form an air outlet duct, the cooking inner containing cavity is communicated with the outer space of the upper cover assembly through the air outlet duct, and a filter assembly is detachably arranged in the air outlet duct; the upper cover component is provided with a hot air circulation component, the hot air circulation component is used for generating hot circulation air in the cooking content cavity, and the air outlet duct and the filtering component are combined and used for discharging the hot circulation air in the cooking content cavity by means of power of the hot circulation air in the cooking content cavity and decomposing, filtering or adsorbing oil smoke in the hot circulation air.
2. The pot with lampblack processing function according to claim 1, characterized in that the air duct main body is arranged obliquely, and an air outlet of the air duct main body is higher than an air inlet of the air duct main body.

The cooking pot with the lampblack treatment function according to claim 1, wherein the air duct cover comprises an insertion part and a handle cover plate connected to the insertion part, a cover air outlet hole of the air duct cover penetrates through the insertion part and the handle cover plate, the outer diameter of the handle cover plate is larger than that of the insertion part, and the air duct cover is inserted into an air duct cavity of the air duct main body through the insertion part.
4. The pot having an oil smoke processing function according to claim 3, wherein a step is provided at an inner side of the air duct main body, and the filter assembly is held at a position between the step of the air duct main body and the insertion part of the air duct cover.

The cooking pot with the lampblack treatment function according to claim 3, further comprising a decorative cover plate installed on the upper cover assembly, wherein a decorative plate through hole is formed in the decorative cover plate, the air duct main body and the air duct cover are respectively arranged on two sides of the decorative cover plate, the insertion part of the air duct cover penetrates through the decorative plate through hole to be inserted into the air duct main body, and the handle cover plate of the air duct cover is installed on the decorative cover plate.
6. The cooking pot according to claim 5, wherein the filter assembly is connected to the air duct main body or the insertion portion in a sealing manner.

The pot with the lampblack processing function according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a temperature sensing device and a controller are arranged in the air outlet duct, the temperature sensing device is used for sensing a temperature signal in the air outlet duct, and the controller is used for responding to the temperature signal of the temperature sensing device to further control.

The cooking pot with lampblack processing function according to claim 10, characterized in that a wind guide cover is further arranged below the reflecting cover, an upper cover opening is formed in the upper portion of the wind guide cover, the edge of the upper cover opening is connected to the inner side of the top of the reflecting cover, the fan blades and the top heater are located in the wind guide cover, the reflection cover avoiding hole is located on the outer side of the wind guide cover, and the wind guide cover is used for guiding heat circulating wind to blow towards the central area of the cooking inner cavity.
