a honeycomb type anode plate (7) and a cathode pricker (8) matched with the honeycomb type anode plate are arranged in the ionization region, a first spray device is arranged in the first water spray region, a second spray device is arranged in the second water spray region, the first spray device is communicated with the first water storage region through a first power device, and the second spray device is communicated with the second water storage region through a second power device;
