A mat workstation as claimed in claim 2, wherein the automatic adjustment mechanism comprises a front and rear actuator, a front and rear sliding frame and a vertical turning actuator, the front and rear sliding frame is slidably disposed on the screen, the front and rear actuator is mounted on the screen, an output end of the front and rear actuator is assembled with the front and rear sliding frame, the vertical turning actuator is mounted on the front and rear sliding frame, an output end of the vertical turning actuator is assembled with the display mounting seat, and the display mounting seat is further pivoted to the front and rear sliding frame.

A training mat guide table as defined in claim 3, wherein a front and rear guide member is mounted between the screen and the front and rear sliding supports, the front and rear guide members being disposed in a left-right spaced arrangement, the front and rear actuators being located between the front and rear guide members, the front and rear actuators also being located below the front and rear sliding supports.

A mat workstation for training and guiding as claimed in claim 1, wherein an avoiding space with a contour matching with the screen is provided at the rear end of the table body, the screen is located in the avoiding space, and the top surface of the screen covers the avoiding space and is flush with the table surface of the table body when the screen is in the conference mode.
6. A training guiding and adjusting mat working table as claimed in claim 5, wherein a clamping groove is formed at the rear of the screen, and the clamping groove is clamped and matched with the rear wall of the avoiding space when the screen is in the meeting mode.

A training mat guide table as defined in claim 1, wherein said foot support mechanism comprises a foot base, an upper and lower automatic lifting device, and a mounting support bracket, the lower end of said upper and lower automatic lifting device is connected to said foot base, said mounting support bracket is connected to the upper end of said upper and lower automatic lifting device, the upper end of said upper and lower automatic lifting device forms the lifting end of said foot support mechanism, and said mode switching mechanism and table body are each mounted on said mounting support bracket.

A training mat table as set forth in claim 7 wherein said mounting support bracket comprises a bottom mounting bracket, a top mounting bracket and an intermediate connecting bracket connected between said bottom mounting bracket and said top mounting bracket, said bottom mounting bracket being located behind said top mounting bracket, said top mounting bracket being assembled to an upper end of said up-down automatic lifting device, a lower end of said mode switching mechanism being mounted to said bottom mounting bracket, an upper end of said mode switching mechanism forming a lifting end of said mode switching mechanism.

The mat workbench for training and guiding adjustment according to claim 1, further comprising a bottom cabinet, a rotating door cabinet, a lighting lamp, a microphone and a writing board, wherein the bottom cabinet is assembled on the workbench and located behind and below the table top of the workbench, the rotating door cabinet is installed on the workbench and located on the left side and the right side below the table top of the workbench respectively, the lighting lamp, the microphone and the writing board are installed on the table top of the workbench respectively, and a main power switch and an LED lamp switch are installed on the rotating door cabinet on the left side below.
