Description

Marker for an electrical line component, clamping bracket and electrical line component
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a marker, a clamping bracket with a clamping bracket section for setting the marker and an electrical line component with one or more such clamping bracket sections.
Background
In order to facilitate an overview of the complex circuit arrangements, for example in the manufacturing industry, for the assembly worker, markers are often used with which electrical connection points, for example direct plug terminals, can be marked. The line components of such a line arrangement, for example a junction box, have a clamping bracket section to which a marker can be fastened. Preferably, the marker is releasably fixed, in particular clamped, snapped on and/or inserted into the clamping bracket section.
The markers known from the prior art have a clamping foot which can be inserted into a clamping bracket of a clamping bracket section and can be clamped there.
The line arrangement can be automatically assembled and/or connected by means of an assembly robot and marked here or thereafter with a device, for example a laser. In this case, the markers are also placed and optionally marked by the assembly robot or other assembly robots. However, the markers known from the prior art are often not positioned exactly centrally (symmetrically) with respect to the terminals when automatically assembled by the assembly robot. The marker may also always fall off when a one-sided peel protection is provided. The two-sided peel protection is related to the geometry of the locking legs of the marker. It is also possible here to implement: the marker protrudes from the terminal. As a result, the marking may also be arranged inaccurately or obliquely on the marker or may even protrude beyond the edge of the marker, so that the marking is not placed at all on the marker.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The object of the invention is to improve such a marking device in such a way that, in particular when automatically assembling by means of an assembly robot, precise positioning can be realized very simply and reliably.
To this end, the invention proposes a marker for marking an electrical line component, having a marker body which has a marking surface on the outside and a clamping foot on the inside for fixing the marker on the electrical line component, characterized in that at least one positioning means is provided for positioning the marker on at least one clamping bracket section of a clamping bracket of the electrical line component.
According to a preferred embodiment, the electrical line component is a junction box.
The electrical line component can have, for example, a terminal box with one or more clips for fastening electrical conductors.
The marker has a marker body, and a marker face is provided on the outer side of the marker body. For this purpose, the marking body is preferably of plate-shaped design. The marking body particularly preferably has a flat marking surface. However, such a marking body can also have a curved marking surface or a plurality of partial marking surfaces arranged at an angle, in particular at right angles, to one another, so that the marking body is of arcuate or substantially L-shaped or substantially U-shaped configuration.
In order to fix the marker on the electrical line component, the marker also has a clamping foot on the inner side of the marking body.
The marker is characterized in that the positioning means are provided for precisely positioning the marker on at least one or more clamping bracket sections of a clamping bracket of a line component. According to a preferred embodiment, the positioning means can be arranged on the inner side of the marking body.
The positioning means also enable a precise, i.e. preferably centered and/or non-rotated setting of the marker on the clamping frame section when the marker is automatically mounted on the respective clamping frame section by means of the mounting robot. The marking surface is thus positioned precisely and can be mounted and/or marked (by means of a marking device, for example a laser) easily, in particular over the entire surface, and in particular automatically, by means of a mounting robot.
According to a preferred embodiment, the positioning means is a recess or a recess in the marking body.
As a positioning means, the marker has a recess or recess in the marking body for this purpose. Alternatively, the embodiment of the positioning means as a projection is also preferred. Such a positioning means can be provided at low cost during the production of the marking body or can be introduced into the marking body afterwards. In this case, the positioning means can be designed as form-locking means, clamping means and/or latching means, so that the indicator (preferably via a correspondingly available clamping or latching abutment) also additionally prevents the clamping bracket section from falling off.
The positioning means may be arranged in very different geometries, i.e. in a triangular-, diamond-, oval-, round-or cross-shaped geometry or shape.
In this case, a marker is preferred, the clamping foot of which has two clamping webs which extend parallel to the displacement direction. Preferably, the positioning means extend transversely to the clamping feet in the longitudinal direction. It is particularly preferred that the clamping feet extend transversely to the clamping webs. The positioning means are preferably arranged in a plane-symmetrical manner with respect to a second center line, which extends in the longitudinal direction.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the indicator is preferred, in which a positioning means is provided on each of the opposite sides of the clamping foot of the indicator. The markers therefore each have a positioning means adjacent to the clamping webs of the clamping feet. Such a marker can be arranged in the clamping holder of the clamping holder section in the basic position and rotated by 180 ° relative thereto. The marker can therefore be assembled relatively easily, in particular automatically.
Particular preference is given here to: the markers are mirror-symmetrically configured with respect to a first centre line extending transversely to the longitudinal direction in the displacement direction and/or with respect to a third centre line extending in the extension direction transversely to the longitudinal direction and transversely to the displacement direction.
Such a marker can be produced at low cost, in particular from plastic. In principle, the marking surface can also be produced from other materials, in particular from metal. Alternatively, paper, in particular pressed paper, may be used for producing the marker. Preference is given here to: the clamping feet are designed elastically in order to achieve a good clamping action.
The object is also achieved by a clamping bracket having at least one clamping bracket section, wherein the clamping bracket is provided in the corresponding clamping bracket section for clamping the clamping foot of the marking device. The clamping bracket section is therefore provided for the arrangement of markers. The clamping bracket section has a first contact surface with a positioning device, which is provided for interacting with a positioning device of the marker. Preferably, the detent means and the detent counter means are locked to each other. This makes it possible to arrange the marker precisely, i.e. centrally, on the clamping frame section.
In the positioned state of the indicator secured on the clamping bracket section, the inner face of the indicator preferably at least partially abuts against the first abutment face.
In a preferred embodiment, the detent engagement means is configured as a projection relative to the first contact surface. In this embodiment, the positioning means are preferably configured as voids or recesses. However, an embodiment in which the detent fitting means is embodied as a recess or recess is also preferred, wherein the detent means of the marker is embodied as a projection relative to its inner face. In this case, the detent engagement means preferably extend in the same direction as the detent means in the detent state, i.e. the detent engagement means extend in particular in the longitudinal direction.
In a preferred embodiment, the projections are ramp-shaped and decrease in the longitudinal direction. However, the projections may also have a constant height relative to the environment. The ramp shape facilitates demolding from the mold.
The clamping bracket section can also have two projections, wherein each of the two projections can be arranged on one of the opposite sides of the clamping foot.
The positioning engagement means can also be arranged in the very most different (but respectively corresponding) geometry, i.e. in a triangular-, diamond-, oval-, round-or cross-shaped geometry or shape, corresponding to the positioning means on the marker, so that a good and reliable engagement of the marker on the clamping bracket section is achieved overall.
In order to be able to fix the marker on the clamping bracket section, it is furthermore preferred that the marker has an insertion opening. The marker can be inserted into the clamping bracket through the insertion opening in the displacement direction or counter to the displacement direction.
Furthermore, a wall is preferably provided on the side of the clamping bracket opposite the insertion opening, said wall serving as a stop for the clamping foot of the marker.
The object is also achieved by an electrical line component having a clamping carrier as a base body and one or more such clamping carrier sections, wherein such a marker can be positioned or positioned on the clamping carrier sections. Such a terminal block preferably has at least one clip for fixing the electrical conductor. Furthermore, a plurality of such terminal blocks can preferably be arranged with one another in an arrangement direction, in particular on a support rail.
According to a preferred embodiment, the electrical line component is a junction box.
The marker can be inserted into and/or latched onto the clamping bracket of the clamping bracket section quickly and easily, in particular automatically, by means of an assembly robot. By locking the positioning means with the positioning engagement means, the marker can be positioned in the clamping frame centrally/symmetrically and preferably non-rotatably with respect to the clamping grid.
In the positioned state, in which the marker is preferably arranged centrally in the clamping bracket of the clamping bracket section, the marker can be marked very easily, in particular over the entire surface, and in particular automatically, by means of the robot.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1a) to 1e) and fig. 2a) to 2e) each show an embodiment of a marker according to the invention. The markers differ substantially only in the shape of the positioning means. The two figures are therefore first illustrated here with the aid of the markers of fig. 1a) to 1 e).
The marker 1 is arranged for marking electrical line components (see fig. 3a), fig. 4 a)). For this purpose, the marker has a marker body 11, which is designed in a plate-shaped manner and flat here. The marking body 11 has a marking surface 100 on the outer side 10. The marking surface 100 extends in a plane (not shown) which is indicated by a line (not shown) extending in the longitudinal direction 23 and a line (not shown) extending in the displacement direction 22. The marking surface 100 can be marked in text and/or in graphics and in order to indicate electrical components and/or parts, in particular electrical clips 41 (see fig. 3a) and 4a) for connecting electrical conductors (not shown).
Furthermore, the marker 1 has an inner side 14, which is arranged on the side of the marking body 11 opposite the outer side 10. On the inner side 14, a clamping foot 12 is provided. The clamping feet 12 are provided for fastening the marker 1 to the clamping carrier section 3 of the electrical line component 4.
The clamping foot 12 of the marker 1 has two clamping webs 121, 122 here, which extend parallel to the displacement direction 22. The clamping webs 121, 122 are formed in an arcuate manner in cross section. In cross section, the clamping webs have a component of extent in the direction of extent 21 transverse to the longitudinal direction 23 and transverse to the displacement direction 22 and a component of extent in the longitudinal direction or counter to the longitudinal direction 23. Starting from the inner surface 14, the clamping webs are bent in each case toward the ends 111, 112 of the marking body 11. The clamping webs 121, 122 are each provided with a back cut 321, 322 (see fig. 4b)) for engaging behind the clamping bracket section 3.
On the inner side 14 of the marking body 11, two positioning means 13 are provided here. Therefore, the marker 11 is mirror-symmetrically configured with respect to the first center line M1. The marker can thus be arranged in the clamping frame section 3 both in the basic position and in a position rotated by 180 ° relative to the basic position.
The positioning means 13 are arranged on opposite sides of the clamping foot 12.
Each of the positioning means 13 can be used individually or the positioning means 13 can be used together to position the marker 1 precisely, i.e. without rotation, on the clamping bracket section 3 of the line component 4. The positioning means are configured here as recesses in the marking body 11. Therefore, the concept of the positioning means 13 and the recess is used synonymously below.
The recesses 13 each have a groove shape and extend in the longitudinal direction 23 transversely to the clamping feet 12 and transversely to the clamping webs 121, 122.
However, other shapes of the recess 13, such as a dot-shaped or oval recess 13, are also preferred. Other shapes such as triangular or diamond shapes or cross shapes or oval or circular shapes are also contemplated. Furthermore, the recess 13 is arranged here in the center of the marker 1, so that the marker 1 is designed in a plane-symmetrical manner with respect to a second center line M2 which runs transversely to the first center line M1. Embodiments of the marker 1 are also preferred, which have only one recess 13, which is arranged in particular centrally or offset with respect to the second center line M2, or two recesses 13, which are offset with respect to the second center line M2, in particular at equal distances (not shown).
The two recesses 13 of the marker 1, i.e. the grooves of fig. 1a) to 1e), each extend on the inside as far as a clamping web 121, 122 of the clamping foot 12. In contrast, the marker 1 of fig. 2a) to 2e) differs from the marker of fig. 1a) to 1e) in that the recess 13 is of a shorter construction. The recesses therefore each end at a distance (not shown) from the adjacent clamping webs 121, 122 of the clamping foot 12.
Fig. 3a) shows an electrical line component, i.e. a terminal block 4, which is arranged here on a support rail 5. Therefore, the concept of a line component is used synonymously with the terminal block 4 in the following.
The terminal block 4 has a plurality of direct plug-in clips 41 for connecting and laying electrical conductors. In order to provide the assembly worker with a better overview of the electrical circuit of the electrical conductors, each direct plug-in clamp 41 is provided with a clamping bracket section 3 having a clamping piece 32 for setting the marker 1. Fig. 3b) to 3e) show clamping the holder sections.
The clamping element 32 is arranged in the clamping bracket section 3 of the base body 31. The base body 31 is designed here as a clamping bracket for the terminal block 4. The term base and the clamping bracket 31 are therefore used synonymously here. Thus, the clamping bracket can have one or more clamping bracket sections, which can each have a clamping piece 32.
The clamping elements 32 extend into the base body 31 in an extension direction 21 transverse to the longitudinal direction 23 and transverse to the displacement direction 22. On the opposite sides of the holding part 32 in the longitudinal direction 23, back cuts 321, 322 are provided, which each provide one of the clamping webs 121, 122 for fastening the clamping feet 12 of the marker 1.
In front of the holder 32 in the direction of movement 22, an insertion opening 35 is provided, through which the marker 1 can be inserted into the holder 32. Furthermore, a wall 323 is provided here behind the holder 32 in the displacement direction 22, which wall serves as a stop for the marker 1.
At the end side of the clamping bracket section 3, contact surfaces 341, 342 are provided above and below the clamping element 32 in the longitudinal direction 23. At least the first contact surface 341 has a detent engagement means 33. The positioning engagement means 33 are provided for engagement with the positioning means 13 of the marker 1. Thus, its shape is arranged corresponding to the shape of the positioning means 13 of the marker 1. It is therefore configured here as a projection. Therefore, the concept detent engagement means 33 and protrusion are used synonymously below.
The detent engagement means 33 therefore extends here further into the longitudinal direction 23 and is arranged in the center of the first contact surface 341. It therefore has the shape of a tab here. Furthermore, it therefore extends here along the second centre line N2.
However, it is also preferred to clamp the bracket section 3 in which the detent engagement means 33 are arranged offset on the second contact surface 342 and/or relative to the second center line N2. Furthermore, a clamping bracket section 3 is preferred which has a detent means 33 both on the first contact surface and on the second contact surface 341, 342, wherein the detent means 33 can then be arranged centrally or offset with respect to the second center line N2.
Also visible in fig. 3d) are: the detent engagement means 33 are here constructed ramp-shaped. Thereby, the protrusion 33 decreases in the longitudinal direction 23. The arrangement of the marker 1 in the holder 32 can thus be realized relatively easily.
To set the marker 1 in the holder 32, it is inserted in the displacement direction 22 through the insertion opening 35 into the holder 32 until it comes to rest against the wall 323. During insertion, the detent means 13 of the marker 1 locks with the detent counter means 33 of the clamping bracket section 3. This ensures that: the marker 1 is centrally arranged in the holder 32.
Fig. 4a) to 4e) show the same terminal block 4 as fig. 3a) to 3e) and the same parts therein, with the difference: the marker 1 is now disposed in the holder 32. Thus, the marker 1 is in a positioned state (not shown).
In the positioned state, the clamping tabs 121, 122 of the clamping foot 12 of the marker 1 are arranged in the undercuts 321, 322 of the clamping piece 32 of the clamping bracket section 3. As a result, the marker 1 can only be removed from the holder 32 by a movement against the direction of movement 22 and not by a pulling against the direction of extension 21.
The marker 1 is arranged on the clamping bracket section 3, i.e. in the holder 32, in a non-rotatable manner. Thereby, the first centre line M1 of the marker 1 and the first centre line N1 of the clamp stand section 3 as well as the second centre line M2 of the marker 1 and the second centre line N2 of the clamp stand section 3 are arranged aligned with respect to each other.
In the positioned state, the marking surface 100 is accessible from the outside and is arranged on the end side of the clamping bracket section 3 (see fig. 4 c)). The marker 1 can thus be marked automatically, in particular globally, from the outside, in particular by a robot.
