A 90 degree turn conveyor, comprising: a fan-shaped frame (1), two conical rollers (2) respectively arranged at two ends of the fan-shaped frame (1), a power mechanism for driving the conical rollers (2) to rotate and a fan-shaped belt (3) wrapped on the outer surfaces of the two conical rollers (2), the conical rollers (2) comprise central shafts (201) arranged at the centers of the conical rollers (2), chain wheels (4) are fixedly arranged on the central shafts (201) of the two conical rollers (2), a driving chain (5) is fixedly connected to the fan-shaped belt (3), the driving chain (5) is matched with the two chain wheels (4), when the power mechanism drives the conical roller (2) to rotate, the chain wheel (4) rotates to drive the driving chain (5) matched with the chain wheel (4) to rotate so as to drive the fan-shaped belt (3) to rotate.
2. The 90-degree turning conveyor according to claim 1, wherein a connecting piece (6) is fixedly arranged on the driving chain (5), and the sector belt (3) is riveted at the other end of the connecting piece (6) so as to fixedly connect the driving chain (5) and the sector belt (3).
3. The 90 degree turn conveyor according to claim 1, wherein the power mechanism comprises a motor, and the motor is in transmission connection with the central shaft (201) to drive the conical roller (2) to rotate.

A 90 degree turn conveyor according to claim 1, further comprising an idler assembly disposed below the conical drum (2), a gap being provided between the idler assembly and the conical drum (2) for accommodating the sector belt (3), the idler assembly being in contact with the sector belt (3) preventing the sector belt (3) from sagging.
5. The 90 degree turn conveyor according to claim 4, wherein the idler assembly comprises an idler shaft (8) and a rubber roller (9) rotatably disposed on the idler shaft (8), an outer surface of the rubber roller (9) being in contact with the sector belt (3).
6. The 90 degree turn conveyor according to claim 4, wherein the number of idler assemblies is plural and evenly distributed along the circumference of the sector frame (1).

The 90-degree turning conveyor according to claim 1, further comprising a belt tensioning device (10) arranged on the fan-shaped frame (1), wherein the belt tensioning device (10) comprises a bearing (1001) arranged on the central shaft (201), a mounting plate (1002) fixedly arranged on the fan-shaped frame (1), and a first screw (1003) in threaded fit with the mounting plate (1002), the first screw (1003) abuts against the bearing (1001), and the bearing (1001) and the central shaft (201) are driven to move towards the end of the fan-shaped frame (1) by rotating the first screw (1003), the first screw (1003) and the first screw (1003).
8. The 90-degree turning conveyor according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of adjusting feet (11) are arranged below the fan-shaped frame (1), and the lower end surfaces of the adjusting feet (11) are in contact with the ground.
