一种含有锗元素及陶瓷粉的健身球，是将锗元素 粉碎掺进陶瓷粉中，然后涂在普通的健身球上，再往 其上涂上一层聚胺酯清漆，利用锗元素具有消肿，缓 和疼痛的特性和陶瓷粉具有携带远红外线的特性，使 人们在盘旋手中健身球的同时，增强促进血液循环和 新陈代谢，并使健身球具有消肿，缓和疼痛的效果。

Description

一种含有锗及陶瓷粉的健身球，应用于日常生活，属于人类生活需要类中保健与娱乐分部。
健身球是我国人民喜爱的一种集保健与娱乐为一体的运动工具，通过手将两球往复盘旋，使手及臂的血液循环加快，从而达到健身的目的，它同时又是一种供老年人消谴的工具之一。现有的健身球本身材料不外乎有下列几种：钢（铁）球.木球.石球。这些健身球以单一的材料组成，其锻炼方法就是通过手的运动来达到健身的目的，其球本身并无任何保健功能。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种使球本身具有保健功能含有锗元素及陶瓷粉的健身球。
本实用新型是如下实现的：据现代医学证明，锗元素对于人体具有消肿和缓和疼痛的效果。但锗元素若单独直接涂在健身球上则起不到上述目的，它必须依附在一定物质上才能起到促进血液循环之目的。众所周知，人体内有远红外线时刻对外辐射，若将人体的远红外线再反射到人体上则有促进血液循环及新陈代谢的效果，而陶瓷粉则具有携带远红外线的能力。本实用新型根据上述原理来制做含有锗元素及陶瓷粉的健身球，其具体做法是：将锗元素粉碎，掺进陶瓷粉中，然后在钢（铁）球.木球.铁球或其它材料制做的健身球表面上涂上含有锗元素和陶瓷粉的混合物，再将聚胺脂清漆涂在其表面。这样就形成含有锗元素及陶瓷粉的健身球。
使用这种含有锗元素及陶瓷粉健身球，可以将人体向外辐射的远红外线通过锗元素再利用陶瓷粉的特性反射到人体上，可以更加促进血液循环及新陈代谢，并具有消肿。去痛的功能，在娱乐的同时，达到增强保健的目的。

如图（1）（2）所示，锗元素粉碎掺入陶瓷粉中，然后涂在普通健身球上，再往其上涂上聚胺脂清漆层，就形成含有锗元素及陶瓷粉的健身球。图1中的钢珠是为了在手上盘旋健身球时有一定声响，增加娱乐性而设置的。

1、一种含有锗元素及陶瓷粉的健身球，其特征在于：在健身球上涂上含有锗元素和陶瓷粉的混合物，再将聚胺脂清漆涂在其表面。
