The panel cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tool holder includes a flat surface and an arc surface, the tool holder sleeve has a locking pin at both sides of the tool holder, the first fool-proof member is disposed at the arc surface, and the second fool-proof member is disposed at one side of the tool holder sleeve engaged with the arc surface.
3. The panel cutting apparatus of claim 2, wherein the first fool-proofing member includes a groove and the second fool-proofing member includes a protrusion that mates with the groove.
4. The panel cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the height of the recess ranges from one twentieth of the height of the holder to one tenth of the height of the holder.
5. The panel cutting apparatus of claim 3, wherein the shape of the groove comprises one of a hemispherical shape and a quadrangular prism shape.
6. The panel cutting apparatus of claim 2, wherein the first fool-proofing member includes a protrusion and the second fool-proofing member includes a groove that mates with the protrusion.

The panel cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tool holder includes a flat surface and an arc surface, the flat surface includes a first flat surface close to the tool wheel mounting hole and a second flat surface far from the tool wheel mounting hole, the tool holder sleeve is provided with a locking post at both sides of the tool holder sleeve engaged with the flat surface, the first fool-proof member is provided on the first flat surface, and the second fool-proof member is provided on the tool holder sleeve engaged with the first flat surface.
8. The panel cutting apparatus of claim 7, wherein the first fool-proofing member includes a groove and the second fool-proofing member includes a protrusion that mates with the groove, the protrusion having a length that is greater than a length of the catch.

The panel cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tool holder includes a flat surface and an arc surface, the flat surface includes a first flat surface close to the tool wheel mounting hole and a second flat surface far from the tool wheel mounting hole, the tool holder sleeve is provided with a locking post at both sides of the tool holder sleeve engaged with the flat surface, the first fool-proof member is provided on the second flat surface, and the second fool-proof member is provided on one side of the tool holder sleeve engaged with the second flat surface.

The panel cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the holder includes a flat surface and an arc surface, the flat surface includes a first flat surface close to the cutter wheel mounting hole and a second flat surface far from the cutter wheel mounting hole, the holder sleeve is provided with a locking post at both sides of the holder sleeve which are engaged with the flat surfaces, the first fool-proof member is provided at the first and second flat surfaces, the second fool-proof member is provided at both sides of the holder sleeve which are engaged with the first and second flat surfaces, and a portion of the first fool-proof member located at the first flat surface has a different shape from a portion of the first fool-proof member located at the second flat surface.
