The transportation assembly comprises a first electric sliding table 118, a first Z-shaped bracket 119, a second Z-shaped bracket 120, a second electric sliding table 121, a moving frame 122, an electric push rod 123, a support 126, a sliding rod 127, a guide block 128 and an adsorption assembly 124; the first electric sliding table 118 is transversely fixed on the front side of the upper plane of the top plate 103, the sliding rod 127 is transversely arranged on the rear side of the upper plane of the top plate 103 and is parallel to the first electric sliding table 118, two ends of the sliding rod 127 are fixed on the upper plane of the top plate 103 through a support 126, the guide block 128 is movably sleeved on the sliding rod 127, the first Z-shaped support 119 is fixed on the moving end of the first electric sliding table 118, the second Z-shaped support 120 is fixed on the guide block 128, the second electric sliding table 121 is transversely fixed between the upper ends of the first Z-shaped support 119 and the second Z-shaped support 120 and is perpendicular to the first electric sliding table 118, the moving frame 122 is fixed on the moving end of the second electric sliding table 121, the electric push rod 123 is fixed on the moving frame 122, the telescopic end of the electric push rod 123 is vertically arranged downwards, and the adsorption component 124 is fixed on the telescopic end of the electric.
The egg opening device comprises sliding rails 201, sliding seats 202, a tool rest 203, a transition block 205, T-shaped blocks 206, a lead screw 207, a lead screw sleeve 208, a traction motor 209, a blade 210, a knob screw 211 and a box body 204, wherein two sliding rails 201 which are transversely distributed and are parallel to each other are arranged above the tool rest 203, the two sliding rails 201 are fixed on the lower plane of a top plate 103, the sliding seats 202 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the tool rest 203, the two sliding seats 202 are movably sleeved on the outer sides of the lower parts of the two sliding rails 201 respectively, the transition block 205 is fixed on the front side of the tool rest 203, the lead screw sleeve 208 is transversely embedded in the transition block 205, the T-shaped blocks 206 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the transition block 205, and the; the lead screw 207 which is transversely distributed is inserted and screwed in the lead screw sleeve 208, two ends of the lead screw 207 are respectively rotatably inserted and connected in the two T-shaped blocks 206, the traction motor 209 is fixed on the right side of one support tube 102 on the left front side, the rotating shaft of the traction motor 209 transversely penetrates through one support tube 102 on the left front side and is fixed at the right end of the lead screw 207, the blade 210 is fixed on the upper side of the tool rest 203, and the box body 204 is detachably fixed on the lower side of the tool rest 203 through a knob screw 211.
The moving assembly comprises a bottom supporting plate 301, a first electric cylinder 302, side supporting frames 303, back supporting frames 306, a top beam 307, a rotating device, a top supporting plate 305 and a sleeve seat 304, wherein the bottom supporting plate 301 is transversely fixed at the bottom of the machine frame 700, the front side and the rear side of the bottom supporting plate 301 are respectively provided with a bottom beam 315 which is transversely and mutually distributed in parallel, the two bottom beams 315 are respectively fixed at the bottom of the machine frame 700, the upper side of each bottom beam 315 is provided with one side supporting frame 303 which is mutually distributed symmetrically, the upper sides of the two side supporting frames 303 are respectively fixed with one vertical back supporting frame 306 which is mutually distributed symmetrically, the top beam 307 which is transversely distributed is fixed between the front side surfaces and the rear side surfaces of the two back supporting frames 306, the first electric cylinder 302 is fixed on the upper plane of the bottom supporting plate 301 and is arranged between the two side supporting frames 303, the top supporting plate 305 is transversely fixed at the top of the machine frame 700 and is arranged above the two back supporting frames 306, the sleeve, the rotating device is arranged between the sleeve seat 304 and the first electric cylinder 302, and comprises a first flat plate 310, a second flat plate 311, a side column 312, a servo motor 313, a speed reducer 314, a rotating disc 316, a central shaft tube 317, a second guide rail 308 and a second sliding block 309; the first flat plate 310 is transversely arranged between the two back-supporting frames 306 and below the two top beams 307, the telescopic end of the first electric cylinder 302 is vertically and upwardly fixed at the center of the lower plane of the first flat plate 310, the second flat plate 311 is transversely arranged above the two top beams 307, four vertically distributed side posts 312 are fixed between the first flat plate 310 and the second flat plate 311, the two side posts 312 on the left side are arranged on the left side of one top beam 307 on the left side, the two side posts 312 on the right side are arranged on the right side of one top beam 307 on the right side, two vertically and symmetrically distributed second guide rails 308 are fixed on the opposite sides of the two back-supporting frames 306, each second guide rail 308 is sleeved with one second sliding block 309, the two second sliding blocks 309 on the front side are fixed on the front side face of the first flat plate 310, the two second sliding blocks 309 on the rear side face of the rear side are fixed on the rear side face of the first flat plate 310, and the speed reducer 314 is vertically embedded in the second flat plate 311 and arranged; the servo motor 313 is fixed on the lower side of the reducer 314, the rotating shaft of the servo motor 313 is connected with the input shaft of the reducer 314, the turntable 316 is transversely arranged above the second plate 311, the output shaft of the reducer 314 is vertically and upwardly fixed on the center of the lower plane of the turntable 316, the central shaft tube 317 is vertically fixed on the center of the upper plane of the turntable 316, and the upper end of the central shaft tube 317 is rotatably inserted into the casing base 304.
The cooking module includes a frame box 405, a front baffle 408, a leveling assembly, a shaping assembly, an egg pushing assembly, and a omelette 427; the forming component is arranged at the rear side of the frame box, the leveling component is arranged at the rear side of the forming component and is fixed on the upper plane of the turntable 316, the egg frying tray 427 is detachably arranged in the frame box, and the egg pushing component is arranged above the egg frying tray 427 and is matched with the forming component; the front baffle 408 is detachably arranged at the front opening of the frame box 405; the forming assembly comprises an inner box body 410, an outer box body 409, a vertical moving plate 412, a machine box 414, a lifting motor 415, an internal thread sleeve 416, a first screw rod 417, a first sliding rod 418, a first sliding sleeve 419, a rail 420, a lower pulling plate 421, a sliding block 436, an overhead plate 422 and a forming cylinder 423, wherein the inner box body 410 is fixed outside the rear side of the frame box 405, the machine box 414 is fixed on the inner wall of the front side of the inner box body 410, the lifting motor 415 is arranged in the machine box 414, the vertical moving plate 412 is transversely arranged inside the inner box body 410 and above the machine box 414, the internal thread sleeve 416 and the first sliding sleeve 419 are respectively embedded at the left end and the right end of the vertical moving plate 412, the first screw rod 417 is vertically inserted and screwed in the internal thread sleeve 416, the upper end of the first screw rod 417 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the upper side of the inner box body 410, and a rotating shaft of the lifting motor; the first sliding rod 418 is vertically inserted into the first sliding sleeve 419, and the upper end and the lower end of the first sliding rod 418 are respectively fixed on the inner walls of the upper side and the lower side of the inner box body 410; two symmetrical and vertically distributed rails 420 are further fixed on the inner wall of the front side of the inner box body 410, correspondingly, two symmetrically distributed lower pull plates 421 are fixed on the lower side of the vertical moving plate 412, a sliding block 436 is fixed on each of the front sides of the two lower pull plates 421, the two sliding blocks 436 are respectively sleeved on the two rails 420, an overhead plate 422 is transversely arranged above the omelette 427, the front side of the vertical moving plate 412 penetrates through the inner box body 410 and is fixed on the rear side of the overhead plate 422, and a plurality of vertically distributed forming cylinders 423 are inserted into the overhead plate 422; the outer case 409 is covered at the rear outside of the inner case 410.
The egg frying pan 427 comprises a front supporting strip 435, a supporting plate 439, a side frame plate 441, a heat insulation plate 440, a side sliding strip 442, a cylindrical head screw 443, a heat conduction pan 444, an oil storage box 445 and a heating tube 448; the supporting plate 439 is fixed on the inner bottom surface of the frame box 405, the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the frame box 405 are fixed with a side sliding strip 442 which are symmetrically arranged, the heat insulation plate 440 is transversely arranged above the supporting plate 439, the left side and the right side of the heat insulation plate 440 are fixed with a side frame plate 441 which is symmetrically arranged, the outer side of each side frame plate 441 is respectively inserted and screwed with two cylindrical head screws 443 which are transversely distributed, correspondingly, the inner side of each side sliding strip 442 is provided with a side sliding groove 4421 which is transversely distributed, and the heads of the two cylindrical head screws 443 on each side frame plate 441 are movably inserted into one side sliding groove 4421 on the same side; the heat conducting disc 444 is transversely fixed on the upper plane of the heat insulating plate 440, and the openings at the lower ends of the plurality of forming cylinders 423 are matched with the upper plane of the heat conducting disc 444; the front supporting strip 435 is transversely fixed on the front side of the heat conducting disc 444 and arranged on the outer sides of the front ends of the two side frame plates 441, oil storage boxes 445 which are symmetrically arranged are fixed on the left side and the right side of the heat conducting disc 444, and the two oil storage boxes 445 are arranged in the frame box 405 and are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the two side frame plates 441 and the upper sides of the two side sliding strips 442; the heating tube 448 is embedded in the lower side of the heat conducting disc 444 and is arranged above the heat insulating plate 440, the front side and the rear side of the upper plane of the heat conducting disc 444 are both upwards provided with a leakage-proof strip 4441 which are symmetrically distributed, and the front side and the rear side of the upper plane of the heat conducting disc 444 are both provided with an oil guide groove 4442 which are symmetrically distributed; the two oil guide grooves 4442 are respectively arranged at the inner sides of the two leak-proof strips 4441, and the upper openings of the two oil storage boxes 445 are matched with the two oil guide grooves 4442.
The egg pushing assembly comprises a second sliding rod 426, a pushing motor 428, a second screw rod 429, an internal thread block 430, a sliding block 431, a sliding sleeve 432, a beam 433, a slideway plate 424 and a scraper 434; the second slide bar 426 transversely alternates and fixes the top opening front side at frame box 405, the horizontal and rotatable interlude of second lead screw 429 is connected in the top opening rear side of frame box 405, push motor 428 is fixed in the right side outside of frame box 405, push motor 428's axis of rotation transversely fixes the right-hand member at second lead screw 429, the spiro union is established on second lead screw 429 to internal thread piece 430 cover, the movable cover of sliding sleeve 432 is established on second slide bar 426 and is inlayed in sliding block 431, roof beam 433 transversely fixes between internal thread piece 430 and sliding block 431, scraper 434 is fixed on roof beam 433 and mutually supports with the upper plane of heat conduction dish 444, the left side of the top opening at frame box 405 is inlayed to slideway board 424.
The leveling component comprises a positioning support 401, a stepping motor 402, a bearing support 403 and a connecting base 404, the positioning support 401 is fixed on the upper plane of the turntable 316 and is arranged on the rear side of the outer box body 409, the stepping motor 402 is fixed on the rear side of the positioning support 401, the bearing support 403 is fixed on the front side of the positioning support 401, the connecting base 404 is fixed on the inner wall of the front side of the inner box body 410 and is arranged below the vertical moving plate 412, a sleeve shaft 4041 is outwards formed in the middle of the connecting base 404, the outer end of the sleeve shaft 4041 transversely backwards penetrates through the outer box body 409 and is rotatably inserted into the bearing support 403, and the rotating shaft of the stepping motor 402 is transversely forwards inserted and fixed inside the outer end of the sleeve shaft 4041.
The smoke exhaust device comprises a top cover 501, an inner cover 502, a hanger bar 503, a fan base 504, a fan 505, an air pipe 506, an oil spray head 507, a smoke collecting cover 508 and an oil collecting tray 509; the inner cover 502 is detachably arranged in the lower side of the top cover 501, two hanger bars 503 are fixed on the left side and the right side of the top cover 501, the upper end of each hanger bar 503 is fixed on the top of the frame 700, the smoke collecting hood 508 is embedded on the top of the top cover 501, and the oil collecting tray 509 is detachably arranged on the outer side of the lower end of the smoke collecting hood 508 and arranged above the inner cover 502; a plurality of oil spray heads 507 are embedded in the inner cover 502, and the oil spray heads 507 are all connected with the oil tank 800; the fan base 504 is fixed on the outer side of the top cover 501, the upper side of the fan base 504 is fixed on the top of the frame 700, the fan 505 is fixed in the fan base 504, and the air pipe 506 is arranged on the air outlet of the fan 505; the air inlet of the fan 505 is matched with the upper end of the fume collecting hood 508; an oil discharge pipe 5091 which is distributed obliquely downwards is formed outwards on the left side of the bottom of the oil collecting tray 509, the oil discharge pipe 5091 obliquely downwards extends out of the left side of the top cover 501, and a plurality of smoke inlet grooves 5021 are formed in the inner cover 502.
The flavouring module comprises a rest 601, a funnel 602, a flat bottom plate 603, a flat top plate 604, a fetching box 606, an automatic cup dropping device 608, a spraying assembly, a moving assembly and a sliding door 625; the leaning frame 601 is fixed on the front side of the bottom of the rack 700, the moving assembly is arranged below the leaning frame 601, the flat base plate 603 is transversely fixed on the left side above the leaning frame 601, the funnel 602 is arranged above the flat base plate 603, and the upper end of the funnel 602 is matched with the lower end of the slide way plate 424; an opening at the lower end of the funnel 602 is fixedly inserted into the flat bottom plate 603, the automatic cup dropping device 608 is arranged at the right end of the leaning frame 601, and the material taking box 606 is fixed at the lower side of the leaning frame 601, arranged between the flat bottom plate 603 and the automatic cup dropping device 608 and arranged above the moving assembly; the sliding door 625 is arranged outside the opening at the front end of the material taking box 606, a cavity 6061 is arranged at the rear side of the opening below the material taking box 606, and a blanking hole 6062 is arranged at the upper side of the material taking box 606; the flat top plate 604 is transversely fixed on the leaning frame 601 and is arranged above the material taking box 606, three spraying assemblies are arranged on the flat top plate 604, and the moving assembly comprises a third electric sliding table 609, a U-shaped supporting plate 610, a cup seat 611 and a middle plate 612; the third electric sliding table 609 is transversely fixed at the bottom of the rack 700 and is arranged below the material taking box 606; the U-shaped supporting plate 610 is fixed on the moving end of the third electric sliding table 609, a middle dividing plate 612 and two cup seats 611 are arranged on the upper side of the U-shaped supporting plate 610, and the middle dividing plate 612 is arranged between the two cup seats 611; the spraying assembly comprises a spray head 605, a seasoning box 613, a peristaltic pump 614 and a tee joint 615; the seasoning box 613 is fixed on the left side of the bottom of the rack 700 and is arranged on the left side of the leaning frame 601, two discharge ports of the three-way joint 615 are respectively provided with a material spraying head 605, the two material spraying heads 605 are respectively embedded in the flat top plate 604, and the bottom of the seasoning box 613 is connected with the feed port of the three-way joint 615 through a peristaltic pump 614; the sliding door 625 comprises a door plate 618, bottom tubes 616, concave groove strips 617, a wheel carrier 619, a pulley 620, a rack 621, a sliding motor 622 and a gear 623, the door plate 618 is vertically arranged at the front side of the opening at the front end of the material taking box 606, the concave groove strips 617 are transversely arranged below the door plate 618, the bottom tubes 616 which are vertically distributed are fixed at the lower sides of the two ends of the concave groove strips 617, and the lower ends of the two bottom tubes 616 are fixed at the front side of the bottom of the rack 700; a turned-over edge 6181 is formed backwards on the lower side of the door plate 618, the upper side of the turned-over edge 6181 is attached to the side surface of the lower side of the material taking box 606, two wheel carriers 619 are fixed on the lower side of the turned-over edge 6181, two rotatable pulleys 620 are arranged in each wheel carrier 619, the lower side of each pulley 620 is attached to the inner bottom surface of the concave groove strip 617, the rack 621 is transversely fixed to the top of the rear plane of the door plate 618, and correspondingly, the sliding motor 622 is fixed to the outer portion of the left side of the material taking box 606; the gear 623 is fixed on the rotating shaft of the sliding motor 622 and engaged with the lower side tooth surface of the rack 621.
The working principle is as follows:
(1) one of the lifting assemblies is set as an egg entering system, a plurality of egg trays 117 are vertically stacked on two bottom plates 115 in the egg entering system, eggs are fully placed on each egg tray 117, and the bubble end of each egg is detached; a servo motor 107 in a driving assembly in the egg entering system is started to rotate, and then two second belt wheels 111 are driven to rotate through a rotating shaft 110, so that two first belt wheels 109 are matched with each other to drive two belts 112 to operate, the operation of the two belts 112 can drive a traction frame 114 to ascend, and further a plurality of egg trays 117 are driven to ascend for a certain distance; when the two egg trays 117 positioned at the top enter two of the through holes 1031, respectively, the ascending stops; when the traction frame 114 ascends, the four first sliding blocks 113 arranged on the traction frame 114 respectively slide along the four first guide rails 108, thereby ensuring the ascending stability of the traction frame 114.
(2) Setting the other lifting component as a recovery system, starting a servo motor 107 in a driving component in the recovery system to rotate, and then driving two chassis 115 in the recovery system to rise to the highest position by means of a traction frame 114 according to the same principle so as to be respectively positioned below the rest two through holes 1031; the moving end of the first electric sliding table 118 is driven to move rightwards, and then the first Z-shaped bracket 119 drives the second electric sliding table 121 to move rightwards transversely, so that the second Z-shaped bracket 120 drives the guide block 128 to move along the sliding rod 127, and the horizontal degree of the translation of the second electric sliding table 121 is ensured; then, the moving end of the second electric sliding table 121 is driven to move forward, and the moving frame 122 drives the electric push rod 123 and the adsorption component 124 to move forward together, so that the adsorption component 124 moves above one of the uppermost egg trays 117; the telescopic end of the electric push rod 123 is then driven to extend downward until the suction assembly 124 sucks the egg tray 117.
(3) The telescopic end of the electric push rod 123 is driven to contract upwards to lift the egg tray 117, and then the moving end of the first electric sliding table 118 is driven to move leftwards and the moving end of the second electric sliding table 121 is driven to move backwards in the same way; until the egg tray 117 moves above the tray 135, finally, the telescopic end of the electric push rod 123 is driven to extend downwards again to drive the egg tray 117 to move downwards until the egg tray 117 falls into the tray 135, at the moment, the bubble end of each egg downwards penetrates through the corresponding round hole 1351 and extends to the lower part of the tray 135 and is positioned at the left side of the blade 210, and finally, the adsorption assembly 124 is operated to release the egg tray 117.
(4) The traction motor 209 is started to rotate a rotating shaft of the traction motor, so that the lead screw 207 is driven to rotate, the lead screw sleeve 208 is driven to move leftwards according to the principle of threaded connection, the tool rest 203 is driven to move leftwards along the two sliding rails 201 by virtue of the two sliding seats 202 through the transition block 205, so that the collecting assembly and the blade 210 are driven to move leftwards together, bubble ends of a plurality of eggs are cut off horizontally in sequence, the cut-off parts fall into the box body 204 to be collected and move continuously along with the tool rest 203 to leave the lower part of the cut-off eggs, and egg liquid in the cut-off eggs can flow out from an opening at the lower end of the eggshells and fall into an egg frying tray which is arranged below in advance without falling into the box body 204; to achieve the above effect, the blade 210 must be adjusted to a proper height before cutting, so that the size of the egg cut off is proper, because if the egg is cut off too much, the egg liquid falls rapidly, and the egg liquid falls into the box 204 which is not left, completely or partially, and a lot of waste is caused; on the contrary, if the cut is too little, the opening diameter at the lower end of the egg is smaller, and the viscous egg liquid cannot quickly fall into the egg frying tray; after working for a period of time, more eggshells are collected in the box body 204, and the knob screw 211 can be screwed to take down the box body 204 and clean; after cleaning, the box 204 is replaced and the knob screw 211 is screwed back in the same way.
(5) After the egg opening is finished, operating the adsorption assembly 124 again to suck the egg tray 117, driving the telescopic end of the electric push rod 123 to contract upwards to lift the egg tray 117, then driving the moving end of the first electric sliding table 118 to move rightwards, and simultaneously driving the moving end of the second electric sliding table 121 to move forwards until the egg tray 117 moves to be above one of the through holes 1031 positioned above the recovery system, driving the telescopic end of the electric push rod 123 to extend downwards to drive the egg tray 117 to move downwards until the egg tray 117 is inserted into the through hole 1031, then operating the adsorption assembly 124 again to release the egg tray 117, enabling the egg tray 117 to fall onto one of the base plates 115 in the recovery system, and then repeating the operation to place the next egg tray 117 onto the other base plate 115 in the recovery system; then, the servo motor 107 in the driving assembly in the recovery system is started to rotate reversely, and then the chassis 115 in the two brackets is driven to descend for a certain distance by the traction frame 114, so that a certain space is reserved for the subsequently falling egg tray 117, a cycle is formed, and then the egg tray 117 is recovered, and then an operator periodically takes out each egg tray 117 containing empty eggshells and reloads the eggshells for the egg entering system to recycle.
