After the hanger wheel 1 passes through the operation procedure of the worker, the hanger wheel is placed in the support frame rail 33 from the workstation, the driving motor 336 drives the driving chain wheel 3361 to rotate, the driven chain wheel 3362 is driven to rotate through the chain 3363, so that the lifting block 3364 arranged on the chain 3363 rotates along with the chain 3363, as the shifting block 3365 is arranged on the lifting block 3364, the hanger wheel 1 can be driven to lift along the support frame rail 33 in the process of the displacement of the lifting block 3364, and after the hanger wheel reaches the position of the discharge hole 333, the hanger 11 is subjected to the gravity effect and can be discharged to the main transmission rail 23 from the discharge hole 334.
