Referring to fig. 1, a connection member 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the connection member 100 is used for connecting an evaporator 200 of an air conditioner, such as a ceiling fan, etc., and can fix the evaporator 200 on a chassis of the air conditioner, and plays roles including but not limited to fixing the evaporator 200, blocking foreign matters from entering an indoor unit air duct, etc. And simultaneously, the embodiment of the utility model provides a connecting piece 100 has simple structure and the characteristics of being convenient for make, can simplify the assembly step, is favorable to improving evaporator 200's assembly efficiency.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the connection member 100 includes a connection body 10, a first connection portion 20 and a second connection portion 30, the first connection portion 20 and the second connection portion 30 are respectively located at two opposite ends of the connection body 10, the first connection portion 20 is used for being connected to one end of the evaporator 200, and the second connection portion 30 is used for being connected to the other end of the evaporator 200 and fixing the pipeline 201 of the evaporator 200.

This step also enables the first connection part 20 and the second connection part 30 to be connected to both ends of the evaporator 200, respectively, and the pipe 201 of the evaporator 200 to be fixed, thereby achieving the assembly between the connection member 100 and the evaporator 200.
According to the above steps, the embodiment of the present invention provides a connecting member 100, which can simplify the assembling steps and reduce the assembling difficulty during the assembling process with the evaporator 200, thereby improving the assembling efficiency.
Meanwhile, it should also be noted that the assembly steps of the connecting element 100 and the evaporator 200 are only descriptions of one of the assembly processes of the embodiments of the present invention, but the assembly steps are not limitations of the embodiments of the present invention, and the connecting element 100 provided by the embodiments of the present invention may also adopt other steps to realize the assembly with the evaporator 200.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the connecting member 100 may further include a third connecting portion 40 for connecting with a chassis of the air conditioner, that is, fixing the evaporator 200 on the chassis. The third connecting portion 40 may be provided with a through hole to be fixedly connected by a screw. Alternatively, the third connecting portion 40 includes two through holes, i.e., the chassis and the connecting member 100 are connected by two screws with a gap therebetween. Of course, in other embodiments, the through holes may have other numbers or other position relationships, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited.
Alternatively, the connector 100 may be a sheet metal part and manufactured using an integral molding process.
Alternatively, the first connection part 20 may be connected with the evaporator 200 through a side plate when the evaporator 200 is connected. As shown, the first side plate 202 is mounted on an end of the evaporator 200, and serves to fix the evaporator 200. The first connection portion 20 may be connected with the first side plate 202, thereby fixing the first connection portion 20 and the evaporator 200. Similarly, the second connecting portion 30 may be connected to the evaporator 200 through a side plate, and as shown in the figure, the second side plate 203 is installed at the other end portion of the evaporator 200 to fix the evaporator 200. The second connecting portion 30 may be connected to the second side plate 203, thereby fixing the second connecting portion 30 and the evaporator 200. That is, the first connecting portion 20 is connected to the first side plate 202, and the second connecting portion 30 is connected to the second side plate 203, that is, both ends of the evaporator 200 are fixed by the connecting member 100.
In an alternative embodiment, the first connection portion 20 may include a clamping portion 21 and a first connection structure 22, the clamping portion 21 and the first connection structure 22 are both disposed on the connection body 10, the clamping portion 21 is used for clamping with the evaporator 200, and the first connection structure 22 is used for fixedly connecting with the evaporator 200.
It should be noted that, when the clamping portion 21 is clamped with the evaporator 200, not only the clamping portion 21 and the evaporator 200 can be fixed, but also the relative position between the first connecting portion 20 and the evaporator 200 can be aligned, so as to facilitate the connection between the first connecting portion 20 and the evaporator 200. The assembly manner of the clamping is simple, and the first connecting structure 22 is connected with the evaporator 200, so that the first connecting portion 20 is stably connected with the evaporator 200 or the first side plate 202, and meanwhile, the assembly efficiency is high.
Referring to fig. 3, optionally, the fastening portion 21 is bent relative to the connecting body 10, and is substantially shaped as a bump. Referring to fig. 4, on the evaporator 200 or the first side plate 202, a locking groove 202a may be disposed to cooperate with the protrusion, so that the protrusion is locked into the locking groove 202 a.
Further, the number of the clamping portions 21 is at least two, and the first connecting structure 22 is located between two of the clamping portions 21. Accordingly, the number of card slots 202a to be fitted with the card sections 21 coincides with the number of card sections 21. As shown in the drawing, the number of the catching portions 21 is two, and the first connecting structure 22 is located between the two catching portions 21.
Alternatively, the first connection structure 22 may be provided with first through holes 22a, and the first through holes 22a are used for screw connection with the evaporator 200. In this case, a threaded hole corresponding to the first through hole 22a may be provided on the evaporator 200 or the first side plate 202, and a screw may pass through the first through hole 22a and extend into the threaded hole to be engaged therewith. Of course, an internal thread for screw-thread engagement with the screw may be provided on the inner wall of the first through hole 22 a.
In the figure, the first connecting structure 22 protrudes relative to the connecting body 10 and is substantially on the same plane as the connecting body 10. Meanwhile, on a side of the first connection structure 22 away from the connection body 10, a recess structure may be provided for avoiding the duct 201 of the evaporator 200. The engaging portion 21 is bent with respect to the connecting body 10 and the first connecting structure 22.
In an alternative embodiment, the second connecting portion 30 may include a fixing portion 31 and a second connecting structure 32, the fixing portion 31 is disposed on the connecting body 10, the second connecting structure 32 is disposed on the fixing portion 31, the fixing portion 31 is used for fixing the pipe 201 of the evaporator 200, and the second connecting structure 32 is used for fixedly connecting with the evaporator 200.
That is, when the second connection portion 30 is assembled with the evaporator 200 or the second side plate 203, the fixing portion 31 can fix the pipe 201 of the evaporator 200, and the second connection structure 32 can fix the evaporator 200, so that the both end portions of the evaporator 200 are fixed by the cooperation of the second connection structure 32 and the first connection structure 22. The pipe 201 of the evaporator 200 is fixed by the fixing portion 31.
Further, the second connecting portion 30 may further include a supporting portion 33, the supporting portion 33 is disposed on the connecting body 10, and is located at the same end of the connecting body 10 as the fixing portion 31 and the second connecting structure 32, an extending direction of the supporting portion 33 is different from an extending direction of the fixing portion 31 (as shown in fig. 3), and the supporting portion 33 is used for being attached to the evaporator 200. The evaporator 200 is supported by the supporting portion 33 or the second side plate 203, so that the stability of the position of the evaporator 200 can be ensured, and the connection strength and the normal operation of the evaporator 200 can be ensured.
Alternatively, the number of the supporting portions 33 may be at least two, and the fixing portion 31 and the second connecting structure 32 are located between two of the supporting portions 33.
In the figure, the number of the abutting portions 33 is two, and both the abutting portions abut against the second side plate 203, and the fixing portion 31 and the second connecting structure 32 are located between the two abutting portions 33.
Optionally, the second connecting portion 30 may further include a reinforcing rib 34, and the reinforcing rib 34 is respectively disposed on the connecting body 10 and the abutting portion 33 for increasing the strength of the abutting portion 33.
In an alternative embodiment, the second connecting structure 32 is provided with second through holes 32a, and the second through holes 32a are used for screw connection with the evaporator 200. At this time, a screw hole corresponding to the second through hole 32a may be provided on the evaporator 200 or the second side plate 203, and a screw may pass through the second through hole 32a and extend into the screw hole to be engaged therewith. Of course, an internal thread may also be provided on the inner wall of the second bore, which internal thread is intended to cooperate with a screw thread.
Meanwhile, the fixing portion 31 may be provided with a fixing hole 31a, and the fixing hole 31a is used for sleeving and fixing the pipeline of the evaporator 200. The number of the fixing holes 31a is plural, and the arrangement thereof corresponds to that of the pipes 201 of the evaporator 200. The second connecting structure 32 may be disposed between adjacent two of the fixing holes 31 a. In the figure, the second through holes 32a of the second connecting structure 32 are two and are distributed at the diagonal positions of the fixing portion 31 to ensure the strength of the connection.
In an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an air conditioner, which includes an evaporator 200 and a connection member 100 as in any one of the previous embodiments, wherein the first connection portion 20 is connected to one end of the evaporator 200, and the second connection portion 30 is connected to the other end of the evaporator 200 and is fixedly connected to the pipe 201 of the evaporator 200. The evaporator 200 of the air conditioner is fixedly connected through the connecting piece 100, which is beneficial to improving the overall assembly efficiency of the air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a connecting member 100 and an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention are provided, wherein an evaporator 200 of the air conditioner is connected and fixed by using the connecting member 100. The connection body 10, the first connection part 20 and the second connection part 30 of the connection member 100 are integrally provided, and in the assembly process of the connection member 100 and the evaporator 200, the first connection part 20 is connected to one end of the evaporator 200, and the second connection part 30 is connected to the other end of the evaporator 200, and can fix the pipe 201 of the evaporator 200. Both ends of the evaporator 200 and the pipeline 201 are fixedly connected by the connecting piece 100, and in the assembling process of the connecting piece 100 and the evaporator 200, the evaporator 200 and the pipeline 201 can be fixed by one connecting part, so that the assembling steps are simplified, the assembling efficiency is improved, and the assembling efficiency of the whole air conditioner is favorably improved.
