In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, 8 and 11, the locking hole portion 32 has a minimum diameter h (min) at an end portion remote from the insertion hole portion 31, the minimum diameter h (min) being smaller than the diameter m2 of the first clamping portion 41 in the second direction. In this way, both end surfaces of the first engagement portion 41 in the second direction can be more reliably engaged with the locking hole portion 32. And the installer can more clearly perceive that the clasp 4 has moved to the prescribed locking position during installation.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the second clamping portion 42 is at a minimum distance n (min) from the mounting plate member 2, and the minimum distance n (min) matches the thickness a of the fixing plate member 1. The difference between the minimum distance and the thickness of the fixed plate member 1 is in the range of 0-0.5 mm. In a specific example, the minimum distance n (min) between the second engagement portion 42 and the mounting plate member 2 is 1.8mm, and the thickness a of the fixing plate member 1 is 1.5mm. In this way, the second engagement portion 42 and the mounting plate member 2 are locked in the front-rear direction with little space for movement in the front-rear direction. The maximum distance n (max) between the second engagement portion 42 and the mounting plate member 2 is the distance between the mounting plate member 2 and one end of the second engagement portion 42 that is away from the insertion hole portion 31 (i.e., the right end shown in fig. 7 and 8) when in the locked position. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7 and 11, a diameter m2 of the first clamping portion 41 in the second direction is smaller than a diameter h1 of the insertion hole portion 31 in the second direction. In some embodiments, the air conditioner outdoor unit panel is made of a metal material, and the fan grill and the buckle 4 are integrally formed and made of a plastic material.
