Abstract
目前在耳科手术中使用的砧、镫骨间测距仪所测
的砧骨长脚至镫骨底板的距离不够精确。本实用新
型的目的是使之精确，其技术特征是由一个尖端有直
角钩的套管与一个有调节螺旋的针芯所组成，调节螺
旋使(套管外)针芯的长度可调以测出砧骨长脚至骨
底板的精确距离。
Description
本实用新型属于医疗手术器械
目前在耳科切除硬化固定的蹬骨安装人工蹬骨的手术中使用的砧、蹬骨间测距仪是一根勾针状细棒如图1所示，在其尖端及距尖端3.5、4.0、4.5mm处分别有四个直角钩。其缺点是因为直角钩均为固定，不能调节以至不能测出砧骨长脚至蹬骨底板的精确距离。这样安装的人工蹬骨可能过长或过短，过长的人工蹬骨会引起内耳损伤，过短则听力不佳。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能循序渐近的测距仪，它能精确测量砧骨长脚至蹬骨底板的距离。

本实用新型的技术特征是由一个手柄、管的尖端有直角钩的套管与一个针芯所组成，在套管和针芯之间有一个配合的螺旋，用来调节针芯在套管外的长度，本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：用外管尖端点的直角钩紧贴砧骨长脚下缘，调节螺旋使针芯端点触及蹬骨底板，取出测距仪，用卡尺量出直角钩至针芯端的距离，这个距离便是砧骨长脚至蹬骨底板的精确间距，按比间距制出的人工蹬骨便合适的人工蹬骨。

1、耳科手术中砧蹬骨间测距仪，该测距仪有一个带手柄的套管，套管中有一个比套管长1cm的针芯，其特征在于套管与针芯之间有一个相配合的螺旋以调整针芯端尖在套管外的长度。
