Detailed Description
For convenience of description, in the embodiment of the present invention, the six directions of up, down, left, right, front, and back are determined based on the viewing angle when the user normally operates the container, wherein up and down respectively denote vertically upward and vertically downward directions, left and right respectively denote left and right directions at the viewing angle, and front and back respectively denote directions close to and away from the user. It will be appreciated that viewing from other perspectives of the container is also possible, and there will also be directions corresponding to that perspective; therefore, the above directions are only for convenience of describing the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the solutions.
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more comprehensible, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the container 100 for a refrigerator includes a bottom wall 101, a front wall 102, a left side wall 103, and a right side wall 104 forming a cavity, and an upper portion of an inner surface of the front wall 102 includes a recess 105 recessed toward a direction away from the cavity. By providing the recess 105, the volume of the container 100 can be increased.
The container 100 may not include a rear wall disposed opposite the front wall 102, and an inner wall of the refrigerator, which forms a cavity for storing articles in combination with the bottom wall 101, the left side wall 103, the right side wall 104, and the like, is used. The container 100 may also include a rear wall disposed opposite the front wall 102, depending on design requirements.
The upper inner surface of the left side wall 103 may have a recess 107 recessed towards the direction away from the cavity, the upper inner surface of the right side wall 104 may also have a recess recessed towards the direction away from the cavity, and the recesses 107 at the left side wall 103 and/or the right side wall 104 may communicate with the recess 105 at the front wall.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the container 100 may include a decorative frame 200, and the container 100 including the decorative frame 200 is denoted by the numeral 10 in the specification and the drawings for convenience of description and illustration. The bezel 200 may engage the recess 105.
The trim bezel 200 may be coupled to an upper portion of the front wall 102 and include a trim portion 208 located within the container 100 that is visible from outside the front wall 102. The decorative portion 208 is located within the recess 105.
The decorative frame 200 may also be coupled to upper portions of the front wall 102, the left side wall 103, and the right side wall 104 and include a decorative portion 208 located within the container 100 visible from outside the front wall 102, the left side wall 103, and the right side wall 104. The decorative portion 208 may be located within a recess of at least one of the front wall 102, the left side wall 103, and the right side wall 104.
The deco-frame 200 includes an outer visual decoration portion 208 to have a decoration effect, and at the same time, upper portions of the front wall 102, the left side wall 103, and the right side wall 104 are positions frequently operated by a user. By engaging the decorative frame 200 at these positions, the mechanical strength of the front wall 102, the left side wall 103, and the right side wall 104 is increased, and thus is not easily damaged.
The lower surface of the recess 105 may have an inclined surface 106. The lower end of the decorative portion 208 may have a corresponding inclined surface 203 that mates with the inclined surface 106.
The recess 107 at the left sidewall 103 may have an inclined surface 108; similarly, the recess at the right side wall 104 may also have an inclined surface. The lower end of the decorative portion 208 may have a corresponding slope that mates with the slope of the recess located in the left sidewall 103 and/or the right sidewall 104.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 5 to 7, the upper end of the front wall 102 may have a protrusion 109 extending towards the cavity, which extends from the upper end of the front wall 102 towards the inside of the cavity.
The bezel 200 may have a groove 201 that engages the protrusion 109 at the top of the bezel 200. The movement of the deco-frame 200 in the up and down direction can be restricted by the engagement of the projection 109 with the groove 201.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the inner end surface 110 of the protrusion 109 facing the cavity in the direction from the front wall 102 toward the cavity does not exceed the inner surface 111 of the front wall 102 at a position lower than the recess 105. For example, there is a distance d between the inner end surface 110 and the inner surface 111 in the direction from the front wall 102 towards the cavity; this arrangement facilitates mold release from the container 100 during manufacture of the container 100.
In particular, referring to fig. 7a, which illustrates the process of removing the molds 301, 302 from the container 100 having the depressions, the container 100 is manufactured by the molds 301 and 302. As shown in the left side view of fig. 7a, the mold 302 is located at the upper right portion of the mold 301, the mold 301 is used to form the bottom wall 101 and the side walls, etc., of the container 100, and the mold 302 is used to form the recesses 105 and the protrusions 109, etc., of the container 100. Since the mold 302 has a relatively small size, it is possible that the bottom wall does not form a parting line, not for forming the lower portions of the bottom wall and the side walls. The parting line of the mold 301 and the mold 302 may be located at the junction of the two faces of the front wall 102, the left side wall 103, and the right side wall 104 without being easily perceived. For example, the parting line may be located at the lower edge of the angled surface 106.
As shown in the middle and right side views of fig. 7a, the mold 301 is moved upward to disengage from the container 100, and the mold 302 is moved first rearward and then upward to disengage from the container 100.
Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 7a, the sides of the mold 301 contact the inner surface 111 of the front wall 102 below the recess 105. The inner end surface 110 is arranged not to exceed the inner surface 111 in the direction from the front wall 102 towards the cavity, for example, the inner end surface 110 is spaced from the inner surface 111 in the direction from the front wall 102 towards the cavity, thereby facilitating the mold 301 to be released from the container 100 upwards in the direction of the inner surface 111.
Referring to fig. 7b, which shows the process of removing the molds 303, 304 from the container 300 without depressions, the container 300 is manufactured by the molds 303 and 304. As shown in the left side view of fig. 7b, mold 304 is located at the right portion of mold 303, and molds 303 and 304 are used to form the bottom wall and side walls, etc. of container 300, such that a longer parting line is formed at both the bottom wall and the side walls, affecting the appearance and quality of container 300. As shown in the middle and right side views of fig. 7b, the mold 303 is moved upward to disengage from the container 300 and the mold 304 is moved first backward and then upward to disengage from the container 300.
As shown in fig. 6 and 9, the deco-frame 200 may include a first fixing portion 202 made of an elastic material, which engages the upper end surface 112 of the front wall 102, so that the deco-frame 200 is elastically engaged with the container 100. This arrangement can restrict the movement of the deco-frame 200 back and forth with respect to the container 100, and also can repeatedly detach or attach the deco-frame 200. The first fixing portion 202 may be fixed to the deco-frame 200 by two-shot injection molding, and the container 100 without the first fixing portion 202 may be used alone.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the left and right side walls 103 and 104 include left and right extended portions 113 and 114, respectively, extending inward toward the cavity to face the front wall 102, and second fixing portions 206 and 207 made of an elastic material are provided between the left and/or right extended portions 113 and 114 and respective ends 204 and 205 of the deco-frame 200. With this arrangement, it is possible to repeatedly detach or attach the deco-frame 200 while restricting the movement of the end portions 204, 205 of the deco-frame 200 in the up, down, left, and right directions with respect to the container 100.
The second fixing portions 206, 207 may be fixed to the deco-frame 200, for example, by two-shot molding, and the container 100 without the second fixing portions 206, 207 may be used alone.
The thickness of the walls of left extension 113 and/or right extension 114 may be configured such that the walls gradually increase in thickness as they extend inwardly toward the cavity, thereby providing sufficient strength to prevent ends 204, 205 from moving inwardly into the cavity.
Left extension 113 and/or right extension 114 may be angled toward front wall 102, as shown in fig. 8, with the inward direction of left extension 113 toward the cavity forming an angle α with front wall 102 from left to right, and the inward direction of right extension 114 toward the cavity forming an angle β with front wall 102 from right to left. Alpha may be between 0.5 and 60 degrees and beta may be between 0.5 and 60 degrees. With this arrangement, the ends 204, 205 of the escutcheon plate 200 can be controlled to move into the cavity.
The embodiment of the present invention also provides a refrigerator 20, as shown in fig. 10, which includes a storage chamber and a door (not shown) for closing the storage chamber. The storage compartments may include a refrigerating compartment 21 and a freezing compartment 22. The container 23 may be mounted on the inner side of the door facing the storage compartment, and the container 23 may be any of the containers 10 and 100 described above. The inventive principles of the present invention may also be applied to containers, such as drawers, located within a storage compartment.
