For convenience of description, in the embodiment of the present invention, the six directions of up, down, left, right, front, and back are determined based on the viewing angle when the user normally operates the container, wherein up and down respectively denote vertically upward and vertically downward directions, left and right respectively denote left and right directions at the viewing angle, and front and back respectively denote directions close to and away from the user. It will be appreciated that viewing from other perspectives of the container is also possible, and there will also be directions corresponding to that perspective; therefore, the above directions are only for convenience of describing the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the solutions.
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more comprehensible, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the container 10 for a refrigerator includes a body 100 and a deco-frame 200, the body 100 including a bottom wall 101, a front wall 102, a left side wall 103 and a right side wall 104 forming a cavity, the deco-frame 200 being coupled to upper portions of the front wall 102, the left side wall 103 and the right side wall 104 and including a decoration portion 208 located inside the body 100 and visible from outside of the front wall 102, the left side wall 103 and the right side wall 104.
The deco-frame 200 includes the outer visual decoration portion 208 to have a decoration effect, and at the same time, the upper portions of the front wall 102, the left side wall 103 and the right side wall 104 are positions frequently operated by a user, and the mechanical strength of the front wall 102, the left side wall 103 and the right side wall 104 is increased by the engagement of the deco-frame 200 at these positions, so that it is not easily damaged.
The container 10 may not include a rear wall disposed opposite the front wall 102, and an inner wall of the refrigerator, which forms a cavity for storing articles in combination with the bottom wall 101, the left side wall 103, the right side wall 104, and the like, is used. The container 10 may also include a rear wall disposed opposite the front wall 102, depending upon design requirements.
In an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, 4 to 6, the upper portion of the inner surface of the front wall 102 comprises a recess 105 recessed towards a direction away from the cavity. The lower surface of the recess 105 may have an inclined surface 106; the lower end of the decorative portion 208 may have a corresponding inclined surface 203 that mates with the inclined surface 106. The upper portion of the inner surface of the left side wall 103 may have a recess 107 recessed toward a direction away from the cavity, and the lower surface of the recess 107 may have an inclined surface 108. Similarly, the upper portion of the inner surface of the right side wall 104 may have a recess recessed toward a direction away from the cavity, and the lower surface of the recess may have an inclined surface. The lower end of the decorative portion 208 may have a corresponding slope that mates with the slope of the recess located in the left sidewall 103 and/or the right sidewall 104. By providing the recessed portions 105, 107, etc., the volume of the container 10 can be increased.
The recess 107 at the left side wall 103 and/or the right side wall 104 and the recess 105 at the front wall may communicate. The decorative frame 200 may be engaged with the recesses 105, 107, and the decorative portion 208 of the decorative frame 200 may be located within the recess of at least one of the front wall 102, the left side wall 103, and the right side wall 104.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the body 100 has a protrusion 109 extending from the upper end of the front wall 102 toward the inside of the cavity, and the deco-frame 200 has a groove 201 engaged with the protrusion 109 at the top of the deco-frame 200. The movement of the deco-frame 200 in the up and down direction can be restricted by the engagement of the projection 109 with the groove 201.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the inner end surface 110 of the protrusion 109 facing the cavity in the direction from the front wall 102 toward the cavity does not exceed the inner surface 111 of the front wall 102 at a position lower than the recess 105. For example, there is a distance d between the inner end surface 110 and the inner surface 111 in the direction from the front wall 102 towards the cavity; this arrangement facilitates mold release from the container 10 during manufacture of the container 10.
In particular, with reference to fig. 7a, which shows the process of removing the dies 301, 302 from the body 100 with the recesses, the body 100 is manufactured by means of the dies 301 and 302. As shown in the left side view of fig. 7a, the mold 302 is located at the upper right portion of the mold 301, the mold 301 is used to form the bottom wall 101 and the side walls, etc., of the body 100, and the mold 302 is used to form the recess 105 and the protrusion 109, etc., of the body 100. Since the mold 302 has a relatively small size, it is possible that the bottom wall does not form a parting line, not for forming the lower portions of the bottom wall and the side walls. The parting line of the mold 301 and the mold 302 may be located at the junction of the two faces of the front wall 102, the left side wall 103, and the right side wall 104 without being easily perceived. For example, the parting line may be located at the lower edge of the angled surface 106.
As shown in the middle and right side views of fig. 7a, the mold 301 is moved upward to be separated from the body 100, and the mold 302 is moved first backward and then upward to be separated from the body 100.
Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 7a, the sides of the mold 301 contact the inner surface 111 of the front wall 102 below the recess 105. By providing the inner end surface 110 not to exceed the inner surface 111 in the direction from the front wall 102 toward the cavity, for example, there is a space between the inner end surface 110 and the inner surface 111 in the direction from the front wall 102 toward the cavity, thereby facilitating the mold 301 to be released upward from the container 10 in the direction of the inner surface 111.
Referring to fig. 7b, which shows the process of removing the molds 303, 304 from the body 100 without the depressions, the body 100 is manufactured by the molds 303 and 304. As shown in the left side view of fig. 7b, the mold 304 is located at the right portion of the mold 303, and the molds 303 and 304 are used to form the bottom wall, the side wall, and the like of the body 100, so that a longer parting line is formed at the bottom wall and the side wall, which affects the appearance and quality of the body 100. As shown in the middle and right side views of fig. 7b, the mold 303 is moved upward to be separated from the body 100, and the mold 304 is moved backward and then upward to be separated from the body 100.
As shown in fig. 6 and 9, the deco-frame 200 may include a first fixing portion 202 made of an elastic material, which engages the upper end surface 112 of the front wall 102, so that the deco-frame 200 is elastically engaged with the body 100. This arrangement can restrict the movement of the deco-frame 200 back and forth with respect to the body 100, and also can repeatedly detach or attach the deco-frame 200. The first fixing portion 202 may be fixed to the deco-frame 200 by the two-shot injection molding, and the body 100 without the first fixing portion 202 may be used alone.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the left and right side walls 103 and 104 include left and right extended portions 113 and 114, respectively, extending inward toward the cavity to face the front wall 102, and second fixing portions 206 and 207 made of an elastic material are provided between the left and/or right extended portions 113 and 114 and respective ends 204 and 205 of the deco-frame 200. With this arrangement, it is possible to repeatedly detach or attach the deco-frame 200 while restricting the movement of the end portions 204, 205 of the deco-frame 200 in the up, down, left, and right directions with respect to the body 100.
The second fixing portions 206, 207 may be fixed to the deco-frame 200, for example, by two-shot molding, and the body 100 without the second fixing portions 206, 207 may be used alone.
Left extension 113 and/or right extension 114 may be angled toward front wall 102, as shown in fig. 8, with the inward direction of left extension 113 toward the cavity forming an angle α with front wall 102 from left to right, and the inward direction of right extension 114 toward the cavity forming an angle β with front wall 102 from right to left. Alpha may be between 0.5 and 60 degrees and beta may be between 0.5 and 60 degrees. With this arrangement, the ends 204, 205 of the escutcheon plate 200 can be controlled to move into the cavity.
The thickness of the walls of left extension 113 and/or right extension 114 may also be provided such that the walls gradually increase in thickness as they extend inwardly toward the cavity, thereby providing sufficient strength to prevent ends 204, 205 from moving inwardly into the cavity.
The embodiment of the present invention also provides a refrigerator 20, as shown in fig. 10, which includes a storage chamber and a door (not shown) for closing the storage chamber. The storage compartments may include a refrigerating compartment 21 and a freezing compartment 22. The container 10 or the body 100 may be installed at an inner side of the door facing the storage compartment. The inventive principles of the present invention may also be applied to containers, such as drawers, located within a storage compartment.
