a mounting seat;

a handle rotatably disposed on the mounting base, the handle having an initial position that places the water valve assembly in a closed state, the water valve assembly being capable of being opened when the handle is rotated from the initial position in a first rotational direction, and the water valve assembly being capable of being closed when the handle is rotated to the initial position in a second rotational direction; and
the second magnetic part is fixedly arranged on the handle, and the second magnetic part and the first magnetic part are in magnetic attraction fit so that the handle has a tendency of rotating towards the initial position.
2. The handle assembly of claim 1, wherein the handle includes a connecting end and a toggle end opposite the connecting end, the connecting end being rotatably connected to the mount, the second magnetic element being located between the connecting end and the toggle end.
3. The handle assembly according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the mounting seat is provided with a first mounting portion, the first mounting portion is provided with a first mounting groove, and the first magnetic member is arranged in the first mounting groove;

a water valve assembly; and
the handle assembly of any one of claims 1 to 5, in open and close engagement with the water valve assembly, the water valve assembly being capable of being opened when the handle is rotated from the initial position to the first rotational direction and the water valve assembly being capable of being closed when the handle is rotated to the initial position to the second rotational direction.

The water outlet control mechanism as claimed in claim 6, wherein the water valve assembly comprises a valve seat and a valve core provided with a sealing member, the valve seat is provided with a water outlet channel with openings at two ends, the valve core is movably arranged in the water outlet channel in a penetrating way, and the valve core has a first state and a second state;
when the valve core is in the first state, the sealing element seals the water outlet channel; when the valve core is in the second state, the water outlet channel is communicated;
wherein when the handle is in the initial position, the valve cartridge is in the first state; when the handle rotates from the initial position to the first rotating direction, the valve core can be switched from the first state to the second state under the action of the handle.

The water outlet control mechanism as claimed in claim 7, wherein the handle has a supporting platform, the supporting platform gradually moves away from the mounting seat when the handle rotates from the initial position to the first rotation direction, and the supporting platform has an elastic pushing portion for pushing the valve element, so as to open the water valve assembly.

The water outlet control mechanism according to claim 7, further comprising an elastic return member, one end of the elastic return member abutting against the valve element and the other end abutting against the valve seat, the elastic return member being configured to cause the valve element to have a tendency to switch to the first state.
