In addition, the cover body 10 further comprises a sealing element 20, a driving element 30 and a magnetic resetting element 40, the sealing element 20 is connected to one side of the cover body 10 and is used for sealing the water outlet 11, the sealing element 20 is provided with a magnetic part 21, the driving element 30 is arranged on the cover body 10, the magnetic resetting element 40 is directly or indirectly arranged on the cover body 10, the magnetic part 21 and the magnetic resetting element 40 are oppositely arranged and mutually matched to enable the sealing element 20 to be kept at a position for sealing the water outlet 11, and the driving element 30 is used for driving the sealing element 20 to move and releasing the sealing of the water outlet 11.
The end face of the cover body 10 is provided with a water outlet 11, the water outlet 11 penetrates through the cover body 10, namely penetrates through the cover body top face 12 and the cover body bottom face 13, and the penetration is that when the cup cover 100 is used together with the cup body for containing liquid, the liquid can smoothly flow out of the water outlet 11.
As shown in fig. 3, the seal 20 has a substantially rectangular plate-like structure, and may be a flat plate-like structure, a plate-like structure having a certain bending angle, or a plate-like structure having a curvature. One side of the sealing element 20 is rotatably arranged on the bottom surface 13 of the cover body through a rotating shaft 23, and the other side of the sealing element 20 is provided with a triggering section 22 protruding towards the water outlet 11.
The seal 20 and the rotating shaft 23 may be integrally or separately, preferably, the seal 20 and the rotating shaft 23 are integrally formed, and the seal 20 and the rotating shaft 23 are linked. When the seal 20 rotates, the rotation shaft 23 rotates at the same angle as the seal 20.
In one embodiment, the cover 10 is fixed with two fixing brackets 60 disposed opposite to each other on one side of the sealing member 20, i.e., the bottom surface 13 of the cover, and each fixing bracket 60 is provided with a mounting groove 61 at a corresponding position, and the rotating shaft 23 of the sealing member 20 is rotatably mounted in the mounting groove 61.
Further, the fixing bracket 60 is further provided with a guide groove 62 communicating with the mounting groove 61, and the guide groove 62 is used for guiding the rotating shaft 23 to be mounted in or removed from the mounting groove 61. The rotating shaft 23 is further provided with a coupling part 231, and the coupling part 231 is rotatably installed in the installation groove 61. As shown in fig. 5 to 6, the cross section of the adaptor 231 is substantially waist-shaped, and the waist-shaped cross section of the adaptor 231 has a relatively long axis 2311 and a relatively short axis 2312, wherein the long axis 2311 has a length dimension larger than the opening dimension of the mounting groove 61 and the guide groove 62, and the short axis 2312 has a dimension smaller than the opening dimension of the mounting groove 61 and the guide groove 62. When the external force rotates the sealing member 20 to the preset position, correspondingly, the long axis 2311 of the adapting portion 231 coincides with the central axis 621 of the guiding groove 62, the narrow position of the adapting portion 231 (i.e. the width corresponding to the short axis 2312 of the adapting portion 231) is aligned with the opening of the mounting groove 61, and the size of the short axis 2312 of the adapting portion 231 is slightly smaller than the opening size of the mounting groove 61 and the width size of the guiding groove 62, at this time, the adapting portion 231 on the rotating shaft 23 can be smoothly taken out from the mounting groove 61 through the guiding groove 62, i.e. the sealing member 20 is detached from the cover body 10; when the seal 20 is at other positions, the adaptor 231 corresponds to a portion of the mounting groove 61 that is larger than the opening of the mounting groove 61, and at this time, the adaptor 231 cannot be removed from the mounting groove 61.
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, when the cover 10 is detached, the sealing member 20 needs to be flipped from a position closing the water outlet 11 to a predetermined position to be removed from the mounting groove 61. The preset position herein refers to a position where the long axis 2311 of the rotation part 231 and the central axis of the guide groove 62 coincide with each other, and at this time, the rotation part 231 slides out of the installation groove 61 from the guide groove 62 in a narrow position.
Further, the center of gravity of the seal member 20 and the extension line of the long axis 2311 of the adapter 231 are offset from each other, that is, the center of gravity of the seal member 20 does not fall on the central axis of the guide groove 62 when the cup is placed vertically; when the installation force of the sealing element 20 entering the installation groove 61 through the guide groove 62 and the outside disappears, the sealing element 20 deflects under the action of gravity under the overhang state, the long axis 2311 of the rotating part 231 which is positioned in the installation groove 61 is not aligned with the guide groove 62 any more due to the overturning of the sealing element 20, namely, the sealing element 20 is self-locked under the action of gravity, and the special self-locking structure can realize the self-locking of the sealing element 20 and avoid the unexpected falling of the sealing element 20. The seal 20 is configured to allow removal of the lid 10, thereby facilitating cleaning of the lid 100.
The sealing element 20 is convexly provided with a triggering section 22 facing the water outlet 11, and the triggering section 22 moves towards a direction away from the water outlet 11 under the contact and pushing of the driving element 30 and drives the sealing element 20 to rotate so as to release the sealing element 20 from sealing the water outlet 11.
When the sealing member 20 is positioned at the position of closing the water outlet 11, the triggering section 22 is clamped in the water outlet 11 and abuts against the inner wall of the water outlet 11 due to the self convex structure, so that the purpose of closing the water outlet 11 is achieved. Preferably, the periphery of the triggering section 22 or the inner wall of the water outlet 11 is coated with a silica gel material so as to achieve better water sealing effect. The silica gel material has certain elasticity, is safe, sanitary and nontoxic, is a preferable material for closing the water outlet 11, and it is understood that other elastic materials can be coated on the trigger section 22, such as rubber.
The sealing member 20 is provided with a magnetic portion 21, and preferably, the magnetic portion 21 is disposed at a substantially middle portion of the sealing member 20, and the magnetic portion 21 and the magnetic reset member 40 correspondingly disposed on the cover 10 or the driving member 30 attract each other to form a magnetic buckle structure.
It will be appreciated that the position of the magnetic portion 21 may be located at a position of the seal 20 close to the water outlet 11, or at a position remote from the water outlet 11, provided that a mutual engagement with the corresponding magnetic return member 40 is achieved to retain the seal 20 in a position closing the water outlet 11.
In one embodiment, the cover 10 is provided with a chute 15, and the driving member 30 is slidably mounted in the chute 15. The opening position of the chute 15 can be in the cover top surface 12, the cover bottom surface 13 or the cover 10. Preferably, to keep the inside of the chute 15 and the driving member 30 clean, the chute 15 is opened inside the cover 10, the opening direction of the chute 15 is approximately parallel to the plane of the top surface 12 of the cover, and the installation position of the chute 15 corresponds to the installation position of the sealing member 20. One end of the sliding groove 15 is communicated with the water outlet 11, the other end of the sliding groove 15 is communicated with a button groove 16 on the cover body 10, and the sliding groove 15 is used for installing the driving piece 30 and guiding the driving piece 30 to move relative to the water outlet 11.
In one embodiment, the driving member 30 has a substantially rectangular strip-shaped structure, and is slidably mounted in the chute 15, and the driving member 30 is used for driving the sealing member 20 to move and releasing the sealing member 20 from sealing the water outlet 11. The driving part 31 is arranged on one side of the driving part 30, which is close to the water outlet 11, and under the action of external force, when the driving part 31 slides to the water outlet 11 and slides out of the chute 15, the driving part 31 contacts the trigger section 22 and drives the sealing part 20 to rotate, and the sealing part 20 releases the sealing of the water outlet 11; when the external force is removed, the driving part 31 returns to the chute 15 again under the interaction of the magnetic reset piece 40 and the magnetic part 21, and the sealing piece 20 rotates to close the water outlet 11. A button 50 is fixedly connected to the side of the driving member 30 remote from the water outlet 11.
It will be appreciated that the shape of the driver 30 may be other shapes, such as block, cylinder, etc., as long as the driver 30 is capable of driving the seal 20 to move and releasing the sealing action of the seal 20 on the water outlet 11. The mounting position of the driving member 30 may be in other positions of the cover body, as long as the driving member 30 can push the trigger section 22 to move towards a position away from the water outlet 11. For example, the driving member 30 is rotatably installed on the top surface 12 of the cover body, a linked eccentric lug is arranged between the driving member 30 and the sealing member 20, the driving member 30 can turn over to drive the eccentric lug to rotate, and the corresponding protruding part arranged on the sealing member 20 is pushed to enable the part of the sealing member 20 for closing the water outlet 11 to rotate in a direction away from the water outlet 11, so that the cup cover 100 is opened. The sealing member 20 and the driving member 30 are still restored by the magnetic force of the mutual attraction of the magnetic part 21 and the magnetic restoring member 40 which are correspondingly arranged.
In one of the embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the driving part 31 comprises a contact surface 311 for contacting the trigger section 22, which contact surface 311 is arranged obliquely to guide the movement of the trigger section 22 in a direction away from said water outlet 11. A certain acute angle is formed between the plane where the contact surface 311 is located and the moving direction of the driving member 30, and the position of the contact surface 311 is slightly higher than the position of the trigger section 22, so that the driving member 30 can more smoothly push the trigger section 22 and drive the sealing member 20 to rotate, and the purpose of opening the water outlet 11 is achieved. It is understood that the contact surface 311 may be provided in a curved structure having a tendency to incline.
In one embodiment, the driving member 30 is disposed corresponding to the sealing member 20, and the driving member 30 is covered with a magnetic reset member 40, and the magnetic reset member 40 is disposed corresponding to the magnetic portion 21 of the sealing member 20 and is attracted to each other so as to keep the sealing member 20 in a position for closing the water outlet 11. The magnetic part 21 and the magnetic resetting piece 40 are respectively coated in the respective parts, so that the parts of the cup cover 100, which are contacted with liquid, are made of plastic or silica gel, and the potential health hazard caused by the direct contact of the magnetic part 21 and the magnetic resetting piece 40 with the liquid can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, when the sealing member 20 is at the position closing the water outlet 11, the sealing member 20 is kept at the position closing the water outlet 11 by the magnetic force generated by the attraction of the magnetic part 21 and the magnetic resetting member 40; as shown in fig. 2, when an external force F1 acts on the driving member 30, the driving member 30 moves towards the water outlet 11, when the driving portion 31 slides out of the chute 15, the contact surface 311 of the driving portion 31 abuts against the side edge of the trigger section 22, further pushes the driving member 30, the contact surface 311 abuts against the trigger section 22 to move towards a position far away from the water outlet 11, drives the whole sealing member 20 to rotate, and when the driving member 30 stops sliding at a limit position, the trigger section 22 stops moving, at this time, the sealing member 20 rotates by an angle α, that is, the sealing member 20 rotates a distance from the position closing the water outlet 11, a certain gap is left between the inner wall of the water outlet 11 and the trigger section 22, and liquid can flow out from the gap, so that the purpose that the sealing member 20 releases the closure of the water outlet 11, that is, the cup cover 100 is in an open state, is achieved.
When the cup cover 100 is in the opened state, the magnetic part 21 and the magnetic resetting piece 40 which are arranged correspondingly are partially misplaced, but still provide magnetic force for rotating the sealing piece 20 towards the position for closing the water outlet 11; when the external force is removed, the magnetic resetting member 40 in the driving member 30 and the magnetic portion 21 on the sealing member 20 are aligned again to be sucked tightly, the sealing member 20 rotates and resets to the position closing the water outlet 11 under the action of magnetic force, and at the same time, the driving member 30 is pulled back to the original position.
In one embodiment, the side 14 of the cover body is provided with a button slot 16, the button slot 16 is generally rectangular, the button slot 16 is communicated with one end of the chute 15 away from the water outlet 11, a button 50 is movably installed in the button slot 16, the button 50 and the driving member 30 are fixed with each other or are integrally formed, and the button 50 is used for driving the driving member 30 to slide to the position of the water outlet 11. When the button 50 is pressed to drive the driving member 30 to slide to the water outlet, and the button 50 is not pressed down continuously when the button 50 is abutted against the bottom of the button groove 16, the driving member 30 reaches the limit position at this time, and the sliding is stopped.
In one embodiment, the bottom surface of the button slot 16 is provided with a vent hole 161, the vent piece 51 is correspondingly inserted into the vent hole 161, one end of the vent piece 51 closes the vent hole 161, and the other end is fixed on the button 50. As shown in fig. 5 or 7, the ventilation member 51 has a substantially rod-shaped structure, and the ventilation groove 511 is formed in the outer wall of the ventilation member 51, and as shown in fig. 2, when the button 50 is pressed down, the button 50 is linked with the ventilation member 51 to drive the ventilation member 51 to move towards the inner side of the cover 10, the ventilation member 51 is partially separated from the inner wall of the ventilation hole 161, and air can flow through the ventilation groove 511 to communicate external air pressure with the air pressure inside the cup, so that the problem that the sealing member 20 is difficult to push due to different air pressure differences inside and outside the cup is solved, and the cup cover 100 is conveniently opened.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the driving member 30 is provided with a locking member 52, and the locking member 52 limits the driving member 30 to move toward the water outlet when in a locked state, and the button 50 linked with the driving member 30 cannot be pressed, so as to lock the button 50 and the driving member 30 to prevent the button 50 from being accidentally pressed; when the locking member 52 is unlocked, the driving member 30 can slide in the sliding slot 15, the button 50 linked with the driving member 30 can be normally pressed, and the magnetic reset member 40 of the driving member 30 and the magnetic portion 21 are attracted to each other, so that the driving member 30 is prevented from sliding out of the sliding slot 15 accidentally.
To further understand the locking principle of the locking member 52, the following directions are defined: the sliding direction of the driving member 30 in the slide groove 15 is a first direction, and the spatial displacement perpendicular to the first direction in the plane of the cover 10 is a second direction. The driving member 30 is provided with a sliding channel 32, and the sliding channel 32 is generally L-shaped, with one end extending to the outer side of the button 50 and the other end extending to the driving member side 33.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 7 to 8, the locking member 52 mounted in the sliding channel 32 is also substantially L-shaped, one side of the L-shape being a sliding portion 521, and the sliding portion 521 is mounted in the sliding channel 32 of the driving member 30 and movable in the sliding channel 32 in the second direction. One end of the sliding portion 521 extends to the outer side of the button 50 and is fixed to the slide 523. The slide plate 523 slides in the second direction in a slide groove (not numbered) formed on the outer side surface of the button 50, and drives the slide portion 521 to move in the second direction in the slide channel 32. The other end of the sliding portion 521 is connected to an L-shaped other side stop portion 522, and the stop portion 522 can slide out from the driving member side 33 along the second direction under the driving of the sliding piece 523 and the sliding portion 521 and enter into the stop groove 151, where the stop groove 151 is correspondingly formed on a side wall of the sliding groove 15 along the second direction, preferably, the stop groove 151 is formed on a bottom surface of the button groove 16 communicating with the sliding groove 15, the size of the stop groove 151 is smaller than that of the sliding groove, and a step surface 1511 is formed between the stop groove 151 and the button groove 16. When the slide 523 drives the stop part 522 to enter the stop groove 151, the stop part 522 abuts against the step surface 1511 of the stop groove 151, so that the driving member 30 is prevented from sliding in the water outlet direction of the slide slot 15; when the slide 523 drives the stop portion 522 to move out of the stop groove 151, i.e. the stop portion 522 is completely hidden inside the driving member 30, the driving member 30 can slide in the first direction in the chute 15.
In one embodiment, the latch is simultaneously threaded on the side of the driving member 30 and the locking member 52 along the second direction, so as to fix the locking member 52 in the sliding channel 32 of the driving member 30 along the first direction.
According to the cup cover 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the magnetic part 21 and the magnetic reset piece 40 are arranged on the cup cover 100 to attract each other, so that the sealing piece 20 is kept at the position for closing the water outlet 11, the driving piece 30 can drive the sealing piece 20 to move in the direction away from the water outlet 11 and release the closure of the water outlet 11, under the condition that the external force is removed, the driving piece 30 and the sealing piece 20 reset through the magnetic force between the magnetic part 21 and the magnetic reset piece 40, the cup cover 100 can be opened and closed at any time by the design structure, the defect (the problems of easy deformation, elasticity loss, easy loss and the like) of using a metal device as the reset piece in the prior art can be avoided, the use stability of the reset piece of the cup cover 100 can be ensured, and main parts on the cup cover 100 can be manually removed and cleaned at any time, so that the maintenance and cleaning of the whole cup cover 100 and the cup are convenient.
In the conventional following cups, although the cup cover 100 has the same function of opening and closing by one hand, the mounting structure between the interlocking pieces is complex, and the parts are difficult to be removed independently and thoroughly cleaned, so that the following cups have a plurality of cleaning dead angles, and have hidden health hazards.
In the design structure of the present invention, when the sealing member 20 is rotated by a certain angle to detach the cover 10, as shown in fig. 3, when the sealing member 20 is detached from the cover 10, the driving member 30 loses the magnetic force of the magnetic resetting member 40 and the magnetic portion 21, and at this time, the cover 10 is tilted, and the driving member 30 can slide out of the cover 10 laterally, i.e. in the arrow direction (opposite to the mounting direction of the driving member 30) shown in fig. 3. The removed driving piece 30, the sealing piece 20 and the cover body 10 are easy to clean and are not easy to lose, and the cleaning and maintenance operations are convenient.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a cup, which comprises a cup body and the cup cover 100 in the embodiment, wherein a sealing ring is additionally arranged at the joint of the cup cover 100 and the cup body so as to increase the overall sealing performance of the cup. The cup body can be a cup body with a double-layer heat preservation structure or a common single-layer cup body, and the opening size of the cup body is matched with the size of the cup cover 100. The cup can be opened and closed by one hand by arranging the cup cover 100 structure, and the cup is convenient to carry, and liquid in the cup is not easy to spill.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
