The cooking machine with heating and stirring functions as set forth in claim 1, wherein: an electrical cavity (C) for accommodating a power output assembly is arranged on the top cover assembly (G); the output end of the power output assembly is provided with a rotating shaft (4), and the rotating shaft (4) penetrates through the bottom of the top cover assembly (G) and at least partially extends into the cooking cavity (D) to be connected with the stirrer (14); and a first sealing ring (5) is arranged between the rotating shaft (4) and the top cover assembly (G).
