Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The application relates to the field of gas cookers, in particular to a wok stand of a gas cooker and the gas cooker with the wok stand.
[ background of the invention ]
At present, a pot rack commonly used on a gas stove is provided with four supporting legs which are uniformly distributed and used for supporting a pot. When the pot frame is designed, all the supporting legs are on the same height plane. However, in the actual manufacturing process, particularly for the enamel pot frame, an enamel process at high temperature is required after welding and polishing. In the process, the pot frame is easy to deform to different degrees. The heights of the four supporting feet are difficult to ensure to be completely on the same plane. Thus, the designer defines a limit on the drawing that limits the manufacturer's production. Even if the gas stove reaches the home of the user, the cooker is still shaken to different degrees when being placed on the cooker frame, and customers complain to different degrees. The problem of shaking of an enamel pot rack and a pot of a gas stove is always that customer complaints are higher.
Unless otherwise supported by sufficient evidence, the prior art described herein is not meant to be an admission that such prior art is widely known to those of ordinary skill in the art to which this application pertains prior to the filing date of the present application.
[ summary of the invention ]
An object of the present application is to provide, in view of the above technical problems, an improved wok stand of a gas range and a gas range including the same.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a pot rack of a gas range, which can prevent a cooking appliance from shaking when used on the pot rack.
The embodiment of the application relates to a pot rack of a gas stove. The utility model provides a pot frame of gas-cooker, includes the first supporting legs that three mutual interval set up under the user state of pot frame, it is three first supporting legs is used for supporting cooking utensil wherein, pot frame still includes at least one second supporting legs, the height of second supporting legs is less than first supporting legs.
The beneficial effects of the above scheme are as follows: the three first supporting feet form three stable supporting points for the cooking utensil, and the cooking utensil is prevented from shaking on the pot rack. The second supporting feet play a role of auxiliary supporting, and the risk of the cooking utensil overturning is reduced.
Even there is the deformation scheduling problem in manufacturing process for first supporting leg, causes three first supporting leg not all to be in same high plane, but three first supporting leg still provides stable three-point type support for cooking utensil, even cooking utensil bottom is uneven, still can guarantee that cooking utensil and the strong point of first supporting leg are effectively laminated, and cooking utensil can not rock. Thereby reducing the product fraction defective of the pot rack. Moreover, compared with the pot rack in the background art, the pot rack has lower requirements on manufacturing precision, and is beneficial to reducing the manufacturing cost of the pot rack.
The pot rack related to the scheme can be an enamel pot rack, and also can be a cast iron pot rack or a stainless steel pot rack. The present application is not limited thereto.
In one or more embodiments, in a use state of the wok stand, one of the second supporting legs is disposed on a side of the wok stand close to a user. If one side of the pot frame close to the user is not provided with the second supporting leg, the gravity center of the pot is easily pulled to be inclined to the outer side of the pot frame in the pot moving process of the user, so that the pot is inclined or tilted, and potential safety hazards exist. Especially in recent years, this design has greatly reduced the risk of the cookware tipping over during removal for more and more consumers cooking with heavy iron pots.
Herein, the "side of the pot holder close to the user" should be understood as the side of the pot holder closest to the user who cooks when the pot holder is used on the gas range.
In order to provide a more stable support for the pot, in one or more embodiments, three of the first supporting legs are distributed in an equal central angle.
In one or more embodiments, the height of the second support foot is 2mm to 4mm lower than the first support foot. Even if the first supporting leg deforms in the machining and manufacturing process, the deformation amount is generally within 1mm through data statistics of many years. The height of the second supporting leg is 2 mm-4 mm lower than that of the first supporting leg, so that the second supporting leg cannot interfere with three-point support formed by the three first supporting legs, and the cookware can be stably placed on the first supporting legs all the time without shaking.
In one or more embodiments, the inner ends of the tops of the three first supporting feet define a circular outline, and the perpendicular projection of the inner ends of the tops of the second supporting feet on the outline is located on the periphery of the outline. The medial ends of the tips of the three first support legs are not in a straight line and therefore define a rounded profile. And the vertical projection of the inner side end of the top of the second supporting leg on the contour is positioned on the periphery of the contour so as to ensure that the supporting points for the round-bottom cookware are also positioned on the three first supporting legs, thereby forming stable three-point support and preventing the round-bottom cookware from shaking.
In one or more embodiments, the pot frame of the gas stove comprises three second supporting legs, and the first supporting legs and the second supporting legs are arranged at intervals in a staggered mode. Not only formed stable three strong point to cooking utensil, moreover, it is three the second supporting legs has given good auxiliary stay from different angles, effectively reduces the risk that the pan tumbled. In the process of moving the pot, no matter from which direction the user moves the cooking utensil, the risk of tipping the pot is greatly reduced.
In one or more embodiments, the pot holder of the gas stove comprises the second supporting foot. Then, this second supporting legs just sets up in the pot frame and is close to user's one side, reduces the risk that the pan tumbles.
In one or more embodiments, the pot holder of the gas stove includes a bottom frame, and the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg are both connected to the bottom frame. Of course, the bottom frame may be circular or square.
In one or more embodiments, the wok stand of the gas stove is a circular wok stand. This scheme adopts circular pot frame, from the industrial design perspective, more has the design sense, more does benefit to the overall arrangement of first supporting legs and second supporting legs.
Another aspect of the embodiments of the present application relates to a gas range, which includes a pot holder of the gas range according to any one of the above embodiments.
It should be pointed out that the features of the dependent claims can be combined with each other and with the features of the independent claims in any way without departing from the concept of the present application.
