Abstract
本实用新型是一种胶水瓶。它包括瓶盖、瓶体、
瓶嘴和胶水刷。其特征在于胶水刷上设有与瓶嘴相
配合的阀针和阀锥孔、止逆环和阻挡环。使用的时候
只需旋转胶水刷与瓶嘴间的螺纹，就可以通过调节阀
针和阀锥孔的距离达到控制流量和防止胶水凝固堵
塞的目的，使用起来非常卫生方便。它可广泛用于小
型办公用胶水瓶，也可以用于其他用途胶水瓶。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种胶水瓶。
目前市场上销售的胶水瓶，使用比较方便的有两种。一种是在胶水瓶盖内固定一个毛刷，使用时用毛刷浸蘸瓶体内的胶水；另一种是在胶水瓶的出口处放一块泡沫塑料，使用时挤压瓶体，使胶水从泡沫塑料孔眼中流出。但是上述两种胶水瓶存在着以下缺点：前者浸蘸量不易控制，且在胶水较少时浸蘸不容易；后者使用时间一长，泡沫塑料的孔眼就会出现胶水凝固堵塞的现象，且出口处常积聚大量胶水，很不干净。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既可以调节胶水流量，又可以防止瓶口胶水凝固堵塞的方便胶水瓶。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取了以下设计：一种方便胶水瓶包括瓶盖、瓶体、可与瓶体分离的瓶嘴，其特征在于：它还有一个与所述瓶嘴配合的胶水刷，该胶水刷上设有阻挡环和阀锥孔，所述瓶嘴上设有止逆环和通过支承筋联接的阀针，并通过螺纹与所述瓶体联接通过另一螺纹与所述胶水刷联接。所述瓶盖套在瓶体上。
由于采取了以上设计，本实用新型可以通过旋转胶水刷与瓶嘴间的螺纹，调节阀针与阀锥孔间的距离，达到控制流量和防止凝固堵塞之目的，同时由于设置了止逆环，有效地防止胶水渗漏到瓶外，另外由于设置了止逆环，防止了胶水刷脱离胶水瓶，使用起来非常卫生方便。
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行详细描述。

如图1所示，本实用新型是由瓶盖1，胶水刷2，瓶嘴3和瓶体4组成的。瓶嘴3顶部设有三根筋8联接的阀针7，（如图3所示）胶水刷2上设有与阀针7相配合的阀锥孔6（如图2所示）胶水刷2顶部是一个鸭嘴形刷体5（如图4所示），瓶嘴3上还设有突出的止逆环9其外径与胶水刷2配合部分的内径相同（如图2所示），胶水刷2上还设有阻挡环13。胶水刷2经加热膨胀后套入瓶嘴3，冷缩后，胶水刷2只能通过与瓶嘴3联接的螺纹10上下移动但不能拧出瓶嘴3。瓶嘴3上的螺纹12与瓶体4联接，瓶盖1套在瓶体4的上部。
操作的时候，摘下瓶盖，旋转胶水刷，阀针和阀锥孔的间隙逐渐加大，胶水流量也随之加大，当阻挡环顶住止逆环时（如图2所示）螺纹不再前进，此时胶水流量最大，鸭嘴形的扁刷体用于涂抹胶水。不用的时候，胶水流回瓶体内，止逆环与胶水刷内腔接触，阻止胶水流向瓶嘴外面。当相配合的螺纹10拧到底时，阀针正好顶出阀锥孔，如果刷体和阀锥孔上存有少量胶水时，一旦凝固，一撕就可以掉下来不会造成堵塞，使用非常卫生方便。

1、一种方便胶水瓶，包括：瓶盖1、瓶体4、一个可与瓶体4分离的瓶嘴3，其特征在于：它还包括一个与所述瓶嘴3配合的胶水刷2，该胶水刷2上设有阻挡环13和阀锥孔6，所述瓶嘴3上设有止逆环9和通过支承筋8联接的阀针7，并通过螺纹12与所述瓶体4联接，通过另一螺纹10与所述胶水刷2联接，所述瓶盖1套在瓶体4的上部。
