The uncoiler of claim 1 wherein each of the plurality of width metering members comprises a width metering tube and a threaded width metering connection member for fixedly attaching the width metering tube to the first support plate and the second support plate, respectively, wherein the threaded width metering connection member comprises a width metering bolt passing through the width metering tube and a width metering nut mating with the width metering bolt.
4. The uncoiler of claim 1 wherein the distance assembly comprises three fixed-width tube members mounted to three corners of the first support plate and the second support plate, respectively.
5. The uncoiler of claim 3 wherein the width of the constant width tube is 5mm greater than the maximum width of the baling belt and the plurality of wheels.

The unwinder as defined in claim 1 wherein the plurality of rollers each comprise an outer roller, an inner shaft, and a bearing between the roller and the shaft, wherein the rollers are spaced at opposite ends from the first and second support plates to prevent friction between the rollers and the first and second support plates when the rollers rotate.
7. The unwinder of claim 6 wherein the plurality of rollers are secured to the first and second support plates by nuts that are threaded through the shaft and the rollers that are mounted on the ends of the shaft.
8. The unwinder as recited in claim 1, wherein the guide pulley assembly includes three pulleys, wherein the three pulleys are in an inverted delta configuration.
9. The uncoiler of claim 1 wherein the bottoms of the first and second support plates are each provided with one or more support legs for supporting the uncoiler.
