电动汽车(BEV)是指以车载电源为动力,用电机驱动车轮行驶,由于对环境影响相对传统汽车较小,近年来得到广泛的应用。电动汽车是通过充电桩进行充电,在充电过程中,如果充电机倾倒,则有可能造成短路炸机,从而造成人员伤亡,火灾等事故,因此对充电机的倾斜度的监测不容忽视。

为了解决充电机倾倒所带来的上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种直流充电机防倾倒控制系统。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种直流充电机防倾倒控制系统,包括电源模块U1、三轴倾角传感器CGQ、数据记录与状态监测模块CDR和报警指示灯HL,将交流电转化为直流电的电源模块U1输出端连接三轴倾角传感器CGQ和数据记录与状态监测模块CDR,用于检测充电桩角度的三轴倾角传感器CGQ输出端连接数据记录与状态监测模块CDR,据记录与状态监测模块CDR连接报警指示灯HL。
所述三轴倾角传感器CGQ为3D-MEMS多轴向的倾角测量装置。
本实用新型的直流充电机防倾倒控制系统,能实时监测充电桩的倾斜度,从而通过记录装置和控制装置进行监控,当充电桩倾斜角度大于安全角度时,发出报警,从而可以有效避免因充电桩倾倒而造成的事故。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的直流充电机防倾倒控制系统如图1和图2所示,电源模块U将交流转化为直流,给数据记录与状态监测模块和传感器供电。三轴倾角传感器CGQ采用3D-MEMS技术的高精度多轴向的倾角测量装置,主要测量X、Y、Z三个轴向倾角值。三轴倾角传感器CGQ安装于充电机上,主要用于直流充电机装置垂直角度、左右不平度的测量,并将测量值送给充电桩数据记录与状态监测模块CDR进行数据分析,充电桩数据记录与状态监测模块CDR接收到三轴倾角传感器CGQ检测到的角度数据对其进行记录和分析,当桩体与垂直方向的夹角大于30度时,通过其内部的控制模块输出控制信号给报警给指示灯HL进行报警。

1.一种直流充电机防倾倒控制系统,其特征在于:包括电源模块(U1)、三轴倾角传感器(CGQ)、数据记录与状态监测模块(CDR)和报警指示灯(HL),将交流电转化为直流电的电源模块(U1)输出端连接三轴倾角传感器(CGQ)和数据记录与状态监测模块(CDR),用于检测充电桩角度的三轴倾角传感器(CGQ)输出端连接数据记录与状态监测模块(CDR),数据记录与状态监测模块(CDR)连接报警指示灯(HL)。
