The outer protective layer plays a protective role and simultaneously enables the heat-insulating outer box 10 to have certain strength. The heat preservation layer plays the effect of thermal-insulated heat preservation. The inner liner plays the heat preservation and protects, is convenient for set up ice bag 17 simultaneously. In particular embodiments, the outer protective layer may be a honeycomb plastic panel. The heat-insulating layer can be a polyurethane heat-insulating plate. The lining layer can be aluminum foil cloth. Preferably, the inner liner layer may be pp hollow plate composite aluminum foil cloth.
In the embodiment of the present invention, there is also an opening between the top wall 14 and the bottom wall 12 for communicating the accommodating chamber. The heat preservation outer box 10 further comprises a box cover 18, and the box cover 18 covers the opening. A plurality of ice bags 17 are also arranged on the inner side of the box cover 18. In this manner, sealing may be accomplished by opening the cover 18 to facilitate product placement through the opening and then closing the cover 18. And, a plurality of ice bags 17 are also laid on the inner side of case lid 18 to further make the temperature in the accommodation chamber more uniform.
It is understood that the arrangement and opening of the ice pockets 17 on the cover 18 can be the same as the arrangement and opening of the ice pockets 17 on the side wall 16, and will not be described again.
In one embodiment, the cover 18 is pivotally connected at one side to the side wall 16 of the insulating outer box 10 by a hinge. The opposite side of the cover 18 is connected to the side wall 16 of the insulating outer case 10 by a lock. When it is desired to open lid 18, the latch may be unlocked and lid 18 may then be rotated to open lid 18. Alternatively, the lock may be a stainless steel chain. It will be appreciated that the lock is not limited to use with stainless steel chains, and that other types of locks may be used, and are not limited thereto.
In the embodiment, the heat-insulating packaging box can be a hollow cuboid. The two ends of the cuboid in the length direction are a top wall 14 and a bottom wall 12, and a side wall 16 and a box cover 18 between the top wall 14 and the bottom wall 12 enclose four sides of the cuboid. That is, the side wall 16 is three of four sides of the rectangular parallelepiped around its length direction, and the cover 18 is the other of the four sides.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the insulated outer box 10 is provided with a tray 30. Therefore, the heat-preservation packaging box is convenient to transport. Alternatively, a standard plastic tray 30 of 1.2 meters in length and 1 meter in width may be used.
