The body 10 includes a spindle 11; the two fan wheels 20 are connected to the spindle 11 and can rotate relative to the body 10; the magnetic resistance mechanism 30 includes two magnetic resistance rings 31 respectively disposed on the two fan wheels 20 and surrounding the spindle 11, a magnetic unit 32 and a control unit 33, the magnetic unit 32 includes two magnetic portions 321 respectively corresponding to the two magnetic resistance rings 31, the control unit 33 includes a rod 331 rotatably disposed on the body 10, the rod 331 and the body 10 are connected to a pivot point 332, the magnetic unit 32 and an operation portion 333 are disposed on two opposite sides of the rod 331 relative to the pivot point 332, the pivot point 332 and the spindle 11 are eccentrically disposed, and the rod 331 can drive the two magnetic portions 321 to move to change a magnetic force between the two magnetic portions 321 and the two magnetic resistance rings 31. In the present embodiment, each of the magnetic portions 321 includes a receiving member 324 detachably disposed on the base 322, each of the receiving members 324 has a plurality of recesses 325 for receiving the at least one magnet 323, so that each of the receiving members 324 can be replaced with a magnet having different shapes, and the number of the at least one magnet 323 received in the plurality of recesses 325 can be adjusted according to the usage requirement; the plurality of recesses 325 are disposed corresponding to a portion of the magnetoresistive ring 31.
