本实用新型涉及一种人体解剖模型,尤其是适用 于对应头颅CT扫描分层模型。在颅脑基体的基面 上,设有内芯和外球环的整外球环石膏层,在整外球 环石膏层上,设有内芯和半外球环的半外球环石膏 层,在半外球环石膏层上,设有内芯和半外球壳的半 球壳球体石膏层,设有覆盖在无半外球环和无半球壳 的球面上的半球壳石膏层,在无半外球环和无半外球 壳的球面上涂有脑组织和动静脉血管花纹油漆层。 能配合CT扫描直观看出颅脑病变位置,便于治疗。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种人体解剖模型,尤其是适用于对应头颅CT扫描分层模型。
目前,在颅脑疾病的临床治疗中,广泛应用CT扫描(电子计算机扫描),以了解颅脑内各断层病变状况,但是,CT扫描的各层位置所处结构(脑神经、动静胍血管的分布等),不能准确而直观地显示出来,供医生确定手术入路、神经内外科研究与教学等。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种颅脑解剖模型,能相应CT扫描颅脑各断层(以解剖模型形式显示出层次的位置),以供临床治疗。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在颅脑基体的基面上,设有内芯上面涂脑组织花纹油漆层、外球环上、下和侧面涂皮肤色油漆层的上、下面平行的整外球环石膏层,在整外球环石膏上设有内芯上面涂脑组织花纹油漆层,半外球环上、下和侧面涂皮肤色油漆层的上、下面的半外球环石膏层,在半外球环石膏层上,设有内芯下平面涂脑组织花纹油漆层,半外球壳外表面涂皮肤色油漆层的半球壳球体石膏层,设有复盖在无半外球环和无半球壳的球面上,外表面涂皮肤色油漆层的半球壳石膏层,此外,在无半外球环和无半外球壳的球面上,涂有动静脉血管花纹油漆层。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
由于采用上述方案,能配合CT扫描直观地看出颅脑的病变位置,便于医生临床诊断和满足教学科研需要。

图中:1.整外球环石膏层,1a.内芯,1b.外球环,2.半外球环石膏层,2a.内芯,2b.半外球环,3.半球壳球体石膏层,3a.内芯,3b.半外球壳,4.半球壳石膏层,4a.体外标志漆线,5.颅脑基体5a.基面,OM基线。
在图1~3所示实施例中:
整外球环石膏层1是装在颅脑基体5的基面5a上,相同厚度的两层该石膏层1按顺序重叠安装,而基面5a是平行于以外眦和外耳道圆环连线为基线OM,向上10毫米的断面。内芯1a的上面涂脑组织状油漆层,而外球环1b上和侧面涂皮肤色油漆层,并且上、下平面相互平行。
半外球环石膏层2是装在整外球环石膏层1上面,相同厚度的六层该石膏层2按顺序重叠安装,内芯2上面涂脑组织状油漆层,而半外球环2b上和侧面涂皮肤色油漆层,并且上、下平面相互平行。此外,无半外球环2b的球面上涂有脑组织和动静脉血管花纹油漆层。
半球壳球体石膏层3是装在半外球环石膏层2上面,内芯3a下平面涂硬脑组织花纹油漆层,而半外球壳3b外表面涂皮肤色油漆层,此外,无半外球壳3b的球面上涂有脑组织和动静脉血管花纹呈漆层。
半球壳石膏层4是复盖在无半外球环2b和无半外球壳3b的球面上,且外表面涂皮肤色油漆层,与半外球环2b、半外球壳3b构成模拟颅脑头皮层,在外表上划有颅外体表标志的标志漆线4a。
本实施例的模型是以中国人中最常见的标准短型头颅数据为标准,选50例正常成人头颅CT扫描测得其前后径、横径、脑室前角径等数值结合有关CT书籍所列数据及各层次显示结构,选出一张符合上述条件的正常CT片,再应用放大技术,将每个层次图象复制在相应的石膏层上,并标出头皮、颅骨、硬脑膜脑组织(包括脑室及重要灰质团块),然后用彩色油漆漆化,划动静脉血管等,复原模型,以达到按头颅解剖及脑内重要结构与CT扫描关系的断层,能直观地准确表示病变所在颅脑中的具体位置层次,帮助掌握颅脑解剖与CT断层的对应关系,便于手术治疗和满足教学科研需要。

Claims (3)

1、一种颅脑解剖模型包括脑基体,其特征是:在颅脑基体的基面上,设有内芯上面涂脑组织花纹油漆层、外球环上、下和侧面涂皮肤色油漆层的上、下面平行的整外球环石膏层,在整外球环石膏上设有内芯上面涂脑组织花纹油漆层,半外球环上、下和侧面涂皮肤色油漆层的上、下面的半外球环石膏层,在半外球环石膏层上,设有内芯下平面涂脑组织花纹油漆层,半外球壳外表面涂皮肤色油漆层的半球壳球体石膏层,设有复盖在无半外球环和无半球壳的球面上,外表面涂皮肤色油漆层的半球壳石膏层,此外,在无半外球环和无半外球壳的球面上,涂有动静脉血管花纹油漆层。
2、按权利要求1所述的颅脑解剖模型,其特征是:整外球环石膏层有相同厚度的两层顺序重叠安装。
3、按权利要求1所述的颅脑解剖模型,其特征是:半外球环石膏层有相同厚度的六层顺序重叠安装。
