Control circuitry on PCB board 250 controls bluetooth module 220 to receive or transmit information through bluetooth module 220 as required by the application.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 7, in the embodiment, the PCB 250 is provided with a receiving groove 251 for receiving a battery, so that the PCB 250 spans two ends of the battery, and the battery can be embedded into the receiving groove of the PCB 250, so that the width of the cigarette rod 2000 is not increased when the battery is installed, and the overall size of the cigarette rod 2000 can be significantly reduced. And both ends of the PCB board 250 in the length direction of the receiving groove 251 are connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, respectively. Because the PCB board 250 has better structural strength, the adoption of the arrangement mode can reduce the width size of the tobacco rod 2000 and improve the reliability of the connection of the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the battery by utilizing the structural strength of the PCB board 250. In addition, in this embodiment, the bluetooth module 220 and the charging interface 260 are located at two opposite ends of the PCB 250 along the length direction of the cigarette rod 2000, so that the cigarette rod 2000 can be conveniently connected to a charging device at the end for charging, and the charging process is controlled by the control circuit on the PCB 250.
The tobacco rod 2000 is mainly used for providing electric energy for the atomization device in the cartridge 1000. The tobacco rod 2000 thus includes a power supply 240 and control circuitry. The control circuitry therein is typically integrated on the PCB board 250. In order to reliably connect the PCB 250 to other electrical components, the exact position of the PCB 250 in the tobacco rod 2000, especially in the height direction, must be ensured when assembling the tobacco rod 2000.
In order to accurately position and reliably mount the PCB 250, in this embodiment, a first height limiting structure 211 for limiting the height position of the upper surface of the PCB 250 and a second height limiting structure 212 for limiting the height position of the lower surface of the PCB 250 are formed on the bracket 210, and the PCB 250 is clamped between the first height limiting structure 211 and the second height limiting structure 212.
Wherein the first height position defined by the first height limiting structure 211 is an ideal position at which the lower surface of the PCB board 250 is mounted, and the second height position defined by the second height limiting structure 212 is an ideal position at which the upper surface of the PCB board 250 is mounted. Since the PCB board 250 has a certain thickness and an appropriate installation gap may be left for the convenience of installation operation, the first preset distance of the second height position from the first height position may be determined according to the thickness of the PCB board 250 and the installation gap. In this embodiment, the positions at the two ends of the PCB 250 are accurately limited by the first height limiting structures 211 and the second height limiting structures 212, respectively, and the first height limiting structures can be arranged in pairs, so that at least 3 limiting points can be formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the PCB 250, the height of the PCB 250 can be accurately limited by the limiting points at the positions, and the stability of the PCB 250 in the height direction when the PCB 250 is installed in the cigarette rod 2000 is ensured under the constraint of the at least three limiting points. During specific installation, the PCB 250 is inserted between the second limiting structure and the first limiting structure along the direction parallel to the PCB 250.
The Bluetooth module 220 is used for Bluetooth communication, and the Bluetooth module 220 comprises a Bluetooth antenna;
the embodiment utilizes the bluetooth module 220 in the cigarette rod 2000 to receive information sent by other devices according to a bluetooth communication protocol or send information to other devices, so as to realize information interaction between the electronic cigarette and other devices. Where the information received and transmitted may be data or instructions. Wherein the bluetooth antenna is used for receiving and transmitting electromagnetic waves carrying bluetooth signals.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the housing 230 is a hollow structure, and the rest of the components of the cigarette rod 2000 are all wrapped in the housing 230. In order to ensure a certain structural strength and prevent important parts in the housing 230 from being damaged by external force, the housing 230 may be made of a metal material. However, the metal shields the bluetooth signal, so the embodiment may provide an opening 232 on the metal housing 230, and the size of the opening 232 may be determined according to the requirement of the bluetooth signal propagation strength. The bluetooth signal emitted from the bluetooth module 220 in the housing 230 may be propagated from the set opening 232 of the metal housing 230 to the outside of the metal housing 230. External bluetooth signals may also enter the metal housing 230 from an opening 232 provided in the metal housing 230. Therefore, the bluetooth module 220 in the cigarette rod 2000 can realize bluetooth communication with other devices through the opening 232 arranged on the housing 230, so as to prevent dust, liquid and other substances which are easy to damage important components in the cigarette rod 2000 from entering the interior of the cigarette rod 2000, in this embodiment, the shielding piece 270 is added, the opening 232 on the metal housing 230 is sealed by the shielding piece 270, wherein the shielding piece 270 can be made of plastic materials, so that the important components of the cigarette rod 2000 are protected, and bluetooth signals can smoothly pass through the opening 232 on the metal housing 230.
In this embodiment, the outer wall of the housing 230 is provided with a mounting groove 213, the mounting groove 213 is formed by the outer wall of the housing 230 being recessed to a predetermined depth toward the inner wall of the housing 230, the opening 232 is formed at the bottom surface of the mounting groove 213, and the shielding member 270 is inserted into the mounting groove 213 to shield the opening 232. The present embodiment adopts a manner of fitting the shutter 270 into the fitting groove 213 at the position of the opening 232. The position of the shielding member 270 can be accurately defined and fixed through the mounting groove 213, and the shielding member 270 can be tightly abutted against the bottom surface of the mounting groove 213 after being inserted into the mounting groove 213, so that the shielding member 270 can be well attached to the opening 232, and the opening 232 can be effectively shielded.
In this embodiment, a connector is further included for forming a rigid connection between the bracket 210 and the housing 230 along the length direction of the housing 230 to define the relative position of the bracket 210 with respect to the housing 230 along the length direction of the housing 230, one end of the connector is connected with the bracket 210, and the other end is connected with the housing 230; a first connection structure is formed on a side surface of the bracket 210 along the width direction of the housing 230, the first connection structure is used for connecting with one end of a connection member, and making the end of the connection member connected with the housing 230 protrude to a first preset distance along the direction of the housing 230, and the end of the connection member opposite to the first connection structure is connected with the housing 230.
In this embodiment, the connector forms a rigid connection between the bracket 210 and the housing 230 along the length of the housing 230, so that the relative position of the bracket 210 with respect to the housing 230 along the length of the housing 230 is kept fixed, and the bracket 210 is prevented from sliding with respect to the housing 230. In particular, the two ends of the connector are connected to the housing 230 and the bracket 210, respectively. The position of bluetooth antenna and the opening 232 of shell 230 in shell 230 is also accurately injectd like this, makes bluetooth signal can propagate through the opening 232 of shell 230 to the furthest, makes the bluetooth signal that the electron cigarette is used for communicating can keep better intensity to let bluetooth communication's effect obtain apparent promotion. In addition, since the connecting member fixes the housing 230 and the bracket 210, the bracket 210 does not slip out of the housing 230. In order to improve the effect of bluetooth communication, the bluetooth communication of the bluetooth module 220 mounted on the cradle 210 may be located at the middle position of the opening 232 by a connector.
In the present embodiment, the first connecting structure is disposed on the lateral side of the bracket 210 in the width direction, so that the occupied space of the bracket 210 is small, and the bracket 210 is conveniently positioned in the length direction of the housing 230. After the connecting member is connected to the first connecting structure, the other end of the connecting member is exposed to a certain distance, that is, the connecting member is connected to the housing 230 with one end protruding to a first preset distance along the direction of the housing 230, so that the other end of the connecting member can be reliably connected to the housing 230.
Wherein the first connection structure is formed by recessing the side surface of the bracket 210 to a predetermined depth in a direction opposite to the housing 230, and one end of the connector is embedded in the first connection structure to be connected with the bracket 210.
The side of the bracket 210 is recessed toward the inside of the tobacco rod 2000 to form a hollow structure. One end of the connector is inserted into the hollow structure, and the other first end is exposed from the bracket 210 to a certain height so as to be connected with the housing 230. The depth of the recess and the length of the connector may be determined according to the height of the connector exposed from the bracket 210.
The connection mode of the connector and the shell 230 is as follows: the second connecting structure is a through hole 216 formed on the housing 230, and one end of the connecting member opposite to the bracket 210 penetrates into the through hole 216 to be connected with the second connecting structure.
After the connector is connected to the bracket 210, the other end of the connector passes through the through hole 216 of the housing 230, so that the housing 230 is restricted by the connector and cannot move relative to the bracket 210 in the longitudinal direction of the housing 230. The position of the through hole 216 may be set according to the position of the opening 232 for transmitting bluetooth signals on the housing 230, and the length of the connecting member is ensured to pass through the through hole 216 of the housing 230 after the connecting member is connected to the first connecting structure.
Specifically, the first connecting structure is a blind hole formed in the side surface of the bracket 210, and the connecting member is a pin.
In this embodiment, the first connecting structure may be a blind hole, and the connecting member may be a pin, one end of the pin is inserted into the blind hole and abuts against the bottom surface of the blind hole, and the other end of the pin is connected to the housing 230.
In order to facilitate the insertion of the connector into the first connection structure or the removal of the connector from the first connection structure, in this embodiment, an avoiding space communicated with the first connection structure is further formed on the bracket 210, the avoiding space is located at one side or two sides of the first connection structure along the length direction of the housing 230, and the avoiding space is used for forming an operation space capable of applying a radial force to the outer surface of the connector near the outer surface of the connector after the connector is connected with the first connection structure.
When the connecting piece is embedded into the first connecting structure or taken out of the first connecting structure, radial force can be applied to the outer surface of the connecting piece through a tool or directly by hand at the avoidance space to clamp the connecting piece, and then the connecting piece is inserted into the first connecting structure or taken out of the first connecting structure by driving the connecting piece to move along the depth direction of the first connecting structure.
The avoidance space is formed by the fact that the blind hole is sunken towards one side far away from the pin along the radial direction of the pin. Specifically, a small hole can be formed in one side of the blind hole, the diameter of the small hole is smaller than that of the blind hole, the small hole is communicated with the blind hole, but the part, communicated with the small hole, in the blind hole cannot exceed one fourth of the arc length of the blind hole, so that the limiting effect of the blind hole on the connecting piece is guaranteed. In this way, the connecting piece can be reliably clamped by applying force to the connecting piece along the radial direction of the connecting piece from the position of the small hole.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 8, the present embodiment provides an electronic cigarette, which includes a cartridge 1000 and an electronic cigarette rod 2000, which is adapted to the cartridge 1000 and is formed by integrally molding an electrode and an insulating mounting seat according to embodiment 1 or embodiment 2.

Claims (10)

1. Electrode and insulating mount pad integrated into one piece's electron tobacco rod, its characterized in that includes:
the power supply is used for supplying electric energy to the electronic cigarette;
the PCB is provided with a control circuit, and the control circuit is electrically connected with the power supply;
the bracket is used for mounting the PCB and the power supply, and is provided with an insulating mounting seat which is positioned at one end of the bracket along the length direction of the smoke rod, wherein the end of the bracket is opposite to the PCB;
the shell is provided with an accommodating cavity and is sleeved with the bracket, and the PCB and the power supply are positioned in the accommodating cavity;
the electrode is moulded plastics and is formed with insulating mount pad integration through the mould in, the electrode is used for forming the electricity between the PCB board that is located the tobacco rod inside and the atomizing device that is located the tobacco rod outside and is connected, the both ends of electrode are located the both sides along tobacco rod length direction of insulating mount pad respectively.

The electronic cigarette rod integrally formed by the electrode and the insulating mounting seat according to claim 1, wherein the insulating mounting seat is further provided with a positioning groove, the positioning groove is formed by sinking an end surface of the insulating mounting seat opposite to the PCB towards one side of the PCB, a through hole covering the outer surface of the electrode is formed in the positioning groove, one end of the electrode and the end surface of the insulating mounting seat facing the PCB extend to a position electrically connected with the PCB, and the other end of the electrode is exposed out of the positioning groove.

The electrode and insulator mount integrally formed e-cigarette rod of claim 1, further comprising a seal for forming a seal between the inner housing wall and the outer bracket wall to inhibit condensate from flowing from the gap between the inner housing wall and the outer bracket wall to the PCB board.

The electrode and insulator mount integrally formed e-cigarette rod of claim 3, wherein the seal is an annular seal surrounding the outer wall of the holder for at least one revolution, the annular seal having one side facing the holder abutting the outer wall of the holder and an opposite side abutting the inner wall of the housing to form a seal between the inner wall of the housing and the outer wall of the holder.

The electronic cigarette rod with the electrode integrally formed with the insulating mounting seat as claimed in claim 4, wherein the insulating mounting seat support is provided with a mounting groove surrounding the insulating mounting seat for at least one circle along a circumferential direction of the insulating mounting seat, the mounting groove is formed by recessing an outer wall of the support to a predetermined depth in a direction opposite to the housing, one side of the annular sealing member is embedded in the mounting groove, and the other opposite side of the annular sealing member is exposed out of the mounting groove to abut against an inner wall of the housing.

The electrode and insulating mounting seat integrated formed electronic cigarette rod as claimed in claim 5, wherein the sealing element is formed around the support along the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the support, one side of the sealing element facing the support abuts against the outer wall of the support, the other opposite side abuts against the inner wall of the housing, and the end face of the sealing element facing the smoke bomb and the support are away from each other by a preset distance along the length direction of the housing so as to limit the relative positions of the housing and the support along the length direction of the housing after the sealing element abuts against the housing.

The electrode and insulating mounting seat integrated formed electronic cigarette rod as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a first height limiting structure for limiting the height position of the upper surface of the PCB and a second height limiting structure for limiting the height position of the lower surface of the PCB are formed on the support, and the PCB is clamped between the first height limiting structure and the second height limiting structure.

The electrode and insulator mount integrated electronic cigarette rod of any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a connector for forming a rigid connection between the bracket and the housing along a length of the housing to define a relative position of the bracket with respect to the housing along the length of the housing, the connector having one end connected to the bracket and an opposite end connected to the housing; the support is formed with first connection structure along shell width direction's side, first connection structure is used for being connected with the one end of connecting piece to make the one end that connecting piece and shell after connecting protruding to first default distance along the shell direction, the connecting piece is connected with the shell with the opposite one end of first connection structure.
10. An electronic cigarette, characterized in that the electronic cigarette comprises a cartridge and an electronic cigarette rod which is matched with the cartridge and is formed by integrating the electrode and the insulating mounting seat according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
