Detailed Description
The technical solution provided by the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 17.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides an electronic cigarette atomizer 100 including a housing 1, an air passage 2, and an atomizing core 3.
The relevant contents of electronic smoke atomizer 100 and battery stick 200 include three parts: one is a mechanical connection part, the other is a medium circulation part, and the other is an electrical connection part. Each of which is described in detail below.

In some embodiments, the housing 11 is provided with a pour hole 13 extending through the wall of the housing 11, the pour hole 13 having a stopper 104 mounted therein. In some embodiments, the liquid injection hole 13 is located at the side wall position of the narrow side of the atomizer, i.e. at the side position, in order to ensure the strength and the wall thickness of the outer shell 11.
In some embodiments, in order to make the overall structure of the electronic cigarette more reasonable, the liquid injection hole 13 is located at the bottom end of the side wall of the housing 11 and near the interface position of the base 12, and the blocking member 104 is inserted into the liquid injection hole 13 and then flush with the side wall surface of the housing 11 without protruding. The battery rod 200 has an air inlet 204 and a pneumatic switch, and forms an air path system of the electronic cigarette together with the atomizer. In some embodiments, the battery post 200 is mounted with an elastic member 206, and an end of the elastic member 206 remote from the battery post 200 is connected with the second electrode assembly 205; the elastic member 206 extends and contracts in the same direction as the insertion and extraction direction of the electronic cigarette atomizer 100 with respect to the battery rod 200.
The elastic member 206 is provided so that the first electrode assembly 32 and the second electrode assembly 205 can be abutted when they are brought into contact, thereby improving the reliability of the electrical conduction.
Referring to fig. 13 and 17, in some embodiments, the electronic cigarette atomizer 100 further comprises a control switch 202, and the control switch 202 is disposed on the circuit where the battery rod 200 and the atomizing core 3 are located, and is used for controlling the circuit to be turned on and off.
The control switch 202 is, for example, a pneumatic switch, which is also referred to as a "microphone". Generally cylindrical, one end of which has a conductive film for sensing the change of the external air pressure. When the external atmospheric pressure of the microphone changes, the conductive film is deformed to connect the circuit.
Referring to fig. 15 and 17, in some embodiments, a rechargeable battery 203 is mounted in the battery pole 200.
In some embodiments, the battery pole 200 is provided with a USB charging interface 207 to charge the rechargeable battery 203.
Specifically, the battery rod 200 also has a rechargeable battery 203 for providing electric energy, and related connecting wires, a PCB 208, a charging port, and other components inside, which form a circuit system of the electronic cigarette, and realize the functions of power source, circuit prompt, charging, indicator light control, voltage stabilization control, short circuit protection, and the like of the electronic cigarette.
The electron cigarette that above-mentioned technical scheme provided has effectively increased electron cigarette consumptive material rate of utilization, can repeatedly supply electron cigarette liquid to make the partial subassembly of atomizer repeatedly usable of recycling, reduce use cost, realize environment-friendly purpose. Meanwhile, by adopting an innovative structural design, the assembly and disassembly among the assemblies are simple, convenient and quick to replace, time-saving and labor-saving, simple to operate and use and good in use experience. In addition, the structure design has the advantages of compact structure, small appearance, portability and the like.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "central", "longitudinal", "lateral", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are used only for convenience in describing the present invention and for simplicity in description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, are not to be considered as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: it is to be understood that modifications may be made to the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments, or equivalents may be substituted for some of the technical features thereof, but such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (20)

1. An electronic cigarette atomizer, comprising:
a housing (1) comprising a shell (11) and a base (12); the shell (11) is detachably connected with the base (12), and the shell (11) and the base (12) enclose an accommodating cavity (101);
the air passage (2) is arranged in the accommodating cavity (101), and the air passage (2) comprises a first air hole (21) penetrating through the length direction of the air passage; and
the atomizing core (3) is detachably arranged in the accommodating cavity (101), and the atomizing core (3) comprises a second air hole (31) communicated in the length direction of the atomizing core;
wherein, first air vent (21) with second air vent (31) intercommunication forms flue gas passageway (103), air flue (2) with atomizing core (3) are common will holding chamber (101) divide into two independent parts: a liquid storage cavity (102) and a flue gas channel (103); the smoke channel (103) is communicated with the liquid storage cavity (102) through the side wall of the atomizing core (3).
2. An electronic smoke atomizer according to claim 1, characterized in that said housing (11) is provided with a liquid injection hole (13) through the wall of said housing (11), said liquid injection hole (13) having a stopper (104) mounted therein.
3. The electronic aerosolizer of claim 2, wherein the liquid injection hole (13) comprises a sink (131) and a mounting hole (132) in communication with the sink (131), a tip of the stopper (104) being located in the sink (131), the tip of the stopper (104) being flush with a wall of the housing (11); the stem portion of the obstruction (104) extends through the mounting hole (132).
4. The electronic smoke atomizer according to claim 1, characterized in that the top of said housing (11) is provided with an opening (14) communicating with said smoke channel (103).
5. The electronic smoke atomizer according to claim 1, wherein the top inner wall of said housing (11) is provided with a slot (15) for plugging with said air passage (2).
6. The electronic aerosolizer of claim 1, wherein the base (12) comprises:
a seat body (16);
the positioning piece (17) is arranged on the seat body (16), and the positioning piece (17) comprises a mounting through hole (172);
the supporting seat (18) is positioned in the mounting through hole (172) and is detachably connected with the positioning piece (17); and
the bottom end of the air passage connecting piece (19) is inserted into a gap between the positioning piece (17) and the supporting seat (18), and the top end of the air passage connecting piece (19) is hermetically connected with the bottom end of the air passage (2).
7. The electronic aerosolizer of claim 6, wherein the airway connector (19) is provided with a liquid conducting hole (191) to communicate the reservoir chamber (102) with a wall of the atomizing core (3); the atomizing core (3) is made of porous materials.
8. The electronic smoke atomizer according to claim 6, characterized in that a first sealing member (10) is interposed between the top end of said air passage connecting member (19) and the bottom end of said air passage (2).
9. The electronic smoke atomizer according to claim 6, wherein the bottom end of said positioning member (17) is mounted on said base body (16), and the top end of said positioning member (17) is provided with a first positioning portion (171); the bottom end of the shell (11) is provided with a second positioning part (111); the first positioning part (171) and the second positioning part (111) form a clamping fit.
10. The e-aerosol atomizer of claim 9, wherein said first positioning portion (171) and said second positioning portion (111) are provided in a plurality of sets, each set of said first positioning portion (171) and said second positioning portion (111) being arranged at intervals along a circumference of said e-aerosol atomizer.
11. The electronic aerosolizer of claim 10, wherein a second seal (173) is interposed between the housing (11) and the positioning member (17), the second seal (173) being positioned between the reservoir (102) and the first positioning member (171).
12. The electronic smoke atomizer according to claim 1, wherein a first magnetic member (121) is installed at the bottom of said base (12).
13. An electronic cigarette, characterized in that, includes battery pole (200) and the electron smog spinning disk atomiser of any of claims 1 ~ 12, battery pole (200) with the atomizing core (3) electricity of electron smog spinning disk atomiser is connected, and battery pole (200) with atomizing core (3) can dismantle the connection.
14. The electronic cigarette according to claim 13, characterized in that a first magnetic member (121) is mounted at the bottom of the base (12), and the battery rod (200) is provided with a second magnetic member (201); the first magnetic part (121) and the second magnetic part (201) are attracted.
15. The electronic cigarette of claim 13, wherein the battery stick (200) further comprises:
and the control switch (202) is arranged on a circuit where the battery rod (200) and the atomizing core (3) are positioned and is used for controlling the on and off of the circuit.
16. The electronic cigarette according to claim 13, wherein the battery stick (200) has a rechargeable battery (203) mounted therein.
17. The electronic cigarette according to claim 16, characterized in that the battery stick (200) is provided with a USB charging interface (207) to charge the rechargeable battery (203).
18. The electronic cigarette according to claim 13, wherein the wall of the battery rod (200) is provided with an air inlet hole (204) communicated with the smoke channel (103).
19. The electronic cigarette according to claim 13, characterized in that the atomizing core (3) is provided with a first electrode assembly (32), the body of the battery rod (200) is mounted with a second electrode assembly (205), and the first electrode assembly (32) and the second electrode assembly (205) are electrically connected.
20. The electronic cigarette of claim 19, wherein the battery stick (200) is mounted with a resilient member (206), and an end of the resilient member (206) remote from the battery stick (200) is connected to the second electrode assembly (205); the telescopic direction of the elastic piece (206) is the same as the plugging and unplugging direction of the electronic cigarette atomizer (100) relative to the battery rod (200).
