Specifically, the first and second units 120 and 220 of the present embodiment are sound emitting units, and the first and second speakers 100 and 200 are sound boxes. On the other hand, the first connector 130 and the second connector 230 are corresponding male and female terminals capable of being plugged into each other, when the first connector 130 and the second connector 230 are plugged into each other and the electronic product 3 also has a male and female terminal or port corresponding to the third connector 240 and capable of being plugged into each other, the first speaker 100 can be connected to the second speaker 200, and the speaker module 2 can be electrically connected to the electronic product 3 through the third connector 240.
According to the above configuration, when the third connector 240 is electrically connected to the electronic product 3, the received electronic signal can form a left sound channel loop electrically connected to and actuating the first unit 120 through the third connector 240, the second conductor 250, the second connector 230, the first connector 130, the first conductor 140, and the first unit 120, and can also form another left sound channel loop electrically connected to and actuating the second unit 220 through the third connector 240, the third conductor 260, and the second unit 220, and the two loops are electrically independent and not connected to each other. Similarly, a right one and a right two channel loop can be formed, thereby forming the electronic product 3 having the left and right channels.
Please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 5 to 7, wherein fig. 5 is a schematic perspective view of a speaker module according to a second embodiment of the present invention, fig. 6 is a schematic partial enlarged view of the speaker module shown in fig. 5, and fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of internal components of the speaker module shown in fig. 5. The speaker module 2' of the present embodiment is similar to the speaker module 2 of fig. 3, with the main differences being: the second connector 230' is disposed on the second housing. Preferably, the first conductor 140 ', the second conductor 250 ', and the third conductor 260 ' may be a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) and may be used instead of the wires. In detail, the second conductor 250 and the third conductor 260 ' outside the second housing 210 are a flexible printed circuit board integrally formed, and the first connector 130 ' is a bare circuit pad disposed on the flexible printed circuit board of the first conductor 140 '. In the embodiment, the first conductor 140 ', the second conductor 250 ' and the third conductor 260 ' are flexible printed circuit boards, so that the internal wiring space and the assembly space of the first housing 110 and the second housing 210 can be saved, and the speaker module 2 ' and the electronic product 3 configured with the speaker module 2 ' are lighter and thinner.
Further, referring to fig. 3 to 4, the first conductor 140, the second conductor 250 and the third conductor 260 may also be flexible printed circuit boards, and preferably, referring to fig. 3 to 7, when the conductors are flexible printed circuit boards, the second conductors 250, 250 'and the third conductors 260, 260' may be disposed on the same side or different sides of the same flexible printed circuit board. Furthermore, the first conductors 140, 140 ', the second conductors 250, 250 ' and the third conductors 260, 260 ' may be made of different materials according to different wiring requirements of the conductors inside and outside the housing, and the conductor materials include wires, flexible printed circuit boards, rigid printed circuit boards, or rigid-flex printed circuit boards.
In addition, in other embodiments, the flexibility of selection can be increased according to the specification requirement of the electronic product 3, for example, the first speaker 100 and the second speaker 200 of the present embodiment respectively have the same sound generating unit, that is, the first single body 120 and the second single body 220, and one of the speakers, for example, the second speaker 200, may further be additionally provided with a Passive radiator (Passive radiator), which not only can correspondingly expand the audio frequency range of the low-pitched part with respect to the first speaker 100, but also can enrich the acoustic performance of the speaker module 2, thereby improving the auditory sense of presence.
Besides the passive radiator, the speaker housing may be additionally configured with a Laser Direct Structuring (LDS) antenna, a printed circuit board, and other components, so that the product specifications of the first speaker 100 and the second speaker 200 are different, thereby saving the internal configuration space of the electronic device 3. Therefore, when a manufacturer wants to replace the first loudspeaker 100 or the second loudspeaker 200 with a loudspeaker of other product specifications, the manufacturer only needs to detach and replace the corresponding connectors, so that the freedom degree and convenience of combination and collocation are greatly improved, and the production and maintenance cost is effectively reduced.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and it is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It should be understood that all changes and substitutions equivalent to those of the above embodiments are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention is subject to the claims.
