As shown in the figures, the TIP cartridge positioning mechanism of the present invention comprises a first side 1 including one or more first receiving locations 11; and a second side 3 comprising one or more second accommodation sites 31, wherein the TIP cartridge 2 is adapted to be positioned between the first accommodation site 11 of said first side and the second accommodation site 31 of said second side. In fig. 1 and some of the embodiments below, 3 TIP cartridges 2 are included between the first side 1 and the second side 3. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the number of TIP cartridges 2 is merely illustrative.
In one embodiment, a movable latch is provided on either the first side 1 or the second side 3, so that the TIP cartridge 2 can be detachably snapped between the first side 1 and the second side 3. In particular, when the TIP cartridge 2 is positioned between the first side 1 and the second side 3, the movable latch abuts the TIP cartridge 2 to define its position. It will be appreciated by a person skilled in the art that the snap-in connection is only one embodiment of the connection and that other connection means known in the art may be applied to the connection between the first side 1 and the second side 3.
Referring to fig. 2, one example of a movable lock is a latch tongue 4. The locking tongue 4 is arranged on the first side 1, for example the locking tongue 4 may be adapted to be received in a receiving space of the first receiving location 11. A spring is arranged between the bolt 4 and the first accommodating position 11. When the TIP cartridge 2 is placed between the first containing position 11 and the second containing position 31, the spring 401 is in a compressed state, so that the bolt 4 pushes the TIP cartridge 2 to a predetermined position, and the problem of accurate positioning of the TIP cartridge 2 on an instrument is solved. Further, the locking tongue 4 extends inward to guide the TIP head cartridge 2 to the seated position. The bolt 4 is adapted to hold down the TIP head cartridge 2 when the TIP head cartridge 2 is placed between the first receiving position 11 and the second receiving position 31.
Fig. 3 is a front view and a top view of a first side according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the first accommodating position 11 includes a first boss between the first and second pallets, and both sides of the first boss include a first guide slope 101 and a second guide slope 102. The bolt 4 is located in the first side 1 and is fixed with a screw 104. The contact surface of the latch tongue 4 and the TIP head cartridge 2 forms a first guide slope 101. The TIP head box 2 can slide to a designed position through the guide of the first guide inclined plane 101, the accurate placement of the TIP head box 2 can be realized without the need of an operator to find the TIP head box accurately, and the working efficiency is improved.
As shown, according to one embodiment of the present invention, first and second guide slopes 101 and 102 guide TIP head cartridge 2 first and second ends to first and second pallets. In some embodiments, a mistake-proofing boss 105 is designed at the first accommodation site 11. The size of the mistake-proofing boss 105 is matched with the notch on the TIP head box 2. The operator can only click the TIP cartridge 2 into the first side 1 and the second side 3 in the desired direction. If the operator places the TIP cartridge 2 in a wrong direction, it cannot be completely locked into the mechanism, so that the operator can be provided with operation information feedback through the error-proof boss 105. In some embodiments, the error protection cam 105 can also be designed on the second receiving site 13.
In some embodiments, a first recess is formed between the first and second ends of the TIP cartridge 2. A locking tongue 4 is also located between the first and second pallets and is adapted to engage a first recess between the first and second ends 1, 3 of the TIP cartridge 2.
In some embodiments, to protect the elastic performance of the latch bolt 4, the adjustment of the spring force of the latch bolt can be realized by adding a flat washer with the required strength under the screw 104. The addition or subtraction of a flat washer enables the position of the bolt 4 relative to the first side to be adjusted. The appropriate reduction or increase spring bolt 4's compressive capacity not only can improve operator's comfort level, also can lengthen the life of spring bolt. The flat gasket may be made of metal, plastic or rubber, and other alternative materials known in the art may be used to select the flat gasket.
The first side of the TIP cartridge positioning mechanism may be displaced during use, resulting in errors in positioning the TIP cartridge 2. In some embodiments, the first side 1 comprises a plurality of kidney shaped apertures 103 (i.e. oblong apertures), wherein the position of the first side 1 is adjustable by the plurality of kidney shaped apertures 103. Of course, the position of the latch tongue 4 can also be adjusted accordingly. Although the circular hole is simple to process, the circular hole only has a fixing function. The waist-shaped hole 103 not only can play a role in fixing, but also can adjust the spacing between parts.
Fig. 4 is a second side elevation view and a top view according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the second side 3 includes a second boss 201, third and fourth pallets 202, and a first guide slope 101.
In some embodiments, the second receiving station 31 includes third and fourth pallets 202 and a second boss 201 therebetween. The third and fourth pallets 202 are adapted to seat third and fourth ends of the TIP head cartridge 2, the second boss 201 mating with a second recess between the third and fourth ends of the TIP head cartridge. Further, the support surfaces of the third and fourth stages 202 can also play a supporting role in the TIP head cartridge 2. The second boss 201 is behind the TIP head cartridge 2, and functions to fix the TIP head cartridge 2. In some embodiments, the height of the second boss 201 is higher than the height of the third and fourth pallets 202 for the convenience of the user.
When the TIP head box positioning mechanism is used, an operator holds the TIP head box 2 and puts the TIP head box into the TIP head box from the corresponding positions of the second bosses 201 of the first side 1 and the second side 3 and the lock tongue 4 from the top to bottom direction, and if the TIP head box is accurately put into the TIP head box, the TIP head box is taken out. The TIP cartridge 2 is first pushed down and pushed out in the opposite direction for a certain distance, and the TIP cartridge 2 is then taken out upward. The TIP head cartridge 2 can be taken out only if the distance for moving out the TIP head cartridge 2 is more than or equal to the total length of the error-proof boss 105. In some embodiments, when the plurality of TIP head cartridges 2 are placed between the plurality of first accommodation sites 11 and the plurality of second accommodation sites 31, the space between the plurality of TIP head cartridges 2 is adapted to be inserted by a finger.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a locking tongue according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 6 is a view of a tongue structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the latch bolt 4 includes a spring 401 and a body 403. The body 403 includes a guide 402 thereon. The upper side of the guide body 402 forms a guide surface to guide the TIP cartridge to slide downward. The guide body 402 extends inwardly and is adapted to press the TIP cartridge 2 after guiding the TIP cartridge 2 to the seated position.
As shown in the figure, the spring 401 is connected to the center of the concave surface inside the body 403 to form an elastic and freely retractable latch bolt structure. The body 403 and the spring 401 may be bonded or welded together. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the bonding or welding is only one embodiment of the connection, and other connection means known in the art may be applied to the connection between the latch tongue 4 and the spring 401 and the guide body 402. After the operator puts the TIP cartridge 2 into position according to the indication direction, the guide body 402 on the lock tongue 4 can provide a thrust force for the TIP cartridge 2, so that the TIP cartridge 2 is automatically positioned at the design position. The bolt 4 can push the TIP cartridge 2 to the desired position within the range of 0-2mm, depending on the elastic structural characteristics of the spring 401 used.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a TIP cartridge positioning method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the TIP head box positioning method comprises the following steps:
in step 710, a TIP cartridge is positioned between a first receiving location on a first side and a second receiving location on a second side;
in step 720, disposing the TIP head cartridge third and fourth ends on third and fourth pallets on the second side;
in step 730, positioning first and second ends of the TIP cartridge on first and second pallets on a first side; and
at step 740, the TIP cartridge is depressed such that the locking tongue of the first side engages the first recess between the first end and the second end.

Claims (11)

1. A TIP head cartridge positioning mechanism, comprising:
a first side comprising one or more first containment bits; and
a second side comprising one or more second receiving locations, wherein a TIP cartridge is adapted to be positioned between the first receiving location of the first side and the second receiving location of the second side.
2. The TIP cartridge positioning mechanism of claim 1, wherein the first receiving location comprises a locking tongue configured to telescopically engage the TIP cartridge.
3. The TIP cartridge positioning mechanism of claim 2, wherein the locking tongue is adapted to be received in a receiving space of the first receiving location, and a spring is included between the locking tongue and the first receiving location; the spring is in a compressed state when the TIP cartridge is placed between the first accommodation position and the second accommodation position.
4. A TIP cartridge positioning mechanism as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first receiving location comprises first and second pallets adapted to receive first and second ends of the TIP cartridge; the locking tongue is between the first and second pallets, the locking tongue adapted to engage a first recess between the first and second ends of the TIP cartridge.
5. The TIP cartridge positioning mechanism of claim 4, wherein the first receiving location comprises a first boss between the first and second stages, wherein two sides of the first boss comprise first and second guide ramps that guide the first and second ends of the TIP cartridge to the first and second stages.
6. The TIP cartridge positioning mechanism of claim 1, wherein the second receiving location comprises a third pallet and a fourth pallet and a second boss therebetween; the third and fourth pallets are adapted to seat third and fourth ends of the TIP head cartridge, and the second boss mates with a second recess between the third and fourth ends of the TIP head cartridge.
7. The TIP cartridge positioning mechanism of claim 1, wherein the first or second receiving location comprises an error-proof boss.
8. The TIP cartridge positioning mechanism of claim 1, wherein the first side comprises a plurality of slotted holes, wherein the position of the first side is adjustable via the plurality of slotted holes.
9. The TIP cartridge positioning mechanism of claim 2, wherein the locking tongue includes a guide body adapted to guide the TIP cartridge to a seated position; and the guide body is adapted to press the TIP cartridge when the TIP cartridge is seated between the first accommodation position and the second accommodation position.
10. The TIP cartridge positioning mechanism of claim 1, wherein the first side comprises a plurality of first receiving locations and the second side comprises a plurality of second receiving locations; when a plurality of TIP head boxes are arranged between a plurality of first accommodating positions and a plurality of second accommodating positions, gaps among the TIP head boxes are suitable for fingers to extend into.
11. An apparatus comprising a TIP cartridge positioning mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10.
