SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In contrast, the task on which the invention is based is to provide a lamp which can be used more flexibly.
The task is solved by a luminaire according to the utility model discloses. The luminaire comprises a light-emitting device, a housing and a cover element. The light emitting device is disposed in the housing. The cover element at least partially covers the first end region and protrudes from the first end region. This is to be understood in particular as meaning that the outer edge of the cover element projects away from the housing. Thus, the technical effect of the luminaire according to the invention is at least that it can be used particularly flexibly.
The cover element has a first bearing region oriented away from the housing. The first support region can, for example, be configured for placing the luminaire on a flat surface. Since the first support region is oriented away from the housing, the housing is located above the cover element when the first support region is used to place the luminaire on a flat surface.
The luminaire can thus be used particularly flexibly. In the first position, the luminaire can be used like a conventional luminaire, wherein the cover element is arranged above the housing for the light-emitting device. In the second position, the luminaire is placed on the first support area oriented away from the housing and can be placed on a flat surface.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the first support area may be configured for placement on a horizontal plane. This means in particular that: the entire first support area may be placed on a horizontal surface. In particular, in this position, the lamp is to be arranged mechanically stable on a plane. This is especially understood to mean that the luminaire is not tilted by a force exerted perpendicularly on the housing.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the control unit is configured as a brightness adjustment unit for the lighting device.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the lighting device is configured as a multicolor lighting device.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the energy store has an interface for inductive charging.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the lighting device is configured as a charge state indicator of the energy store.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the first bearing region can be designed in an annular manner. This is particularly advantageous, so that the first support region does not adversely affect the visual appearance of the luminaire when the cover element is arranged above the housing.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the luminaire may comprise a suspension device, which can be guided into the space. The suspension device can be designed, for example, for suspension from a ceiling. For this purpose, the suspension device can have, for example, a recess, via which the luminaire can be suspended from the fastening device by means of a cable. This further increases the flexibility of the luminaire.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the suspension device can be guided into the interspace from the first side. The first side may for example be the side provided with the first end region. The foot can be guided into the recess from the second side. The second side may for example be the side provided with the second end region. The first side and the second side are disposed opposite to each other. In this embodiment, the gap can be used both for the foot and for the suspension device.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the suspension device is elastically deformable. The suspension device can be inserted into the recess in the elastically deformed state and is held in the inserted state in a form-fitting manner. The suspension device can thus be fixed to the housing particularly simply.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the housing can have a latching section facing the recess. The latching section can be designed as a cutout, for example. The suspension device can have a latching element which engages in the latching section in the inserted state of the suspension device into the recess. The suspension device can thus be reliably held on the housing.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the cover element can project circumferentially from the first end region of the housing. The cover element can in particular project completely circumferentially from the first end region of the housing. The cover element can also project substantially completely circumferentially from the first end region of the housing.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the cover element can be configured rotationally symmetrical. This may in particular include that less important features of the cover element which do not influence or only do not contribute significantly to the function are non-rotationally symmetrical.

Drawings
Further features and advantages of the invention will be made apparent by the following description of preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same reference numerals are used for identical or similar components and for components having identical or similar functions. The attached drawings are as follows:
fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a luminaire with supporting legs according to an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 2 shows a schematic view of the foot of fig. 1;
FIG. 3 shows a schematic view of the luminaire of FIG. 1 placed on the first support area of the cover element;
FIG. 4 shows a schematic view of the luminaire of FIG. 1 with a suspension arrangement; and
fig. 5 shows a schematic view of the suspension arrangement of fig. 4.
Detailed Description
The luminaire comprises a housing 100, a cover element 101 and legs 102. A void extends centrally through the housing 100. The cover element 101 covers and protrudes from the first end region of the housing 100. The legs 102 are inserted into the gap so that the housing 100 is held by the legs 102. For this purpose, the foot 102 has a stop element 200, which has a complementary shape to the second end region of the housing 100, so that the second end region and the stop element 200 lie flat against one another. The second end region is disposed opposite the first end region.
The cover element 101 has a first support area 103 configured for placement on a flat surface. The first bearing region 103 is oriented away from the housing 100. The luminaire can therefore be placed particularly well on a flat surface by means of the first support region 103.
Thus, two uses of the luminaire are known from fig. 1 to 3. In one aspect, the light fixture may be used with the foot 102 in the sense of a floor lamp. Alternatively, the luminaire can be turned upside down and placed on a flat surface by means of the first support area 103. Fig. 4 and 5 show another possible application.
In the recess, a suspension device 400 can be introduced, by means of which the lamp can be suspended. The suspension means 400 is introduced into the interspace from a first side and the foot is introduced into the interspace from a second side. The first side is opposite the second side. The suspension device 400 is elastically deformable and can be introduced into the recess in the elastically deformed state.
The suspension device 400 has two latching elements 500, which engage in latching sections of the housing 100 when the suspension device 400 is inserted into the recess. The latching element is pressed into the latching section on the basis of the elastic restoring force of the suspension device. The luminaire is thus reliably held on the suspension arrangement 400.
For example, a cable 401 can be fastened to the suspension device 400, by means of which the luminaire can then be fastened to the fastening device.
The luminaire can thus be used particularly flexibly. The luminaire may be used as a floor lamp (fig. 1) or a ceiling lamp (fig. 4). In addition, the luminaire can be arranged on a flat surface by means of the first bearing region 103 of the cover element 101 in such a way that the cover element 101 is arranged below the housing 100 (fig. 3).
