背景技术
软管结构以及花洒等出水设备都为浴室的常见用品,其中,软管结构可连接供水机构和出水设备,而将冷热水供应给出水设备。
目前,现在市场上的软管结构,多为单通道结构,并不能调节冷热水流量,不能控制进入花洒等出水设备的冷热水流量,导致花洒等出水设备不能实现温度调节功能。

本实用新型实施例提供了一种出水温度可调的软管结构,包括管体和出水接头组件,所述出水接头组件设置在所述管体的一端,用以连接出水设备,所述管体设有贯通的冷水通道和热水通道,环形的所述热水通道围绕所述冷水通道,或者环形的所述冷水通道围绕所述热水通道;所述出水接头组件内设有调温机构,用以调节流出所述软管结构的热水流量。
一种可能的设计,所述管体包括外管和套设在其内的内管,所述内管内形成所述冷水通道,所述外管与所述内管之间的间隙形成所述热水通道。
一种可能的设计,所述出水接头组件包括相接的出水接头和出水端喇叭接头,所述出水接头分别连接所述内管和外管,且在其上设有冷水通孔和热水通孔,所述冷水通孔和热水通孔分别与所述冷水通道和热水通道对应,以使冷水和热水通过;所述热水通孔在其出水一端设有分隔筋,形成间隔的多个出水口;所述出水端喇叭接头套设在出水接头外,所述调温机构设置在所述出水端喇叭接头内,且位于所述出水接头背向所述管体的一侧。

请参阅图1至图11的本实用新型的软管结构。如图1至图3所示,该软管结构包括管体1、出水接头组件2和进水接头组件3,其中,出水接头组件2和进水接头组件3分别设置在管体1的两端,用以连接出水设备和供水设备。特别地,该管体1内设有贯通的冷水通道18和热水通道19,环形的热水通道19围绕冷水通道18设置。同时,该出水接头组件2内还设有调温机构,其可调节流出软管结构的热水流量。由此,软管结构由冷水通道18和热水通道19双水道出水,而且调温机构实现热水流量调节,再加上冷水定流量流出,从而通过控制热水流量可调节流出水的温度,达到温度调节目的。
具体地,如图2、图3和图5所示,上述管体1包括外管4和套设在其内的内管5,外管4和内管5等长度,内管5的管径小于外管4,从而在内管5内形成了上述冷水通道18,而外管4的内壁与内管5的外壁之间的间隙形成了上述热水通道19。
如图2至图4所示,就出水接头组件2包括相接的出水接头8和出水端喇叭接头7,其中,出水端喇叭接头7套设在出水接头8外,而包含调温头11和调温拨钮9的调温机构设置在出水端喇叭接头7内,且位于出水接头8背向管体1的一侧。
就出水端喇叭接头7而言,如图2至图4所示,其为喇叭状,且开口较大一端的内侧设有内螺纹17,以连接出水设备,而且在连接出水设备后,出水设备可抵住出水端喇叭接头7内的调温头11,从而防止其轴向活动。
就出水接头8而言,如图2至图4,以及图10和图11所示,出水接头8包括相接的进水部和出水部,其进水部可连接管体1,而出水部可与调温机构配合。其中,进水部包括内连接管25和外连接管26,其外连接管26套设在内连接管25外,而且该内连接管25的外径等于内管5的内径,该外连接管26的外径等于外管4的内径,同时内连接管25和外连接管26的外壁还都设有多个环形且突出的配合筋38,使得内连接管25和外连接管26可分别插入内管5和外管4而且可保证插接紧密,实现将内管5和外管4连接为一体。另外,外管4的端部外侧还设有不具有弹性的紧固环6,其箍在外管4外,防止外管4扩张,从而使得外管4紧固在出水接头8上。上述出水部20为槽状,其一侧与内连接管25和外连接管26相接,另一侧设有安装槽34,同时,出水部20沿上述内连接管25和外连接管26设有通孔,使得出水接头8形成了贯通的冷水通孔22和热水通孔23,以使冷水和热水通过出水接头8。具体地,该出水部20的中央设有与内连接管25内径相同的通孔,其与内连接管25内的空间组合形成上述冷水通孔22;该出水部20围绕冷水通孔22开设有三个弧形的通孔,其与内连接管25和外连接管26之间的间隙对应,作为出水口39,相邻出水口39之间构成了分隔筋24,即热水通孔23在其出水一端设有分隔筋24,出水口39与内连接管25和外连接管26之间的间隙组合形成上述热水通孔23。由此,管体1内的热水可由内连接管25和外连接管26之间的间隙流入出水接头8,并由三个出水口39分别流出。另外,如图4所示,该出水端喇叭接头7的内径略大于出水部20的外径,从而能够径向限位出水部20,防止出水接头8在出水端喇叭接头7内晃动。同时。该出水端喇叭接头7的内壁设有径向伸出限位筋35,其与出水部20的端面相抵,从而一侧限位出水接头8,而出水设备在与出水端喇叭接头7螺接后,可在另一侧限位出水接头8,形成管体1与出水设备的连接。
就调温机构而言,如图2至图4,以及图5和图6所示,其包括分体件的调温头11和调温拨钮9,其中,调温头11旋转安装在上述出水端喇叭接头7内,调温拨钮9设置在调温头11外周且一端伸出出水端喇叭接头7。具体地,该调温头11的中央设有与冷水通孔22相通的中心孔30,使得冷水可直接通过调温头11,其流量不受调温头11旋转的影响。该调温头11在中心孔30的外周设有两个外侧孔31,两个外侧孔31都贯通调温头11并轴向对应上述热水通孔23,外侧孔31的截面都呈弧形,一个呈优弧状,一个呈劣弧状,但外侧孔31并不限于两个。由此,调温头11绕自身轴向旋转时,其外侧孔31与上述出水口39形成的过水面积也会随之变化。例如图7所示,其一个分隔筋24在外侧孔31的轴向投影上,其他两个分隔筋24未露出(即未在外侧孔31的轴向投影上),此时的过水面积(即外侧孔31的面积与一个分隔筋24截面积的差值)较大,使得热水流量最大;而在旋转一定角度后,会使三个分隔筋24全部落入在外侧孔31的轴向投影上,此时的过水截面面积为外侧孔31的面积与三个分隔筋24总截面积的差值,明显小于图7中的过水面积,使得流水流量较少。可知,旋转调温头11可控制通过其的热水流量,但不影响冷水的流量。
为了方便旋转调温头11,如图2、图4、图6、图7和图9所示,该调温头11的外壁设有径向延伸的延伸部36,其可与出水端喇叭接头7的内壁相抵,形成径向的定位,而延伸部36的外侧则与上述调温拨钮9连接。具体地,该调温头11在延伸部36的一侧插入上述安装槽34,而延伸部36的外侧设有容纳槽33,并在容纳槽33内设有突出的固定筋32。相对应地,调温拨钮9包括弧形板27和拨钮28,其弧形板27夹在出水接头8的出水部20和出水端喇叭接头8的内壁之间,而且弧形板27对应固定筋32设有缺口37,使得固定筋32可插入缺口37;该拨钮28设于弧形板27的外侧,而且为了拨钮28伸出,该出水端喇叭接头7的侧壁设有安装孔16,由此拨钮28可由安装孔16伸出,方便用户手指施力调节。另外,为了限位调温拨钮9的旋转角度和旋转的稳定性,该拨钮28为扁平的板状,该安装孔16设置为沿出水端喇叭接头7周向设置的长条孔,该拨钮28的高度略小于长条孔的宽度,使得其不可沿安装孔16的宽度方向活动,只可沿安装孔16长度方向的滑动,而安装孔16长度方向的两边沿限位了拨钮28;同时,出水端喇叭接头7的内壁设有避让槽29,该弧形板27置于避让槽29内,避让槽29为弧形板27提供了滑动的空间,而且避让槽29的长度方向的两槽壁还限位了弧形板27的滑动,也可限制调温拨钮9的旋转角度。
另外,如图2、图3和图4所示,调温头11在与出水接头8之间,以及调温头11背向出水接头8一侧设有密封件。其中,密封件包括第一密封件10和第二密封件12,两者都为V-RING型密封圈,第一密封件10和第二密封件12分别置于延伸部36的两侧,第一密封件10处于安装槽34内,两者可防止水由调温头11外侧流出。
就进水接头组件3而言,如图1至图3所示,其包括相接的进水接头14、进水端喇叭接头13和垫片15,其中,进水接头14与出水接头8的结构相似,其区别为背向管体1一侧呈板状而非槽状,其也可分别连接内管5和外管4;上述进水端喇叭接头13套设在进水接头14外,其也为喇叭状,且开口较大一端的内侧也设有内螺纹17,以连接进水设备,其还与进水接头14形成了轴向限位。
综上可知,该软管结构连接进水设备和出水设备后,在用户使用时,用户可通过手指扳动拨钮28,而带动调温头11旋转,从而改变流出软管结构的热水流量,而在冷水流量不变基础上,实现出水的温度变化,达到调节温度目的,而且其整体结构简单可靠,大大提升了用户体验。
结合上述实施例,本实用新型实施例的出水温度可调的软管结构,冷热水双水道出水,而且设置冷热水流量调节的调温机构,实现热水流量调节,从而通过控制热水流量来调节流出水的温度,达到温度调节目的。

Claims (10)

1.一种出水温度可调的软管结构,包括管体和出水接头组件,所述出水接头组件设置在所述管体的一端,用以连接出水设备,其特征在于,所述管体设有贯通的冷水通道和热水通道,环形的所述热水通道围绕所述冷水通道,或者环形的所述冷水通道围绕所述热水通道;所述出水接头组件内设有调温机构,用以调节流出所述软管结构的热水流量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的出水温度可调的软管结构,其特征在于,所述管体包括外管和套设在其内的内管,所述内管内形成所述冷水通道,所述外管与所述内管之间的间隙形成所述热水通道。
3.根据权利要求2所述的出水温度可调的软管结构,其特征在于,所述出水接头组件包括相接的出水接头和出水端喇叭接头,所述出水接头分别连接所述内管和外管,且在其上设有冷水通孔和热水通孔,所述冷水通孔和热水通孔分别与所述冷水通道和热水通道对应,以使冷水和热水通过;所述热水通孔在其出水一端设有分隔筋,形成间隔的多个出水口;所述出水端喇叭接头套设在出水接头外,所述调温机构设置在所述出水端喇叭接头内,且位于所述出水接头背向所述管体的一侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的出水温度可调的软管结构,其特征在于,所述出水接头包括相接的进水部和出水部,所述进水部设有内连接管和外连接管,所述外连接管套设在所述内连接管外,所述出水部在背向所述进水部一侧设有安装槽,所述调温机构的一端插入所述安装槽。
5.根据权利要求3所述的出水温度可调的软管结构,其特征在于,所述调温机构包括调温头和调温拨钮,所述调温头旋转安装在所述出水端喇叭接头内,所述调温头设有与所述冷水通孔相通的中心孔,以及一个或多个截面呈弧形的外侧孔,所述外侧孔设置在所述中心孔外周,且与所述热水通孔对应;所述调温拨钮设置在所述调温头外周且一端伸出所述出水端喇叭接头。
6.根据权利要求5所述的出水温度可调的软管结构,其特征在于,所述调温拨钮包括弧形板和拨钮,所述弧形板夹在所述出水接头和出水端喇叭接头之间,所述拨钮伸出所述出水端喇叭接头。
7.根据权利要求6所述的出水温度可调的软管结构,其特征在于,所述出水端喇叭接头的侧壁设有安装孔,所述拨钮由所述安装孔伸出所述出水端喇叭接头,所述安装孔设置为沿所述出水端喇叭接头周向设置的长条孔,所述拨钮可沿所述安装孔长度方向的滑动。
8.根据权利要求5所述的出水温度可调的软管结构,其特征在于,所述调温头在与所述出水接头之间,以及背向所述出水接头一侧设有密封件。
9.根据权利要求2-8任一所述的出水温度可调的软管结构,其特征在于,所述管体在另一端设有进水接头组件,所述进水接头组件包括相接的进水接头和进水端喇叭接头,所述进水接头分别连接所述内管和外管,所述进水端喇叭接头套设在出水接头外。
10.根据权利要求2-8任一所述的出水温度可调的软管结构,其特征在于,所述外管的两端套设有紧固环。
