the fixing mechanism is positioned on the second connecting part, and when the first inner cylinder extends out of the second inner cylinder and is abutted against the second inner cylinder, the fixing mechanism can relatively fix the first inner cylinder and the second inner cylinder.

the limiting part is positioned on the first connecting part, and the fixing part is positioned on the second connecting part;
when the first connecting part and the second connecting part are abutted against each other, the fixing part is in limit fit with the limiting part, so that the first inner cylinder and the second inner cylinder are relatively fixed.
