Description

Automobile chair back with soft safety function
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of automobile parts, concretely relates to car back of chair with soft safety function.
Background
The aforementioned automobile seat back mainly refers to a seat back framework of an automobile aviation seat, and typical but not limited examples of the automobile aviation seat are seats on commercial automobiles, cars, various touring vehicles, visitors reception special vehicles, and the like. As is known in the art, in the automotive industry, there are many design factors for automotive seats, particularly for aviation seats, wherein comfort and safety are two crucial factors, the former being aimed at the comfort level of the driver, and the latter being aimed at minimizing the life threat to the driver in extreme situations, such as in the event of an impact. Wherein, whether the chair back structure is reasonable or not determines the comfort and the safety to a great extent. For example, in static and/or dynamic states, if the backrest does not satisfy the requirement of different occupants for adjustment according to needs, the comfort level will be affected accordingly, because the backrest itself cannot be adjusted independently, and the adjustment of the backrest according to needs can only be achieved by the angle adjuster (conventionally called "automobile seat angle adjuster" in the industry, the same applies hereinafter) at the connection point of the backrest and the seat, as for example, in the case of the aforementioned commercial automobile and the touring bus, so that the requirement of different occupants for adaptive adjustment of the backrest according to their own physiological curvature of the back cannot be satisfied. For example, since the frame of the seat back is a rigid frame, specifically, the seat back frame is generally formed in an Jiong-shaped frame structure, a back support (also referred to as a "waist support") is provided at a middle portion in the height direction of the Jiong-shaped frame, and a soft bag is provided outside the frame, when an automobile encounters an unexpected collision accident, the seat back formed in this way does not have a flexible and reasonable deformation amount under a large impact force, and therefore, it is easy to clamp a rider in a small space formed by deformation displacement of the seat back which is immovable and bounced, and there is a fear that the life safety of the rider on the automobile in the accident state is compromised. Traffic accidents that people usually feel in the ears or even witnessed by their passengers being clamped by their abdomen and back (i.e. cramps) and thus are difficult to rescue or even suffocate result substantially from the aforementioned rigid frame of the chair back.
The above technical problems have long been troubled in the industry, and there is no suggestion in the prior art patent and non-patent documents that are disclosed so far that the technical problems are solved, and the technical solutions to be described below are made on this background.
