The compression spring 223 can enable the electric permanent magnetic chuck 23 to have floating amount in the descending process of the mechanical gripper, so that collision between the electric permanent magnetic chuck 23 and materials caused by individual difference among the materials 90 and the repeated precision of the robot is avoided.

7. The mechanical hand grip of claim 1 wherein the other end wall of said fixed frame is a flat plate to which the guide shaft of said floating adjustment assembly is penetratingly attached.
8. The mechanical gripper of claim 1, wherein said electro-permanent magnetic chuck has a power-on head on a sidewall thereof.
