背景技术
光伏逆变器(PV inverter或solar inverter)可以将光伏(PV)太阳能板产生的可变直流电压转换为市电频率交流电(AC)的逆变器,可以反馈回商用输电系统,或是供离网的电网使用。光伏逆变器是光伏阵列系统中重要的系统平衡(BOS)之一,可以配合一般交流供电的设备使用,光伏逆变器在工作时会产生大量热量,因此为了散热一般装于室外,然而其工作时带电,因此对防水的需求较高,通常会采用较为封闭的外壳或顶棚以防雨防水,但这又会影响到散热效果。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型设计了一种防水效果好的光伏逆变器,其结构包括:逆变器、防水外壳,所述逆变器装于所述防水外壳内壁,防水外壳顶部两边为斜边,通过压条固定有防水透气膜,所述防水外壳的侧面上部有气孔,所述气孔外侧上部固定有胶帘。
较佳的,所述防水外壳下部装有锥形风口,能扩大底部的空气流入面积。
较佳的,所述防水外壳侧面在所述胶帘下部处,有凸起的防粘金属条以防止胶帘粘贴于防水外壳上不被内部气流吹起。
本实用新型将逆变器装于上下透气的防水外壳内,气流由底部的锥形风口进入由顶部的防水透气膜或侧面的气孔排出,不仅防水效果好,同时也具有很好的散热效果,值得推广。
