背景技术
箱式充电设备可用于室外露天箱式电动汽车充电场所,可用于电动汽车雨中安全充电。通常,箱式充电设备需要设置PDU入风口,这样便于对箱体内的PDU控制元件进行散热,但传统的箱式充电设备长期放置在室外后,若下雨或者潮湿的空气下,液体容易对箱体内的PDU控制元件产生干扰,影响元件的绝缘性和使用寿命,降低了设备的使用安全性。

本实用新型目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种可在雨中安全充电的箱式充电装置。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种可在雨中安全充电的箱式充电装置,包括充电箱体,所述充电箱体上设置有PDU入风口,所述PDU入风口处设置有可覆盖所述PDU入风口的二级绵式滤网。

图1所示,公开了一种可在雨中安全充电的箱式充电装置,包括充电箱体,所述充电箱体上设置有PDU入风口,所述PDU入风口处设置有可覆盖所述PDU入风口的二级绵式滤网。在不影响箱式充电箱正常进风的情况下,在入风口和PDU中间处加二级棉式滤网,滤除多余水汽保障PDU控制元件的绝缘性,满足设备在潮湿气温下正常充电。
本实用新型通过设置了二级绵式滤网,克服了传统的箱式充电设备在雨季或潮湿环境中充电导致湿气吸入设备内,影响充电设备的绝缘阻值,及延长了充电设备的使用寿命又保障了设备的正常充电。
