Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of a chassis 100, fig. 2 is a schematic view of the chassis 100 without a sealing plate 134, fig. 3 is a partial exploded view of the chassis 100, and referring to fig. 1 to 3, the chassis 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a size, for example, 1200mm long by 545mm wide by 1300mm high. The enclosure 100 includes a housing 110 and a door 120 that can be opened or closed with respect to the housing 110, wherein the housing 110 may include a main frame 133, and the main frame 133 may be formed by welding a sheet metal frame, a profile, or a aluminum profile. In order to make the cabinet 100 more beautiful and to cover the components installed in the receiving cavities, a sealing plate 134 is further locked to the periphery of the housing 110 by a latch 135. The door portion 120 may also include a door frame 124 and a door cover plate 125, the door frame 124 being hingedly connected to the frame 133, the door cover plate 125 being mounted to the door frame 124 by a latch 135.
Specifically, the door portion 120 is disposed at the front of the chassis 100, and the housing 110 is disposed at the rear of the chassis 100, wherein the lower portion of the housing 110 is provided with the first receiving cavity 111; a second accommodating cavity 112 is formed in the middle of the housing 110, the second accommodating cavity 112 is communicated with the first accommodating cavity 111, and a first supporting portion 113 is formed between the second accommodating cavity 112 and the first accommodating cavity 111; a third accommodating chamber 114 is formed in the upper portion of the housing 110, the third accommodating chamber 114 is communicated with the second accommodating chamber 112, and a second supporting portion 115 is formed between the third accommodating chamber 114 and the second accommodating chamber 112; a fourth receiving cavity 121 is formed at a lower portion of the door 120.
In the present embodiment, since the housing 100 has a plurality of housing chambers in the vertical direction, for example, the cooling system 230, the laser 210, the laser head 220, and the control system 240, which are main components of the laser processing apparatus 200 (described later, see fig. 4 and 5), can be housed, and since the housing 100 is integrated, the structure is compact and the floor space is small.
The first receiving cavity 111 may be sized to receive a component, such as a cooling system, such as an industrial water chiller.
The size of the second accommodating cavity 112 may be designed according to the components to be accommodated, for example, according to the size of the laser to be accommodated, for example, a 500W fiber laser may be accommodated. The first supporting portion 113 is disposed between the first receiving cavity 111 and the second receiving cavity 112, and the first supporting portion 113 may be a supporting frame welded or fastened to the housing 110 by bolts, and may be used to support a component, such as a laser, received in the second receiving cavity 112. Through setting up the support frame, also conveniently communicate first holding chamber 111 and second holding chamber 112. In addition, a buffer pad 136 may be further disposed on a surface of the first supporting portion 113 to buffer components accommodated in the second accommodating chamber 112.
The size of the third receiving chamber 114 may also be designed according to the components to be received, for example, according to the size of the laser head to be received. The second support part 115 may be plate-shaped and may be used to support, for example, a laser head.
In some embodiments, a first hole set 116 for dissipating heat is formed at a lower rear portion of the housing 110, and a second hole set 117 and a third hole set (not shown, opposite to the second hole set 117) for dissipating heat are respectively formed at lower portions of both sides of the housing 110. By forming a plurality of hole sets in the rear lower portion and the lower portions on both sides of the housing 110, the heat dissipation efficiency of the components to be heat-dissipated, such as the cooling system, installed in the first accommodation chamber 111 can be improved.
In some embodiments, a fifth receiving cavity 119 is provided at the upper rear portion of the housing 110 for receiving an air conditioning pack. The fifth receiving chamber 119 is located above the first receiving chamber 111, behind the second receiving chamber 112, and the air conditioning pack (triplet) may be an air conditioning pack such as those manufactured by sandwiches, SMC corporation, etc., as known to those skilled in the art.
In some embodiments, to facilitate the transfer of the chassis 100, a plurality of casters 130 are mounted to the bottom of the housing 110. For example, the casters 130 may include four, each being a caster.
In some embodiments, a cover 131 is further included, and the cover 131 is mounted to the top (topmost part of the upper part) of the housing 110 and is openable or closable with respect to the housing 110 so that the third receiving chamber 114 is opened or closed. Specifically, the cover part 131 may be mounted to the top of the housing 110 by a hinge, and when the cover part 131 is opened, the third receiving chamber 114 is opened, whereby a part such as a laser head located in the third receiving chamber 114 may be gripped and worked, such as laser cleaning or laser welding work.
The door portion 120 will be explained below. As described above, the lower portion of the door part 120 is provided with the fourth receiving cavity 121, and particularly, the fourth receiving cavity 121 is provided in the door frame 124. The fourth receiving chamber 121 may be used to receive, for example, a control system 240 (see fig. 5) of the laser, and since the door 120 is openable and closable with respect to the housing 110, maintenance of components received in the fourth receiving chamber 121, for example, the control system 240 of the laser 210, and maintenance of components received in the first receiving chamber 111 and the second receiving chamber 112 of the housing 110, may be facilitated. The door portion 120 may be mounted to the housing 110 by, for example, a hinge so as to be openable or closable with respect to the housing 110.
In some embodiments, the upper portion of the door portion 120 is provided with a first slot portion 122 that can be used to inlay the display. The display may be a well known display such as a 15 "capacitive touch screen 260 or the like. The upper portion of the door portion 120 may be disposed with a certain inclination with respect to the vertical direction to facilitate the operator's view of the display. By providing the first groove 122 for embedding the display in the upper portion of the door 120, the degree of integration of the enclosure 100 can be further improved.
In some embodiments, a handle 132 is disposed on the housing 100. Specifically, the handle 132 may be provided to the upper portion of the door portion 120 at both sides of the first grooved portion 122, respectively, thereby making it possible to facilitate an operator to hold the handle 132 and push the cabinet 100.
In some embodiments, a heat dissipation fan 123 is mounted to the bottom of the door portion 120. This allows components located in the fourth accommodation chamber 121 to be radiated.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the laser processing apparatus 200 (with the cover plate 134 omitted) in a rear view direction, and fig. 5 is a perspective view of the laser processing apparatus 200 (with the cover plate 134 omitted) in a front view direction of fig. 4.
