1. A steaming tray is used for being placed in a pot body (100), and is characterized by comprising a steaming tray main body (200) and a support (300), wherein the steaming tray main body is provided with a containing cavity for containing food;

the bracket (300) comprises a connecting part (31) and a limiting part (32) positioned above the connecting part (31), the connecting part (31) is movably connected to the edge of the steaming tray main body (200), and the limiting part (32) is used for being connected to a pot body (100) to hang the steaming tray main body (200) in the pot body (100);

one side of the bracket (300) close to the steaming tray main body (200) is provided with a blocking part (33), the blocking part (33) is positioned in the containing cavity and is used for abutting against the steaming tray main body (200) to prevent the bracket (300) from rotating towards the center of the containing cavity of the steaming tray main body (200).

2. The steaming tray according to claim 1, wherein the connecting part (31) comprises a rotating ring (311), a rotating shaft (21) is arranged on the steaming tray main body (200), and the rotating ring (311) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (21) and can rotate relative to the rotating shaft (21).

The steaming tray according to claim 2, wherein a mounting hole (23) is formed in the inner side of the edge of the steaming tray main body (200), the mounting hole (23) is used for accommodating the rotating ring (311), and the rotating shaft (21) is formed in the edge of the steaming tray main body (200) which is positioned on the outer side of the mounting hole (23).

The steaming tray according to claim 3, wherein the blocking part (33) is convexly arranged on the outer surface of the rotating ring (311), and the blocking part (33) is positioned in the accommodating cavity and is used for abutting against the position, close to the mounting hole (23), of the steaming tray main body (200).

5. The steaming tray according to claim 4, wherein the steaming tray main body (200) comprises a bottom wall (24) and a side wall (25), the mounting hole (23) is opened on the side wall (25), and the blocking part (33) is used for abutting against the inner wall of the side wall (25).

6. A steaming tray according to claim 3, wherein the edge of the steaming tray main body (200) is folded to form a rolled edge (22), and the rolled edge (22) located outside the mounting hole (23) forms the rotation shaft (21).

7. A steaming tray according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the bottom of the steaming tray body (200) is provided with a support column (26), and the support column (26) is used for supporting the steaming tray body (200) on the inner bottom wall of the pan body (100).

The steaming tray according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein at least two limiting parts (32) are arranged in the length direction of the bracket (300), the distances between the at least two limiting parts (32) and the connecting part (31) are different, and the at least two limiting parts (32) are used for being connected to the pan body (100) so that the steaming tray main body (200) is located at different heights in the pan body (100).

The steaming tray according to claim 8, wherein the bracket (300) comprises a first connecting section (341), a second connecting section (342) and a third connecting section (343), the end of the first connecting section (341) is provided with the connecting part (31), a first limiting part (321) is arranged between the first connecting section (341) and the second connecting section (342), a second limiting part (322) is arranged between the second connecting section (342) and the third connecting section (343), and one of the first limiting part (321) and the second limiting part (322) is used for being connected with the pan body (100).

10. Steaming tray according to claim 1, characterized in that the bracket (300) further comprises a handle (36), which handle (36) is arranged at the end of the bracket (300) remote from the connection (31).

11. The steaming tray according to claim 1, wherein the bracket (300) is made of stainless steel round steel, flat steel or square steel bent; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

the bracket (300) is made of ceramic or plastic.

12. Steaming tray according to claim 11, wherein the blocking part (33) and the bracket (300) are integrally formed.

13. A cookware, comprising: a pot body (100), a pot cover (400) covering the top opening of the pot body (100) and a steaming tray according to any one of claims 1-12.

14. The pot as claimed in claim 13, characterized in that the inner bottom wall of the pot body (100) is provided with supporting protrusions for carrying the steaming tray and/or the inner side wall of the pot body (100) is provided with supporting protrusions for carrying the steaming tray.
