According to the height H of the nozzle obtained by the calculation, the height H of the nozzle is adjusted by driving the lifting adjusting mechanism through the motor, and the sprayed water just can reach the height of the mouth of the animal in a natural state. When the height reaches the above calculated height H, the motor stops adjusting. The animal can drink the water sprayed by the nozzle without bending down, thereby effectively protecting the spine of the animal.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of an animal watering device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a pet watering device, referring to fig. 3, which is a device applying the method of nozzle adjustment according to the above aspect or any one of the above aspects, the device including: a height information acquiring unit 110 for acquiring height information of the mouth of the animal; an adjusting unit 120 for adjusting the height H of the nozzle.

According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 4 and 5, there is provided a water spray device including: a nozzle 210 connected to a water source for spraying water; a lifting adjusting mechanism 220 connected to the nozzle 210 and adjusting the height of the nozzle 210; and the controller is electrically connected with the lifting adjusting mechanism and used for adjusting the height of the lifting adjusting mechanism.
The height of the mouth of the animal is detected by the height detector 110, and the height of the nozzle 210 is adjusted by the controller controlling the elevation adjustment mechanism 220 so that the water sprayed from the nozzle 210 is adapted to the height of the mouth of the animal. By adjusting the height of the nozzle 210, the water sprayed out of the nozzle 210 is suitable for drinking water for animals of various body types, and the health of the animals is effectively protected.
In one embodiment, the lift adjustment mechanism 220 includes: an internally threaded tube 222 rotatably provided in a vertical direction; and a screw rod 221 which is screwed into the female screw tube 222 and moves up and down along the female screw tube 222, and an upper end of the screw rod 221 is connected to the nozzle 210.
The lift adjustment mechanism 22 may take a variety of forms, such as a rack and pinion engagement, with the top of the rack engaging the nozzle and the rack moving in a vertical direction to effect adjustment of the height of the nozzle. The mode that can also adopt slider and spout cooperation, the nozzle is connected with the slider, and the slider slides from top to bottom along the spout, realizes the regulation to the height of nozzle. In still other ways, the height adjustment of the nozzle can be realized only by using the existing mechanical structure device, and the details are not repeated herein.
In one embodiment, the lifting adjustment mechanism 220 further comprises: the motor 223 drives the internal threaded pipe 222 to rotate through a driving mechanism; the motor 223 is electrically connected with the controller, and the controller adjusts the height of the lifting adjusting mechanism 220 through the motor 223.
The motor drives the threaded pipe 222 to rotate, so that the screw rod 221 moves up and down, and the height of the nozzle 210 is adjusted. The start and stop of the motor 223 is controlled by the controller, the controller receives the start instruction, drives the lifting adjusting mechanism 220 to adjust the height of the nozzle 210 until the height reaches the height H of the mouth of the animal, the controller stops adjusting, and the motor 223 stops.
In one embodiment, the drive mechanism comprises: a worm 224 connected to a main shaft of the motor 223; and a worm wheel provided on an outer circumferential surface of the female screw pipe 222 and engaged with the worm 224.
The motor 223 can be vertically arranged, the main shaft faces upward and is connected with the internal threaded pipe 222, the main shaft rotates to drive the internal threaded pipe 222 to rotate, the internal threaded pipe 222 is moved up and down along the internal threaded pipe 222 through the lead screw 221, and the height of the nozzle 210 is adjusted. However, the motor 223 is vertically disposed to occupy a large space at the bottom, and when the nozzle 210 is located at the lowest position, many small animals with short statures, such as cats, rabbits, and small dogs, cannot drink the water sprayed from the nozzle 210. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the motor 223 is horizontally disposed, and since the rotation direction of the main shaft is perpendicular to the rotation direction of the internally threaded pipe 222, the rotation direction needs to be changed by the worm gear and worm transmission mechanism, and the structure is simple.
In addition to the above, a mode of changing the rotation direction by a bevel gear pair may be adopted, that is, a first bevel gear is provided on the main shaft, a worm wheel is replaced with a second bevel gear on the outer circumferential surface of the female screw pipe 222 as shown in fig. 4, the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear are engaged, and the installation direction is vertical.
