1. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
the heat exchanger comprises a shell, a heat exchanger and a heat exchanger, wherein a main air inlet and a main air outlet are arranged in the shell at intervals, a heat exchange module is arranged in the shell, and the heat exchange module is provided with a heat exchange air channel which is communicated with the main air inlet and the main air outlet;
the air purification module at least partially covers the main air inlet;
and/or, the new trend module is located in the casing, and with the heat exchange module interval sets up, the casing still is equipped with the new trend air outlet, the new trend module has the new trend wind channel, the new trend wind channel with the new trend air outlet intercommunication.
2. The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the heat exchange module comprises a heat exchange member and a cross-flow fan disposed in the heat exchange air duct, the casing is defined to have an up-down direction, the heat exchange module is located above the casing, and the fresh air module is located below the casing.
3. The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the fresh air outlet is in communication with the main air outlet.

The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the fresh air outlet is spaced apart from the main air outlet and the main air inlet, and an air flow flowing out of the fresh air outlet may be mixed with an air flow flowing out of the main air outlet, or an air flow flowing out of the fresh air outlet may be mixed with an air flow flowing in the main air inlet.
5. The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the fresh air outlet is disposed adjacent to the main air outlet, and the air flow from the fresh air outlet is capable of mixing with the air flow from the main air outlet.
6. The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the fresh air outlet is disposed adjacent to the main air inlet, and an air flow flowing out of the fresh air outlet is mixed with an air flow flowing in the main air inlet.
7. The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the air purification module is an IFD electrostatic precipitator module;
and/or the air purification modules are provided with a plurality of air purification modules which are arranged at intervals and cover the main air inlet together.
8. The indoor unit of claim 1, further comprising an air inlet grill provided at the main air inlet, wherein the air purification module is provided between the air inlet grill and the casing.
9. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the casing includes:
a body;
the upper shell is provided with the main air inlet and the main air outlet, the upper shell and the body enclose to form a first containing cavity, and the heat exchange module is positioned in the first containing cavity; and
the lower shell is enclosed with the body to form a second containing cavity, the fresh air module is located in the second containing cavity, the upper shell and the lower shell are arranged at intervals in the extending direction of the body, and the lower shell is detachably connected with the body.
10. The indoor unit of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the fresh air module comprises:
the mounting seat is arranged in the shell;
the centrifugal fan is arranged on the mounting seat and is positioned in the fresh air duct; and
and the purification assembly is detachably connected with the centrifugal fan and is positioned in the fresh air duct.
11. An indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 10, wherein one of the centrifugal fan and the installation base is provided with a guide post, and the other is provided with a guide groove, and the centrifugal fan is detachably connected to the installation base by fitting the guide post and the guide groove;
and/or, centrifugal fan is equipped with the slot, purification subassembly inserts and locates in the slot.
12. The indoor unit of claim 1, further comprising a switching door provided at the main outlet to open or close the main outlet;
and/or, the air-conditioning indoor unit further comprises a filtering module, and the filtering module is arranged on one side, far away from the heat exchange module, of the air purification module.
13. An air conditioner comprising an outdoor unit and the indoor unit as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the outdoor unit is connected to the indoor unit through a refrigerant pipe.
