An embodiment of the utility model provides a vertical cabinet type air conditioner, refer to fig. 2 and 3, including purifying subassembly 100, shell 200 and setting up heat transfer air intake 210 and heat transfer air outlet 220 on shell 200, be formed with the heat transfer wind channel between heat transfer air intake 210 and the heat transfer air outlet 220, purify subassembly 100 and include casing 110 and set up the filter 120 in casing 110, purify subassembly 100 and set up in heat transfer air intake 210 department.
The utility model discloses vertical cabinet air conditioner, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, including purifying subassembly 100, shell 200 and setting up heat transfer air intake 210 and the heat transfer air outlet 220 on shell 200, be formed with the heat transfer wind channel between heat transfer air intake 210 and the heat transfer air outlet 220, indoor air gets into the heat transfer wind channel from heat transfer air intake 210 and then discharges to indoor from heat transfer air outlet 220. Wherein, the purification assembly 100 comprises a housing 110 and a filter 120 disposed in the housing 110, and the purification assembly 100 is disposed at the heat exchanging air inlet 210. In this case, the indoor air is filtered by the filter 120 of the purifying assembly 100, enters the heat exchange air duct, and is discharged to the indoor through the heat exchange air outlet 220. Compared with the prior art, because the utility model discloses filter 120 of machine in air conditioning sets up in heat transfer air intake 210 department, indoor gas is handled the back by filter 120 earlier, just flow and discharge from heat transfer air outlet 220 along the heat transfer wind channel, therefore, the accumulation on the part of dust and dirt in the heat transfer wind channel has been reduced, thereby the part in the heat transfer wind channel needs abluent frequency to have reduced, for example, the accumulation of dust and dirt on heat exchanger and fan has been reduced, thereby reduce heat exchanger and fan and need abluent frequency, the refrigeration efficiency of vertical cabinet air conditioner has been guaranteed, user experience is higher.
It should be noted that the exterior of the above-mentioned vertical cabinet air conditioner may be a cylindrical vertical cabinet air conditioner, or may be a conventional square vertical cabinet air conditioner or other shapes. It should be appreciated that the cylindrical type of the cabinet air conditioner has advantages of a small floor space and a shape designed to meet aesthetic requirements of users, compared to the square type of the cabinet air conditioner, and thus, the above-mentioned cabinet air conditioner is generally adopted as the cylindrical type of the cabinet air conditioner. The following description is given by way of example of a cylindrical cabinet air conditioner, and the purpose of the invention is to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention, which should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
The purification assembly 100 may be disposed at the heat exchanging air inlet 210 inside the casing 200, or disposed at the heat exchanging air outlet 220 outside the casing 110. It should be understood that, since the space occupied by the purification assembly 100 is relatively large, when the purification assembly 100 is disposed at the heat exchanging air inlet 210 inside the housing 200, i.e., in the heat exchanging air duct, not only the appearance design of the cabinet air conditioner is affected, but also the heat exchanging efficiency is affected; therefore, in order to avoid the above problem, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the housing 110 is provided with a cleaning air inlet 1111 and a cleaning air outlet 1131, a cleaning air duct is formed between the cleaning air inlet 1111 and the cleaning air outlet 1131, and the cleaning air outlet 1131 is connected to the heat exchanging air inlet 210 at the outer side of the casing 200. At this moment, the purification assembly 100 is independent of the vertical cabinet air conditioner, not only more space is left for the vertical cabinet air conditioner to design the appearance of the vertical cabinet air conditioner, so that the appearance of the vertical cabinet air conditioner can meet the aesthetic requirement of a user, but also the appearance of the purification assembly 100 can be designed more easily, and the components of the purification assembly 100 can be designed more compactly and have smaller volume on the premise of not influencing the purification efficiency.
In the use process of the vertical cabinet air conditioner, the function of adjusting the indoor temperature and humidity of the vertical cabinet air conditioner cannot be separated from the function of purifying air to operate independently, and the user experience is poor. For example: when the indoor air quality is good, indoor air does not need to be purified, however, when the indoor temperature and humidity are adjusted, the indoor air still passes through the purification assembly 100 at the heat exchange air inlet 210, the wind resistance is increased, and the air outlet rate of the heat exchange air outlet 220 of the vertical cabinet air conditioner is reduced, so that the air supply range of the vertical cabinet air conditioner is reduced, the air exchange rate of the indoor air and the vertical cabinet air conditioner is reduced, the indoor temperature and humidity adjusting efficiency of the vertical cabinet air conditioner is low, and the user experience is poor; therefore, in order to separate and operate the indoor temperature and humidity adjusting function and the air purifying function of the cabinet air conditioner independently, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 6, the purifying air outlet 1131 is clamped with the heat exchanging air inlet 210 at the outer side of the housing 200. When the indoor air quality is good, the indoor air is not required to be purified, the purifying air outlet 1131 is separated from the heat exchange air inlet 210, and the indoor air directly enters the heat exchange air duct from the heat exchange air inlet 210 and is discharged from the heat exchange air outlet 220, so that the temperature and humidity of the indoor air can be efficiently adjusted. In addition, the purification air outlet 1131 is fixedly connected with the heat exchange air inlet 210 by means of clamping, and compared with other detachable connection methods such as screwing, the clamping does not need any tool for installation and detachment, and the installation and detachment of the purification air outlet 1131 and the heat exchange air inlet 210 are very convenient.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 6, a groove is disposed on the inner side of the heat exchanging air inlet 210, and a convex rib is disposed on the outer side of the purifying air outlet 1131, and the convex rib is matched to extend into the groove, so that the heat exchanging air inlet 210 is clamped with the purifying air outlet 1131; of course, the positions of the grooves and the ribs can be interchanged. In addition, the cover that is close to the outside of recess at heat transfer air intake 210 has regulating part 211, and regulating part 211 includes the relative two regulation archs of being connected with the tight section of the clamp section of the laminating in heat transfer air intake 210 outside and with the tight section of clamp, and two are adjusted and correspond on the arch and are equipped with the screw hole, utilize the screw can shorten the distance between two relative regulation archs to make the tight section of clamp tighten up, thereby strengthen the fastening degree of heat transfer air outlet 220 and purification air outlet 1131.
It should be understood that when the indoor temperature is appropriate and the indoor air quality is poor, the user only needs the cabinet air conditioner to perform the function of purifying the air, at this time, the indoor air is purified by the filtering component, enters the heat exchange air duct from the heat exchange air inlet 210, and is discharged to the indoor from the heat exchange air outlet 220, the air stroke is long, and the purification efficiency is low; meanwhile, air passes through the heat exchanger, so that the wind resistance is increased, the air outlet rate of an air outlet of the air conditioner is reduced, the air supply range of the vertical cabinet air conditioner is reduced, the area where the air exchange between an indoor unit of the air conditioner and indoor air is directly carried out is small, and the air quality of different indoor areas is easy to have large difference. In order to solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 2, 6 and 7, the purification assembly 100 further includes a centrifugal fan 130, and the centrifugal fan 130 is disposed in the purification air duct downstream of the filter 120 in the gas discharge direction. In this case, when the indoor temperature is proper and the indoor air quality is poor, the purification air outlet 1131 is separated from the heat exchange air outlet 220, the centrifugal fan 130 is started, and the indoor air enters the purification air duct from the purification air inlet 1111 and is discharged to the indoor from the purification air outlet 1131, so as to purify the indoor air. According to the vertical cabinet type air conditioner, the function of adjusting the indoor temperature and humidity and the function of purifying air can be operated independently, and when the function of purifying air is operated independently, the air stroke is short, the purification efficiency is high, and the user experience is high. In addition, the two systems with the purification component 100 and the heat exchange component independent from each other can only clean different systems independently according to actual conditions, so that the system is simpler and more convenient; meanwhile, the centrifugal fan 130 is located downstream of the filter 120 in the gas discharge direction, reducing the accumulation of dust and dirt on the fan and reducing the frequency with which the centrifugal fan 130 needs to be cleaned.
In order to facilitate the installation and removal of the filter 120 and the centrifugal fan 130, as shown in fig. 2, 5 and 7, the housing 110 of the purification assembly 100 includes an air duct cover plate 111, a filter 120 support frame 112 and a volute 113, and the air duct cover plate 111, the filter 120 support frame 112 and the volute 113 are detachably connected. Wherein, the filter 120 is arranged in the support frame 112 of the filter 120, and the centrifugal fan 130 is arranged in the volute 113. Based on this, when the purification assembly 100 is assembled, the filter 120 can be firstly installed in the support frame 112 of the filter 120, the centrifugal fan 130 is installed in the volute 113, and then the air duct cover plate 111, the support frame 112 of the filter 120 and the volute 113 are assembled together, so that in the process of installing or disassembling the purification assembly 100, the installation position of the filter 120 is separated from the installation position of the centrifugal fan 130, the installation and disassembly of the filter 120 and the centrifugal fan 130 are facilitated, the operation is simple and convenient, and the complexity of installation is reduced.
It should be noted that the detachable connection mode is usually a snap connection, so that the installation and the detachment between the duct cover 111, the filter 120 support frame 112 and the volute 113 do not require any tool, and are very convenient. In addition, referring to fig. 2, 5 and 7, the side of the volute 113 perpendicular to the central axis of the fan is fixedly connected with the air duct cover plate 111 and the filter 120 support frame 112, in this case, the components of the purification assembly 100 are compactly arranged together, the layout is more reasonable, the floor area of the purification assembly 100 is smaller, and the purification assembly 100 is more fashionable and beautiful as a whole. It should be understood that, because the centrifugal fan 130 is heavy, when the purification assembly 100 is placed on the ground, the purification assembly 100 is easy to fall over to the volute 113 side where the centrifugal fan 130 is installed, in order to stably place the purification assembly 100 on the ground, the purification assembly 100 is prevented from falling over to the volute 113 side where the centrifugal fan 130 is installed, a support frame should be arranged below the volute 113, so that the lower side of the volute 113 is directly supported by the support frame attached to the ground, the purification assembly 100 is prevented from falling over to the volute 113 side where the centrifugal fan 130 is installed, and the purification assembly 100 can be stably placed on the ground.
Further, since the filter 120 is used for filtering out smoke, dust, bacteria, etc. in the air, after a period of use, the filter 120 may accumulate a large amount of dust, which needs to be removed for cleaning; therefore, in order to facilitate the separate disassembly of the filter 120 for cleaning, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the filter 120 and the support frame 112 of the filter 120 form a filter assembly, the air duct cover plate 111 is clamped with the volute 113, and an insertion gap is left on the side away from the ground, and the filter assembly is inserted into the insertion gap. At this time, the assembly sequence of the purification assembly 100 is: the centrifugal fan is installed inside the volute 113, the air duct cover plate 111 and the volute 113 are installed together, and finally the filter assembly is inserted into the insertion gap, so that the assembling process is simple and rapid. In addition, when the filter 120 needs to be cleaned, the filter assembly is directly drawn out from the insertion gap; after the filter 120 is cleaned, the filter assembly is inserted into the insertion gap; therefore, in the process of disassembling and assembling the filter, only the filter assembly needs to be disassembled and then the filter 120 is taken out, the volute 113 and the air duct cover plate 111 do not need to be disassembled, and the disassembly and the assembly of the filter 120 are simpler and more convenient.
Further, in order to facilitate the filter assembly to be drawn out from the insertion slot, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, a handle 1121 is provided on a side of the support frame 112 of the filter 120 away from the ground. When the filter assembly needs to be pulled out from the insertion gap, the volute 113 and the air duct cover plate 111 are fixed, and the handle 1121 is gripped to pull upwards, so that the filter assembly can be pulled out from the insertion gap; in addition, when the filter assembly needs to be moved to other positions, the handle 1121 can be used to lift the entire purification assembly 100 and move the purification assembly to a desired position, which is very convenient.
It should be understood that, in order to ensure smooth air intake of the purge air intake 1111, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the purge air intake 1111 is disposed on the duct cover 111, the purge air intake/outlet is disposed on the scroll 113, and the opening of the purge air intake 1111 faces in the opposite direction to the opening of the purge air intake 1111. At this time, as shown in fig. 4, when the purification assembly 100 operates, under the action of the centrifugal fan 130, the indoor air is sucked into the purification air duct from the purification air inlet 1111, filtered by the filter 120, discharged into the heat exchange air duct from the purification air outlet 1131, and then discharged into the room from the heat exchange air outlet 220, the purification air inlet 1111 faces away from the cabinet air conditioner, the direction of the purification air inlet 1111 is not blocked by the cabinet air conditioner, and the air inlet is smooth.
Because the purifying air outlet 1131 is detachably connected to the heat exchanging air inlet 210, when the purifying air outlet 1131 is separated from the heat exchanging air inlet 210, external substances easily enter the inside of the casing 110 from the purifying air outlet 1131, especially when large solid particles made of hard materials enter the inside of the casing 110 from the purifying air outlet 1131, when the centrifugal fan 130 operates, the large solid particles collide with the centrifugal fan 130, which easily causes damage to the centrifugal fan 130; therefore, in order to avoid the above problem, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6, the protection net 140 is disposed at the purification air outlet 1131, and the protection net 140 intercepts the purification air outlet 1131 to prevent large-particle solids from entering the interior of the housing 110 from the purification air outlet 1131, so as to prevent the large-particle solids from entering the scroll 113 and colliding with the centrifugal fan 130 to damage the centrifugal fan 130; meanwhile, the accidental injury caused by the fact that a user extends a hand from the purification air outlet 1131 into the shell 110 to touch the centrifugal fan 130 due to misoperation is avoided; in addition, the protection net 140 prevents large particle dust in the air from falling into the inside of the housing 110 from the purge air outlet 1131 to some extent, reducing the accumulation of dust on the centrifugal fan 130 and reducing the frequency with which the centrifugal fan 130 needs to be cleaned.
The utility model discloses the filter 120 of vertical cabinet air conditioner is filter screen 121, and filter screen 121 is the honeycomb structure of unsmooth formula, but wide application in filtration, the transversal air duct that purifies of filter screen 121 to filter the gas of process, the filter effect is good, and realizes with low costs. The inner side of the supporting frame 112 of the filter 120 is provided with a plurality of hooks corresponding to the filter screen 121, so as to mount the filter screen 121 in the supporting frame 112 of the filter 120. In addition, the HEPA (high efficiency air filter 120) net is characterized in that air can pass through but fine particles cannot pass through, so the HEPA net is usually selected as the filter net 121, the wind resistance is large, the dust holding capacity is large, the effective rate of filtering particles of 0.1 micron and 0.3 micron can reach 99.998%, and the requirements are met.
The above is only a specific embodiment of the present invention, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
