Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment relates to an inner container 1 of a fruit tea cup, where the inner container 1 includes a conical inner container body 11 and a baffle ring 12 disposed on an outer edge of an opening end of the inner container body 11. The inner container 1 is positively or reversely buckled on the edge of the cup opening of the cup body through the retaining ring 12 to be respectively used as a tea strainer or a juice extractor. Specifically, when the liner 1 is positively buckled on the rim of the cup opening of the cup body through the baffle ring 12, the liner body 11 extends into the cup body, and the conical end part of the liner body faces downwards; at the moment, the inner container 1 is used as a tea strainer and can be used for realizing tea-water separation during tea making. When the liner 1 is reversely buckled on the rim of the cup opening of the cup body through the baffle ring 12, the liner body 11 is erected above the cup body, and the conical end part of the liner body is upward; at this time, the inner container 1 is used as a juice extractor and can be used for extracting juice.
In a specific refinement scheme, a liner cavity 11a is formed inside the liner body 11, and the liner body 11 is provided with a tea leakage hole communicating the inner wall and the outer wall of the liner body 11. In the scheme shown in the figure, the tea leaking holes comprise a first tea leaking hole 131 and a second tea leaking hole 132, and the first tea leaking hole 131 is formed in the tip end of the cone of the liner body 11. In this embodiment, the first tea leaking hole 131 is formed at the tip of the cone of the liner body 11, and this position is located at the bottom of the liner cavity 11a with respect to the liner cavity 11 a. When the tea strainer is used as the tea strainer, the first tea strainer holes 131 are necessarily formed in the cavity bottom of the tea strainer in the process of taking the tea strainer out of the cup body, so that tea water in the tea strainer can completely flow into the cup body, and the tea water cannot be left in the tea strainer. The second tea leaking holes 132 are formed in the side wall of the inner container body 11, and the second tea leaking holes 132 are arranged to improve the permeation efficiency of the tea taste; and when the inner container 1 is used as a juicer, the second tea leaking hole 132 can also be used as a through hole of a juice flow passage for a small part of juice to flow through.
The outer wall of the inner container body 11 is provided with a convex unit 14 for squeezing juice, and the convex unit 14 is used for squeezing pulp and squeezing juice. In the specific scheme, the plurality of convex units 14 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the liner body 11, and a first diversion trench 151 is formed between every two adjacent convex units 14. When inner bag 1 is as the juice extractor, first guiding gutter 151 carries out the water conservancy diversion to the fruit juice on the outer wall of inner bag body 11, standardizes the fruit juice flow direction. In a further scheme, the side walls of the convex unit 14 at the two sides of the first guide groove 151 are inclined planes capable of collecting the juice in the first guide groove 151, and the inclined planes are arranged to guide and collect the juice extruded by the convex unit 14 into the first guide groove 151, so that the flow direction of the juice is standardized.
The convex units 14 are first end portions 141 at one side of the cone tip of the liner body 11, the first end portions 141 of the plurality of convex units 14 protrude out of the center of the cone tip of the liner body 11, so that the grooves 111 are formed on the outer wall of the liner body 11 between the first end portions 141 of the plurality of convex units 14, and the grooves 111 are communicated with the first diversion grooves 151. When the inner container 1 is used as a tea strainer, the first end 141 of the protrusion unit 14 is placed on a flat surface as a support. Because the inner container 1 is also required to be used as a tea strainer, when the inner container 1 is used as a tea strainer, the inner container 1 is required to be taken out to drink tea in the cup body. However, the top of the existing juicer is pointed, and the end part of the existing juicer is made into a pointed shape, so that the tea can be obviously taken out and cannot be independently placed, and the tea can be toppled. The first ends 141 of the plurality of convex units 14 protrude out of the center of the cone tip of the liner body 11, so that the outer wall of the liner body 11 between the first ends 141 of the plurality of convex units 14 forms the groove 111. When the tea strainer is used, the first end portion 141 of the convex portion unit 14 can be used as a supporting leg and placed on a plane or other containers (such as an inverted cup cover), so that the inner container 1 can be used conveniently, and the problem of placing the inner container 1 as the tea strainer is solved. In addition, as described above, the first tea leaking hole 131 is opened at the tip of the cone of the inner container body 11, and thus is also communicated with the groove 111 on the outer sidewall.
In a further preferred embodiment, the protrusion unit 14 has a U-shape with a downward opening, the first end portion 141 of the protrusion unit 14 surrounding the groove 111 has an arc shape, and the sidewall of the first end portion 141 has a slope capable of collecting juice in the groove 111. In the above-described embodiment, in order to place the tea strainer, the tip of the cone of the inner container body 11 is not completely pointed, and the protrusion unit 14 is not required to be led out from the center of the tip of the cone of the inner container body 11. On this basis, the first end portion 141 of the projection unit 14 disposed around the groove 111 is in the shape of a circular arc; when the liner 1 serves as a juicer and fruits only downwards squeeze the outer side wall of the liner body 11, the circular arc-shaped first end portion 141 serves as the most main juicing part for juicing, and compared with a pointed juicer, the circular arc-shaped juicing part increases the juicing effect in the squeezing process; the side wall of the first end portion 141 is an inclined surface, so that the fruit juice can be guided into the groove 111, and a small part of the fruit juice in the groove 111 enters the cup body through the first tea leaking hole 131; since the groove 111 communicates with the first guiding groove 151, a large portion of the juice in the groove 111 is guided by the first guiding groove 151. In addition, as mentioned above, the first end 141 of the boss unit 14 can be used as a stand for placing on a flat surface or other container such as an inverted cup lid, and the arc-shaped stand is more stable and less prone to damage and injury when in use.
As shown in the drawings, the middle of the convex unit 14 is concave relative to the two side walls to form a second diversion trench 152. When the inner container 1 is used as a juicer, the first step is that the fruit downwardly presses the outer side wall of the inner container body 11 (the contents of the part are as described above). The second step is to manually twist the fruit to make the fruit rotate for juicing. In the second step, the juice squeezed by the convex unit 14 can be guided into the first guiding groove 151 and the second guiding groove 152, so that the juice squeezing efficiency and the juice passing efficiency are improved. In addition, as described above, the second tea leaking hole 132 is formed on the sidewall of the inner container body 11, so that it is communicated with the first guiding groove 151 and/or the second guiding groove 152. When juice flows in the first guide grooves 151 and the second guide grooves 152, the second tea holes 132 can also be used as through holes for juice flow passage, so that a small portion of juice can flow through the through holes. The second tea leaking hole 132 is communicated with the second guide groove 152 on the outer side wall of the boss unit 14 in the scheme shown in the figure.
In a further preferred embodiment, the stop ring 12 of the inner container 1 is provided with a through hole for allowing juice to flow into the cup body, and the through hole includes a first through hole 161 at a distal end of the first guide groove 151 and a second through hole 162 at a distal end of the second guide groove 152. The first through hole 161 is located at the end of the first guiding groove 151 to quickly guide the juice guided by the first guiding groove 151 into the cup body, and the second through hole 162 is located at the end of the second guiding groove 152 to quickly guide the juice guided by the second guiding groove 152 into the cup body; thereby increasing the efficiency of juice flow into the cup without creating an overflow. The inner container body 11 of the proposal is provided with a tea leaking hole communicated with the inner wall and the outer wall of the inner container body 11, and the baffle ring 12 of the inner container 1 is provided with a through hole for the juice to flow into the cup body. When the inner container 1 is used as a tea strainer, the tea water separation is realized through the arrangement of the tea strainer holes. When the inner container 1 is used as a juicer, the squeezed juice flows down along the outer wall of the inner container body 11, only a small part of juice flows into the inside of the cup body through the tea leaking holes, and the majority of juice flows into the inside of the cup body through the through holes on the baffle ring 12 of the inner container 1. Therefore, when the inner container 1 is used as a juicer, the juice can be efficiently collected.
As shown in the drawings, the baffle ring 12 includes an inner ring portion 121 and an outer ring portion 122, and a baffle wall 123 separating the inner ring portion 121 and the outer ring portion 122, and a through hole (i.e., including a first through hole 161 and a second through hole 162) is opened on the inner ring portion 121 of the baffle ring 12. In the scheme, the baffle ring 12 comprises an inner ring part 121, an outer ring part 122 and a baffle wall 123 for separating the inner ring part 121 and the outer ring part 122, wherein one part of the baffle wall 123 extends towards the tip of the cone of the liner body 11 to prevent juice from overflowing in the juicing process, and the other part of the baffle wall 123 extends towards the opening end of the liner 1 to extend into the cup body in the juicing process to prevent the liner 1 and the cup body from being dislocated in the juicing process. The liner 1 is specifically used as a tea strainer and a juice extractor by positively or reversely buckling the outer ring part 122 of the baffle ring 12 on the rim of the cup body, and the outer ring part 122 of the baffle ring 12 is sleeved with the rubber sleeve 17.
