Description
Technical Field
The utility model discloses chemistry detecting instrument field, in particular to purger is evaporated to acid.
Background
The analysis of trace and ultra-trace metal elements in a laboratory requires that vessels used must be clean, and various pollutants are prevented from being brought into a sample, so that the final experimental result is influenced by a high background. The vessel used includes, but is not limited to, a microwave digestion tube, a normal pressure digestion tube, a volumetric flask, a beaker, a test tube, etc.
At present, common cleaning means comprise acid cylinder soaking, microwave digestion instrument blank program cleaning, acid steaming cleaning and the like. Among them, the acid steaming cleaning has the best cleaning effect. The acid steaming cleaning method is that the utensil to be cleaned is reversely buckled on a steam guide pipe or a support rod, then a cover is covered or a door is closed, a heater is started to heat acid liquor to generate acid steam, and the acid steam rises to clean the inner surface of the utensil to be cleaned. The main disadvantages of the existing acid steaming cleaner are that:
1. the heater heats the cleaning cavity, energy needs to be transmitted to liquid through the cleaning cavity, the acid steaming cleaner is mostly made of acid-resistant material Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), the heat insulation performance of the material is particularly good, and the liquid preheating speed is low;
2. in the drying stage, the dishes are dried using heated hot air. Because the air flow rate is high, the air cannot be heated to the ideal high temperature, and the hot air has a large energy loss from a heat source to the surface of a vessel, the energy absorbed by the liquid is relatively little, and the drying effect is seriously influenced;
3. the steam is unevenly distributed, the closer to the heater, the higher the acid liquid temperature and the steam amount, and the farther from the heater, the smaller the steam amount, and the same is true for the air distribution in the drying stage. This results in the same batch of ware, with different cleaning and drying effects due to different placement locations.
Therefore, an acid-steaming cleaning device which can accelerate energy conduction and has uniform energy distribution is particularly desired.

The beneficial effects of the utility model reside in that:
1. acid-steaming cleaners heat liquids using the action of microwaves on polar substances such as water molecules. The acid liquor is heated and evaporated by microwave in the cleaning cavity, and the generated high-temperature acid steam cleans the inner and outer surfaces of the utensil to be cleaned. In the preheating stage, the microwave can quickly raise the temperature of the liquid, so that the preheating time is greatly shortened; in the drying stage, the microwave can quickly evaporate the residual moisture, thereby greatly shortening the drying time. The liquid is heated by microwaves, the heating effect is irrelevant to the placing position of the utensil to be washed in the washing cavity, and the uniformity of washing and drying can be ensured;
2. the metal shell is of a hollow structure, the microwave generator is arranged in the cavity of the metal shell, the metal shell can prevent microwave leakage on one hand, and on the other hand, the microwave generated by the microwave generator can be repeatedly reflected by the metal wall in the cavity to repeatedly penetrate through the utensil to be washed, so that the heating uniformity is good, and the washing and drying uniformity is further ensured.
