Technical Field

Background

One embodiment of the specification provides an endoscope device applied to a urinary system, which comprises at least two endoscope bodies, wherein the adjacent endoscope bodies are detachably connected through a suction device; each endoscope body comprises an extension tube, and a working channel is arranged in each extension tube; wherein the caliber of the working channel of at least one endoscope body is larger than the outer diameter of the extension tube of the rest at least one endoscope body.

FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of an endoscopic device 100 shown according to some embodiments of the present application. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the endoscope apparatus 100 may include at least two endoscope bodies 1, and an attraction apparatus 2 disposed between the adjacent endoscope bodies, each endoscope body 1 including an extension tube 3, a handle 4, an operation member 5, a water circulation button 13, and a photographing button 14, wherein the operation member 5 includes an operation member 501 and a rotation stopping pin 502.
In some embodiments, the endoscope apparatus 100 is a medical instrument for observing an affected part by inserting the extension tubes 3 of at least two endoscope bodies 1 into the body of a patient, respectively, and by taking images through cameras (not shown in the drawings) provided at the distal ends of the extension tubes 3, which refer to the ends inserted into the body of a treatment object. In some embodiments, the handle member 501 is coupled to the handle 4 at a rotational axis 503. in some embodiments, an operator can manipulate the handle member 501 on the handle 4 to rotate between different positions (e.g., rotational movement of the handle member 501 relative to the handle 4) to cause bending of a snake bone (not shown) of the extension pipe end 301 via a pull wire, thereby causing bending of the extension pipe end 301.
In some embodiments, a camera may be disposed at the end 301 of the extension tube, and as can be seen from the above description, the end 301 of the extension tube is the end inserted into the body of the treated object, so that the camera can capture images of the process of inserting the extension tube 3 into the body of the treated object in real time, and transmit the captured images to an external display unit (not shown in the figure) for displaying. The bending direction of the tail end 301 of the extension tube is controlled by the operating piece 501, so that the cameras arranged on the tail end 301 of the extension tube can snoop the scenes in different directions in the space where the cameras are positioned, medical staff can observe the affected part of the treated object conveniently, and the safety of the operation is ensured.
In some embodiments, each of the endoscope bodies 1 further comprises a water circulation button 13 and/or a photograph button 14; the water circulation button 13 is used for delivering an external water source into the extension pipe 3; the photographing button 14 is used for controlling the photographing operation of the camera at the end 301 of the extension pipe. In some embodiments, the water circulation button 13 is used to control the on and off of a water circulation device in the endoscope body 1, wherein the water circulation device is an existing device externally connected to the endoscope body and is not described herein again. The endoscope body 1 is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and in some embodiments, the water inlet and the water outlet are the same. The water circulation button 13 can be used for delivering an external water source into the extension pipe 3 to clean the affected part at the extension pipe 3 and extract the excess (such as crushed stones) at the affected part along with the water source, thereby reducing the complication of the operation.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an enlarged partial view at a in an endoscopic device 100 according to some embodiments of the present application. Specifically, fig. 2 is a partially enlarged view of an operating assembly, and as can be seen from fig. 2, the operating assembly further includes a rotation stop pin 502; the rotation stop pin 502 is provided on the handle 4 to limit the rotation of the operation member 501. Specifically, the operating member 501 is provided with a plurality of teeth 504, the rotation stopping pin 502 is provided with a limiting part 505, and the continuous rotation of the operating member 501 can be limited by the matching of the limiting part 505 on the rotation stopping pin 502 and the plurality of teeth 504 on the operating member 501 (for example, the engagement of the limiting part 505 and any one of the teeth 501), so that the rotation of the operating member 501 is prevented from rotating the extension pipe end 301, and the angle of the extension pipe end 301 is fixed.
In some embodiments, a user may operate at least some of the endoscope bodies of the endoscopic device 100 with a single hand. In some embodiments, a user may operate all endoscope bodies on the endoscopic device 100 with a single hand; a part of the endoscope body can be operated by a single hand. For example, the user can manipulate the respective manipulating members 501 of all the endoscope bodies 1 adjacent to each other in pairs with one hand to thereby control the bending of the respective extension pipe tips 301 thereof, and for example, when the endoscope apparatus 100 includes 5 endoscope bodies, the user can manipulate only two endoscope bodies 1 or three endoscope bodies 1 or four endoscope bodies 1 in the endoscope apparatus 100 with one hand.
In order to enable the endoscopic device 100 of the present application to treat lesions in different structures of tissue in the urinary system, such as the bladder and the renal pelvis, at least two endoscopic bodies comprised by the endoscopic device 100 may be used in cooperation, which in some embodiments may comprise one mother lens body and one son lens body.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a parent mirror body and a child mirror body according to some embodiments of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, at least two endoscope bodies include a parent mirror body 7 and a child mirror body 8.
In some embodiments, in order to realize the cooperative use of the main mirror body 7 and the sub-mirror body 8, the aperture of the main mirror working channel 701 of the main mirror body 7 is larger than the outer diameter of the sub-mirror extension pipe 801 of the sub-mirror body 8, and the sub-mirror extension pipe 801 can be inserted into the main mirror working channel 701 to protrude from the terminal outlet 703 of the main mirror extension pipe 702 of the main mirror body 7, wherein the terminal of the main mirror extension pipe 702 is the end of the main mirror body 7 inserted into the body of the treated object. In some embodiments, the bore of the primary endoscope working channel 701 is the inner diameter of the space or cavity formed by the inner wall of the primary endoscope extension tube 702, for example, the diameter of a circular hole formed by the inner wall of the primary endoscope extension tube 702. In some embodiments, due to the larger outer diameter of the scope extension tube 702, the scope extension tube 702 can enter the subject's bladder for treatment of the bladder; because the external diameter of the son mirror extension pipe 801 is smaller, the son mirror extension pipe 801 can enter the renal pelvis of a treatment object through the mother mirror working channel 701 and is used for treating stones in the renal pelvis, specifically, an optical fiber can be arranged between the outer wall and the inner wall of the son mirror extension pipe 801, and after the son mirror extension pipe 801 enters the renal pelvis, an operator can use the optical fiber to emit laser to smash the stones in the renal pelvis and then take the stones out. In some embodiments, the subject may be a human or some animal with a urinary system.
In some embodiments, the at least two endoscope bodies may further include one mother endoscope body 7 and two son endoscope bodies 8, wherein the caliber of the mother endoscope working channel 701 of the one mother endoscope body 7 is larger than the outer diameter of the son endoscope extension pipes 801 of the two son endoscope bodies 8, and in some embodiments, any one son endoscope extension pipe 801 of the two son endoscope bodies 8 may be inserted into the mother endoscope working channel 701 to protrude from the distal end outlet 703 of the mother endoscope extension pipe 702.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of adjacent endoscope bodies, shown in accordance with some embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, an attraction device is disposed at the contact surface of the adjacent endoscope body, and the attraction device may include a first attraction surface 9 and a second attraction surface 10.
In some embodiments, the first suction surface 9 and the second suction surface 10 are respectively disposed on adjacent contact surfaces of the endoscope body 1. In some embodiments, the first suction surface 9 and the second suction surface 10 may be respectively disposed at adjacent contact surfaces of the handle 4 of the endoscope body 1.
In some embodiments, the first suction surface 9 and the second suction surface 10 may be fixedly connected to the endoscope body 1, for example, integrally connected to the endoscope body 1, in some embodiments, the first suction surface 9 and the second suction surface 10 may be detachably connected to the endoscope body 1, for example, detachably connected by screws, glue, or fasteners, and the application does not limit the connection manner of the first suction surface 9 and the second suction surface 10 to the endoscope body 1.
In some embodiments, the first attraction surface 9 and the second attraction surface 10 can be in attraction connection through a magnetic attraction structure, in some embodiments, the first attraction surface 9 can be a magnet (e.g., a magnet), and the second attraction surface 10 can be another magnet that attracts the magnet; or a piece of metal (e.g., iron) that can be attracted by the magnet. Also for example, the first attraction surface 9 may be a metal piece (e.g., an iron piece), and the second attraction surface 10 may be a magnet.
In some embodiments, the first suction surface 9 and the second suction surface 10 can be connected by a hook and loop fastener, in some embodiments, the first suction surface 9 can be a hook surface, the second suction surface 10 can be a burr surface, in some embodiments, the first suction surface 9 can be a burr surface, and the second suction surface 10 can be a hook surface.
In some embodiments, the first suction surface 9 and the second suction surface 10 are connected in a close fit manner, so that the distance between the endoscope bodies 1 is reduced, and the operation of the endoscope device by a user is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the first suction surface 9 is provided with a limiting groove 11, the second suction surface 10 is provided with a limiting protrusion 12 matched with the limiting groove 11, the limiting groove 11 and the limiting protrusion 12 are connected in a suction manner through a magnetic suction structure, in some embodiments, the limiting groove 11 may be a magnet (e.g., a magnet), and the limiting protrusion 12 may be another magnet attracted to the magnet; or a piece of metal (e.g., iron) that can be attracted by the magnet. For another example, the limiting recess 11 may be a metal member (e.g., an iron block), and the limiting protrusion 12 may be a magnet. The application may bring beneficial effects including but not limited to: (1) the endoscope bodies can be used in a combined way or in a single way, so that different affected parts in a patient body can be conveniently treated according to different external diameters of the extension tubes; (2) the endoscope bodies are detachably connected at the contact surface, so that the distance between the endoscope bodies is reduced, medical personnel can operate the endoscope device more easily, and one-hand operation can be realized; (3) the endoscope bodies are detachably connected through the suction device, so that the endoscope is convenient to detach, install and operate, and time and labor are saved. It is to be noted that different embodiments may produce different advantages, and in different embodiments, any one or combination of the above advantages may be produced, or any other advantages may be obtained.

Claims (10)
1. An endoscopic device for the urinary system, comprising:
the adjacent endoscope bodies are detachably connected through a suction device;
each endoscope body comprises an extension tube, and a working channel is arranged in each extension tube;
wherein the caliber of the working channel of at least one endoscope body is larger than the outer diameter of the extension tube of the rest at least one endoscope body.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein the at least two endoscope bodies comprise one parent body and two child bodies; the caliber of the working channel of the primary mirror body is larger than the outer diameters of the extension tubes of the two secondary mirror bodies.
3. The device of claim 1, wherein the at least two endoscope bodies comprise a parent body and a child body; the caliber of the working channel of the primary mirror body is larger than the outer diameter of the extension tube of the secondary mirror body.
4. The apparatus of claim 2 or 3, wherein the extension tube of the female scope body is used to access the bladder of the subject;
the extension tube of the sub-scope body is used for entering the renal pelvis of the treated object.
5. The device of claim 1, wherein each of the endoscope bodies further comprises a handle having an operating assembly disposed thereon;
the operating assembly comprises an operating member, and the rotation of the operating member between different positions can control the bending direction change of the tail end of the corresponding extension pipe.
6. The device of claim 1, wherein the engaging means comprises a first engaging surface and a second engaging surface, the first engaging surface and the second engaging surface being disposed on adjacent contact surfaces of the endoscope body, respectively.
7. The device of claim 6, wherein the first engaging surface and the second engaging surface are engaged with each other by a magnetic structure or a hook and loop fastener structure.
8. The device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first suction surface is provided with a limiting groove, and the second suction surface is provided with a limiting protrusion matched with the limiting groove;
the limiting groove and the limiting protrusion can be connected in a suction manner through the magnetic attraction structure.
9. The device according to claim 6, wherein a first limiting part and a second limiting part which can be matched with the first limiting part are respectively arranged on the contact surfaces of the two adjacent endoscope bodies; the first limiting part and the second limiting part are matched to limit the relative movement of the two adjacent endoscope bodies.
10. The device of claim 1, wherein each of the endoscope bodies further comprises a water circulation button and/or a photograph button; the water circulation button is used for conveying an external water source into the extension pipe; the photographing button is used for controlling the photographing operation of the camera at the tail end of the extension pipe.
