如图1和图3，扩幅辊3也可直接焊接在机架上，或者通过固定板将其用螺栓紧固在固定板上，固定板焊接在机架上。而以固定方式固定在机架上的扩幅辊，可配合张力调节架2优化结构，具体的，还包括张力调节架2，张力调节架2位于扩幅辊下方进靠近扩幅辊设置，张力调节架2包括两端的长方形固定板21和连接在固定板之间的两根导向辊22，导向辊22间隔设置在固定板的两端，固定板21外侧的中部还向外延伸有连接轴23，连接轴23与机架连接。为了便于设置，连接轴通过焊接在机架端面的调节板与机架连接，调节板为方形板，以焊接方式进行固定。调节板上设有可供连接轴穿过的通孔，连接轴上车有外螺纹，连接轴穿设在调节板的通孔中并通过螺母锁固。
可以利用固定的扩幅辊配合张力调节架进行张力调节，以便更好地在扩幅辊上扩幅防缩。需要调节张力调节架角度时，可将螺母旋松，待调节到两个导向辊的合适角度后，再用螺母将固定板锁固在调节板上。
