5. The pretensioned secondary force limiting retractor according to any of claims 1 to 4 wherein the length of the force limiting wire is equal to or greater than half a turn and equal to or less than one turn around the dead axle after being pulled out of the second receiving groove.
6. The pretensioned two stage force limiter retractor according to any of claims 1 to 4 wherein the force limit lever rotates 2 revolutions.
7. The pretensioned two stage force limiting retractor according to any of claims 1 to 4 wherein the moving shaft includes the first receiving groove and an annular flange at one end of the first receiving groove; the second receiving groove includes a first through hole portion located in the annular flange and a first groove portion visible from outside the moving shaft; the force limiting steel wire sequentially penetrates through the first through hole part and the first groove part.
