In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, as those skilled in the art will be able to make similar modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "fixed" are to be construed broadly and may, for example, be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through intervening media, or they may be connected internally or in any other suitable relationship, unless expressly stated otherwise. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood according to specific situations by those skilled in the art.
In the present application, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, the first feature may be directly on or directly under the second feature or indirectly via intermediate members. Also, a first feature "on," "over," and "above" a second feature may be directly or diagonally above the second feature, or may simply indicate that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature may be directly under or obliquely under the first feature, or may simply mean that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present example provides a dry facial mask, the dry facial mask includes a facial mask body 1, the facial mask body 1 is made of a composite fiber bundle 11, the composite fiber bundle 11 includes a fiber bundle 111 and a collagen layer 112 attached to the fiber bundle 111, the fiber bundle 111 is composed of a plurality of fibers 2 having a plurality of pore structures 21 (as shown in fig. 3, it can be prepared by an emulsion templating method or a high internal phase emulsion method, which are conventional in the art and not described in detail), and the collagen layer 112 is composed of a hydrolysable collagen.
In this example, the fiber bundle 111 has a multi-level and/or interconnected pore structure. Wherein the pore structure comprises at least a first pore and a second pore, the first pore being a pore structure 21 provided by the fibres 2, and the second pore being a pore structure formed between the fibres 2. Further, the second hole has a larger hole diameter than the first hole.
In this case, the hydrolysable collagen is a hydrolysable collagen having a triple helix structure, and may be specifically a collagen of silk. The fiber 2 is non-hydrolysable fiber, and specifically can be polyester fiber.
In actual use, the hydrolysable collagen (which exists in the pore structure 21 of the fibers 2 or in the pore structure between the fibers 2 and the fibers 2 of the fiber bundle 111 or is located at a part of the fibers 2 without the pore structure) on the mask body 1 in this example can be dissolved by water, so that the mask body 1 can be attached to the face by coating a little water on the face during use, and has the effects of moisturizing and nourishing; meanwhile, the hydrolyzed collagen hydrolysate can be temporarily stored in the pore structure of the fiber bundle 111, so that the volatilization amount in the air can be further reduced, and the effect of continuously and durably providing the hydrolysate is achieved, so that the face can obtain enough collagen hydrolysate, and the raw materials are fully utilized, and meanwhile, enough moisture-retaining nutrients are obtained.
In this example, the dry facial mask further includes a container carrier having an accommodating chamber and used for accommodating the facial mask body 1, and the container carrier further has a sealing member capable of opening and closing the accommodating chamber. The sealing member may be a structure commonly used in the prior art, such as a commonly used matching structure of a groove and a protrusion, and the like, which is not described in detail herein.
In this example, the mask body 1 is made of the composite fiber bundle 11 by an air-jet process, and specifically, the air-jet process is a conventional method in the textile field.
In this example, the collagen layer 112 is formed by attaching the hydrolysable collagen to the fiber bundles 111 through an infiltration and/or freeze-drying process.
In this example, the mask body 1 is formed by integrally molding a forehead part, eyes, a bridge part, a face part, a mouth part and a chin part; preferably, the mask body 1 further includes a first dividing line for dividing itself into two symmetrical parts and a second dividing line perpendicular to the first dividing line, the first and second dividing lines being used for folding of the mask body 1.
In this embodiment, preferably, the edge of the mask body 1 is further formed with a protrusion 3 for lifting, which is beneficial to having a starting point in the process of actually folding or unfolding the mask body 1, and avoiding the loss of collagen caused by the fact that a hand directly contacts the mask body 1 in a large area.
To sum up, the utility model innovatively adopts the fiber 2 with the pore structure 21 to form the fiber bundle 111, so that the fiber bundle 111 can have a large number of pore structures, on one hand, the weight of the mask can be reduced, and on the other hand, more hydrolysable collagen eggs can be stored; simultaneously the utility model discloses a facial mask is dry-type facial mask, does not exist facial mask liquid for dry-type when not using promptly, and then can avoid adding chemicals harmful to human skin such as antiseptic for the extension save time, and the collagen that exists in the dry-type facial mask is also not volatile in addition, has guaranteed sufficient skin moistening and skin care effect.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and to implement the present invention, so as not to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the protection scope of the present invention.
